The invention belongs to the technical field of trampolines, and particularly relates to an installation structure of an elastic rod of a trampoline.
Background
In the trampoline structure, the bottom end of the elastic rod is fixedly installed on the bottom frame, the top of the elastic rod is connected with the periphery of the jumping pad, and the jumping pad is erected on the bottom frame. The top of the resilient lever is typically connected to the periphery of the jump pad by a mounting structure.
The board & slat international corporation in chinese invention patent CN1277592C discloses a trampoline comprising: a flexible cushion; a plurality of resiliently flexible rods, each flexible rod having a lower end retained within a frame of the trampoline and an enlarged upper end; and a plurality of fittings having a dimension generally in the plane of the mat that is greater than the dimension in a direction through the mat, the fittings engaging the mat about the periphery of the mat, a socket cavity being provided on or in an underside of each fitting to receive the enlarged upper ends of the flexible rods so that the upper ends of the flexible rods are pivotally connected to the periphery of the mat.
The mounting structure for the resilient rods of the trampoline, which includes the socket cavities and the enlarged upper ends of the flexible rods, requires a force to bend the flexible rods during the mounting process, the enlarged upper ends are aligned with the socket cavities, and then the enlarged upper ends are inserted into the socket cavities, which is a difficult operation of the mounting process.
The trampoline is used with the mat periphery moving up and down, and the enlarged upper ends are easily disengaged from the socket cavities of the fittings as the fittings move up and down around the periphery of the mat as the fittings engage the mat around the periphery of the mat, creating a safety hazard.
The plug of this trampoline is located the mat periphery, and as can be known from its figure 8 and fig. 9, the top that connects has little calotte, and when the player jumps on this trampoline, when the foot falls to mat joint department, the top that connects can knock the foot, uses and experiences poorly, has the risk that leads to user's foot injured even.

The flexible band may be a belt, a rubber band, or a soft plastic band, preferably a woven band of the same material as the mat 210.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the hook hole member 140a includes a tube 141, a mounting head 142 and a first hook 143. The tube 141 has an insertion hole 1411 and a second top end 1412, the mounting head 142 is disposed at the second top end 1412, the first hook 143 is disposed at the bottom of the mounting head 142, and the first hook 143 is used for hooking meshes of a trampoline protection net. The top of the mounting head 142 is provided with a recess 145. the recess 145 has a bottom wall 1451 and two opposite side walls 1452a, 1452 b. Specifically, a slope reinforcement portion 1454a, 1454b is respectively disposed at a junction of the two opposite sidewalls 1452a, 1452b and the bottom wall 1451. The slope reinforcement parts 1454a, 1454b serve to reinforce the strength of the structure. A column 1453 is fixedly disposed between two opposite sidewalls 1452a, 1452b of the groove 145, and a bottom of the column 1453 and a bottom wall 1451 of the groove 145 define a first hook hole 147 a.
The mounting head 142 has an advantage of enhancing the structural strength so that the mounting structure 100a of the trampoline elastic rod 220 satisfies the requirement of a large-sized trampoline. When the mounting is performed, the first U-shaped hook 132 and the mounting head 142 are pulled close, the first U-shaped hook 132 extends into the first hook hole 147a and hooks the post 1453, and the elastic force generated by the elastic rod 220 causes the first U-shaped hook 132 to be tightly hooked on the post 1453, and the extension 110 to be tightened and straightened. In the mounting and dismounting, the mounting head 142 is further biased toward the mat 210 to separate the first clevis 132 from the post 1453, thereby mounting and dismounting the first clevis 132 and the mounting head 142.

The reinforcement ribs 1322a, 1322b serve to enhance strength. The connecting end 1311 is provided with a thickened portion 1317, and similarly, the thickened portion 1317 is used for reinforcing the structural strength of the connecting end 1311, the connecting end 1311 is subjected to a large force, and the thickened portion 1317 prevents the connecting end 1311 from deforming or breaking.
Referring to fig. 9, the first connecting hole 1314 has a side 1315, the side 1315 is adjacent to the first U-shaped hook 132, and the side 1315 has an avoiding gap 1316. Since the first U-shaped hook 132 is hard to be pulled during installation, an installation pull rope 300 is required to assist, and a buckle 310 is provided on the installation pull rope 300. The clearance gap 1316 is used for matching the buckle part 310. When the installation pull rope 300 is used, the buckling part 310 is buckled into the avoiding notch 1316, and then the installation pull rope 300 is pulled, so that the purpose of convenient installation is achieved.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the diameter of the cylinder 1453 is gradually increased from the middle to the two ends. Specifically, the post 1453 has an arcuate concave surface 1455. An attaching portion 1323 is arranged on the first U-shaped hook 132, and the attaching portion 1323 is matched with the column 1453. Specifically, the thickness of the attaching portion 1323 decreases from the middle to both sides, and the attaching portion 1323 has an arc-shaped convex surface 1324. The abutment 1323 can matingly abut the post 1453 when the first clevis portion 132 and the post 1453 are coupled.
