Abstract
The invention provides a high-speed welding machine for a mask ear belt, which comprises a mask conveying line, two sets of ear belt feeding devices, an annular ear belt forming device and a welding device, wherein the two sets of ear belt feeding devices are respectively arranged on two sides of the mask conveying line, and each ear belt feeding device comprises an ear belt material coiling machine, an ear belt pushing mechanism and an ear belt cutting mechanism. The annular ear belt forming device comprises a servo motor, a transmission mechanism and two pneumatic clamping jaws arranged side by side. The mask is conveyed to a welding station by a mask conveying line, a section of ear band is pulled to the welding station by an ear band pushing mechanism, and the ear band is cut off by an ear band cutting mechanism; at the moment when the two pneumatic clamping jaws clamp the ear belt, the ear belt pushing mechanism releases the ear belt; the servo motor drives the two pneumatic clamping jaws to rotate 90 degrees relatively to push the end part of the ear belt to the upper part of the mask, and the welding device completes welding. The ear belt does not need to be cut back in advance in other equipment, the cutting, forming and welding actions of the ear belt are finished at one step, and the welding speed of the ear belt is improved.

The mask is continuously conveyed to a welding station by a mask conveying line according to a preset production beat, a section of ear band is pulled to the welding station by an ear band pushing mechanism, and the section of ear band is cut off by an ear band cutting mechanism; at the moment that the two pneumatic clamping jaws of the annular ear band forming device clamp the ear band, the ear band pushing mechanism releases the section of the ear band; the servo motor drives the two pneumatic clamping jaws to rotate 90 degrees relatively, the two ends of the ear belt are gathered towards the middle and come to the upper side of the mask, and the welding head moves downwards to weld the ear belt.
Compared with the prior art, the welding machine has the advantages that the welding machine has double functions of welding and ear band shortening, the ear band does not need to be shortened in other equipment in advance, the shortening, forming and welding actions of the ear band are finished at one step, the welding speed of the ear band is increased, and the productivity of the mask is further improved.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the annular ear band forming device 30 includes a servo motor 31, a transmission mechanism 32 and two pneumatic clamping jaws 33 arranged side by side, a rotating shaft at the top of the pneumatic clamping jaw is connected with the transmission mechanism, and the servo motor controls the two pneumatic clamping jaws to rotate relatively through the transmission mechanism. When the two pneumatic clamping jaws bend the ear belt, the forming plate always hooks the middle part of the ear belt, so that the soft ear belt is more convenient and smooth to form.
The first air cylinder 50 is adopted to drive the annular ear belt forming device 30 to ascend and descend, and the first air cylinder lifts the annular ear belt forming device 30 to a certain height integrally before the two air clamping jaws clamp the ear belts, so that the phenomenon that the air clamping jaws scrape the ear belts can be avoided.
In conclusion, the welding machine has double functions of welding and ear belt shortening, the ear belt does not need to be shortened in other equipment in advance, the ear belt is shortened, formed and welded, the welding speed of the ear belt is increased, and the productivity of the mask is further improved.
