Abstract
The invention discloses a control circuit for active safety of a household kitchen, which comprises a programmable logic controller, an MCGS (micro control system), and a sensor, wherein the programmable logic controller, the MCGS, and the sensor are connected together through a Modbus, the sensor transmits detected data to a human-computer interface, the human-computer interface visually displays concentration values of oil smoke and natural gas in the kitchen, and when the concentration values are higher than a safety value, the human-computer interface and the programmable logic controller make judgment and send instructions to control actions of an alarm, a range hood, a door and a window and disconnect a gas pipeline. The invention can automatically detect the oil gas in the room, and can deal with the treatment by three conditions of normal natural gas content, standard exceeding and serious standard exceeding respectively, thereby ensuring the use safety of the kitchen.
Description
Technical Field

Background
With the development of society, people pay more and more attention to the health and safety of the body. In the use of the current kitchen, in order to ensure that some newly developed cookers have self-provided fire extinguishing and automatic gas stopping functions, some range hoods are also designed with oil smoke alarming functions, the designs reflect care and attention on health and life, but the design is not enough for safety initiative, and people think that dangers occur, such as harmful gas in the kitchen reaches a certain concentration, only alarming is far not enough, and even when the range hood does not work, the range hood does not give an alarm. Ideally, the safety system should be a part that can work independently, and can also be used to move other devices to eliminate hidden troubles in case of danger.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a control circuit which can automatically detect oil gas in a room and deal with treatment by three conditions of normal natural gas content, standard exceeding and serious standard exceeding respectively so as to ensure the use safety of a kitchen.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme.

The programmable logic controller is connected with a 24V power supply and a power supply button in series through an intermediate relay, and the 24V power supply and the power supply button are also connected with an emergency stop button in series.
The programmable logic controller is connected with a motor through an intermediate relay, and is connected with a loudspeaker, an indicator light, a solenoid valve switch and a range hood switch.
The control method of the programmable logic controller comprises the following steps:
1) when the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air is less than 0.1%, the oil smoke green light is on, otherwise, the loudspeaker of the range hood is sounded, the range hood is turned on, and the red light of the range hood is on;
2) when the concentration of methane in the air is less than 1%, the natural gas is lighted in green;
3) when the concentration of methane in the air is more than or equal to 1% and less than or equal to 3%, the natural gas loudspeaker is sounded, the natural gas yellow lamp is lighted, the range hood is opened, and the door is opened and the window is opened;
4) when the concentration of methane in the air is more than 3%, the range hood is opened, the door and the window are opened, the valve of the gas pipeline to the home is closed, the natural gas loudspeaker is sounded, and the natural gas red light is on.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: when the concentration value is higher than the safety value, the human-computer interface and the PLC make judgment and send instructions to control the alarm, the range hood, the door and the window and disconnect the action of the gas pipeline, so that the kitchen safety is effectively monitored, alarmed and self-processed, and the life safety is ensured. The oil gas in the room can be automatically detected, and the three conditions of normal natural gas content, standard exceeding and serious standard exceeding are respectively used for dealing with the treatment, so that the use safety of a kitchen is ensured. The circuit has scientific design, reliable work and powerful function, meets the work requirement and solves the active safety problem in the use of a kitchen. The circuit structure is not complicated, easy to manufacture, convenient to use, and can be produced in large scale.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
The content of methane in the air is very small and is only a few tenths of a percent, and the explosion limit of the methane is 5 percent, and the three working points of the methane concentration designed by the invention are respectively less than 1 percent, between 1 percent and 3 percent and more than 3 percent. The concentration of carbon dioxide in normal air is 0.03%, when the concentration of carbon dioxide in air reaches 1%, people can feel dull, have no concentration and are panicked, and when the concentration of carbon dioxide in air reaches 1.5% -2.0%, people can feel asthma, headache and dizziness. The human body functions are severely disordered when the carbon dioxide concentration is higher. The working point of the carbon dioxide concentration designed by the invention is 0.1%.

4) when the concentration of methane in the air is more than 3%, the range hood is opened, the door and the window are opened, the valve of the gas pipeline to the home is closed, the natural gas loudspeaker is sounded, and the natural gas red light is on. When the user presses the stop button or a stop button in the human-computer interface, the system stops working. When the user presses the scram button, the system is powered off.
The circuit mainly supplies power to 220V, has three buttons which are respectively a system starting button, a system stopping button and an emergency stopping button, and also has an air switch for disconnecting the power consumption of the whole system, and can be disconnected when all the switches are disconnected after no people live in the house for a long time.
The main components used in the circuit are agility XD3-32T-PLC, MCGS, 24V brush motor, methane sensor, carbon dioxide sensor, smoke exhaust ventilator, and electromagnetic valve. The PLC and the MCGS play a main control role, the PLC is connected with components except the sensor and is connected with the MCGS and the sensor through a Modbus Rtu protocol to monitor the concentration of oil smoke and natural gas in a household kitchen, and corresponding processing reaction is made according to the comparison between the feedback condition of the sensor and a set value.
The circuit divides natural gas in the air of a household kitchen into three conditions of less than or equal to 1 percent, between 1 percent and 3 percent and more than 3 percent. When the natural gas concentration in the air of the home kitchen is less than 1%, the normal condition is achieved, and then the natural gas green light in the safe use control system of the home kitchen is always on. When the concentration of the natural gas in the air is between 1% and 3%, the natural gas exceeds the standard moderately, so that a natural gas yellow lamp in a household kitchen safe use control system is turned on, a natural gas loudspeaker is turned off, and a range hood is turned on. When the concentration of natural gas in the air of the household kitchen is more than 3%, the natural gas is in a severe standard exceeding condition, so that the natural gas red light in the household kitchen safe use control system is on, the natural gas loudspeaker is sounded, the range hood is opened, the door and window of the household kitchen are automatically opened, and the electromagnetic valve of the natural gas household pipeline is closed.
The circuit installation notes:
the circuit mainly comprises an electromagnetic valve and a sensor which have requirements on the installation position. The electromagnetic valve plays a role in relieving gas cut-off when the leakage of the natural gas seriously exceeds the standard, so the electromagnetic valve needs to be arranged on a service pipeline, but is required to be arranged behind a gas meter in order not to influence the charging of the natural gas.
