Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of trampolines, in particular to a mounting structure of an elastic rod of a trampoline.
Background
Trampoline sports, also known as "air ballet", utilizes trampoline bounce-back to realize air jumping, has great interest, is deeply loved by sports enthusiasts, becomes the pet of family sports equipment, and walks into thousands of households.
In the trampoline structure, one end of the elastic rod is fixedly arranged on the bottom frame, and the other end of the elastic rod is connected with the periphery of the jumping pad, so that the jumping pad is erected on the bottom frame. The fixed installation of the top of the elastic rod and the jumping mat is one of the core structures of the trampoline. The board & slat international corporation in chinese invention patent CN1277592C discloses an edge fitting for a softside trampoline comprising a flexible mat (1) supported within a base frame (3) by a plurality of resiliently flexible rods (2). Each rod (2) has an enlarged upper end (12). A plurality of fittings (6) are joined to the mat (1) around the periphery of the mat, each fitting (6) having a socket cavity (10) which receives an enlarged upper end (12) of a flexible rod so that the upper ends of the flexible rods are pivotally connected to the periphery of the mat.
In actual production and installation, the elastic rod must have certain elasticity and bending resistance in order to support the jumping mat and the jumping of the player. When the trampoline is installed, the elastic rod is pushed towards the center of the trampoline and reaches the pre-installation position on the periphery of the trampoline to be combined, and then the trampoline can be installed. In the process, a large amount of effort is required to push the elastic rod, and the elastic rod often rebounds, resulting in installation failure. In the above invention, the upper end of the flexible rod often falls out of the socket cavity (10) under the action of the resilient force, resulting in a collapse of the trampoline structure, which can result in a safety accident.
