Abstract
The invention discloses a gas fire-extinguishing control system and a control method, wherein the control method is applied to the gas fire-extinguishing control system, the gas fire-extinguishing control system comprises a fire alarm module, a fire linkage central processing unit, a fire bus and an execution terminal, and the fire alarm module comprises a fire detector, an audible and visual alarm and a manual alarm. The fire detector detects the scene, transmits signals to the central processing unit of the fire-fighting linkage through the fire bus, and after the signals are analyzed by the central processing unit of the fire-fighting linkage, the fire bus sends alarm signals to the audible and visual alarm and action signals to the execution terminal, and the execution terminal carries out fire-extinguishing treatment. The fire alarm module, the fire-fighting linkage central processing unit and the execution terminal are laid on the basis of the two-wire fire-fighting bus, so that the fire alarm module, the fire-fighting linkage central processing unit and the execution terminal are simple and reliable, are easy to construct and save cost.

s3, after the execution terminal receives the signal sent by the central processing unit of the fire-fighting linkage, the execution terminal immediately and automatically closes the fire-fighting rolling door of the relevant fire-fighting partition, and simultaneously starts the preset fire-fighting delay;
and S4, when the fire extinguishing time delay countdown is finished, the solenoid valve of the gas steel cylinder of the spraying equipment acts to release the fire extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire.

With reference to fig. 1 and 2, a gas fire extinguishing control system is characterized by comprising a fire alarm module, a fire linkage central processing unit, a fire bus and an execution terminal; the fire alarm module comprises a fire detector, an audible and visual alarm and a manual alarm; the fire fighting linkage central processing unit is connected to the fire fighting bus, the fire detector, the audible and visual alarm and the manual alarm are connected to the fire fighting bus, and the remote alarm is connected to the fire fighting linkage central processing unit; the execution terminal is connected to the fire-fighting bus through a partition controller, and the partition controller is also connected with a manual trigger switch; the fire detector detects the scene, transmits signals to the central processing unit of the fire-fighting linkage through the fire bus, and after the signals are analyzed by the central processing unit of the fire-fighting linkage, the fire bus sends alarm signals to the audible and visual alarm and action signals to the execution terminal, and the execution terminal carries out fire-extinguishing treatment; the fire-fighting bus is a two-wire fire-fighting bus.

the fire detector detects the scene, converts the detected characteristic physical quantities such as temperature, smoke, gas and the like into electric signals and transmits the electric signals to the central processing unit of the fire-fighting linkage; the central processing unit of the fire fighting linkage receives the trigger signal and then carries out analysis processing, if the smoke concentration reaches more than 0.2db/m or the field temperature reaches more than 55 ℃, the central processing unit of the fire fighting linkage judges that a fire disaster occurs on the field, sends an alarm signal to the audible and visual alarm and the remote alarm, and simultaneously triggers an execution terminal on the same two-wire fire fighting bus; after the execution terminal receives a signal sent by the central processing unit of the fire-fighting linkage, the execution terminal immediately and automatically closes the fire-fighting rolling door of the relevant fire-fighting subarea and starts the preset fire-fighting delay at the same time; after the fire-extinguishing time-delay countdown is finished, the solenoid valve of the gas steel cylinder of the spraying equipment acts to release the fire extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire.
Example 2:
when a fire disaster is found by field personnel, a manual alarm and an emergency starting switch are manually triggered, the emergency starting switch is connected to a partition controller through an internal connecting line, and when the partition controller receives an emergency starting signal, the rolling door is controlled to be closed, and meanwhile, a preset fire extinguishing delay is started; after the fire-extinguishing time-delay countdown is finished, the solenoid valve of the gas steel cylinder of the spraying equipment acts to release the fire extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire.

A gas fire-extinguishing control system is characterized by comprising a fire alarm module, a fire-fighting linkage central processing unit, a fire-fighting bus and an execution terminal; the fire alarm module comprises a fire detector, an audible and visual alarm and a manual alarm; the fire fighting linkage central processing unit is connected to the fire fighting bus, the fire detector, the audible and visual alarm and the manual alarm are connected to the fire fighting bus, and the remote alarm is connected to the fire fighting linkage central processing unit; the execution terminal is connected to the fire-fighting bus through a partition controller, and the partition controller is also connected with a manual trigger switch; the fire detector detects the scene, transmits signals to the central processing unit of the fire-fighting linkage through the fire bus, and after the signals are analyzed by the central processing unit of the fire-fighting linkage, the fire bus sends alarm signals to the audible and visual alarm and action signals to the execution terminal, and the execution terminal carries out fire-extinguishing treatment; the fire-fighting bus is a two-wire fire-fighting bus.
2. A gas fire suppression control system according to claim 1, wherein said enforcement terminal includes a spraying device and a gas cylinder solenoid valve, the gas cylinder solenoid valve being connected to the zone controller.
3. A gas fire suppression control system as recited in claim 1, wherein said enforcement terminal further comprises a tambour door solenoid valve and a tambour door, the tambour door solenoid valve being connected to the zone controller.
4. A gas fire extinguishing control system as recited in claim 1, wherein the spraying device comprises a gas cylinder solenoid valve, and the power supply for activating the gas cylinder solenoid valve is provided with a dc 24V output to ensure reliable and practical valve-opening signal.
5. The DC 24V output according to claim 4, wherein the DC 24V output is powered for 5 seconds and automatically powered off after 5 seconds to maintain reliability and practicality.
6. A gas fire-extinguishing control system as recited in claim 1, wherein a plurality of audible and visual alarms and a plurality of zone controllers are connected to the fire-fighting bus.
7. A gas fire-extinguishing control system according to claim 1, wherein the manual trigger switch includes an emergency start switch and an emergency stop switch, and when the execution terminal fails to automatically trigger, the emergency start switch is manually triggered to ensure timely fire extinguishing.
8. A gas fire suppression control method, comprising the steps of:
s1, the fire detector detects the scene, converts the detected characteristic physical quantities such as temperature, smoke, gas and the like into electric signals and transmits the electric signals to the central processing unit of the fire-fighting linkage;

s3, after the execution terminal receives the signal sent by the central processing unit of the fire-fighting linkage, the execution terminal immediately and automatically closes the fire-fighting rolling door of the relevant fire-fighting partition, and simultaneously starts the preset fire-fighting delay;
and S4, when the fire extinguishing time delay countdown is finished, the solenoid valve of the gas steel cylinder of the spraying equipment acts to release the fire extinguishing agent to extinguish the fire.
9. The time delay of claim 8, wherein the time delay of fire extinguishing is 0 to 30 seconds.
