Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticide research and development, and particularly relates to a pesticide preparation for preventing and treating mealybugs in pines and application thereof.
Background
The pineapple mealy bug also known as mealy bug in pineapple is in homoptera and family of mealy bug and widely distributed in pineapple producing areas in the world. According to the report of scholars in hawaii, there are 2 kinds of mealybugs harmful to pineapples, namely, pineapple mealybugs and new pineapple gray mealybugs. In China, the pink plumepoppy coccineus is a reported pest to pineapple, while the pink plumepoppy coccineus is not a reported pest to pineapple, but the pink plumepoppy coccineus has developed into a main pest of sisal hemp in Guangdong and Hainan in recent years. The scale of pineapple is parasitic on the base, fruit, bud and root of pineapple leaf, and the juice is absorbed by thorns, so that the pineapple plant is weak in growth and poor in fruit development. Meanwhile, the pineapple mealybugs (pineapple mealybugs and new pineapple gray mealybugs) are important diseases of pineapples and are also main propagation vectors of pineapple wilting diseases.
The pesticide provided by the invention can effectively prevent and treat the pineapple mealybugs, and further achieve the purpose of controlling the pineapple wilting disease by preventing and treating transmission media.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention particularly relates to a pesticide preparation for preventing and treating pineapple mealybugs and application thereof.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a pesticide preparation for preventing and treating mealybugs of pineapple is a suspoemulsion, and active ingredients of the pesticide preparation comprise buprofezin and mineral oil; and the mass ratio of the buprofezin to the mineral oil is 1:20-10: 1.
Preferably, the pesticide preparation has the mass ratio of the buprofezin to the mineral oil of 1:10-1: 5.
Preferably, the pesticide preparation further comprises other auxiliary materials: one or more of wetting agent, dispersant, emulsifier, thickener, antifreeze, defoamer and deionized water.
Preferably, the pesticide preparation contains 5-60% of active ingredients in percentage.
Preferably, the pesticide preparation contains 10-50% of active ingredients in percentage.
The invention also provides application of the pesticide preparation in preventing and treating the mealybugs with pines.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the buprofezin and the mineral oil in the pesticide preparation for preventing and treating the mealybugs exhibit different biological activities when used in combination, and the buprofezin and the mineral oil have a ratio of 1:10-1:5, so that a synergistic effect is exhibited on the mealybugs; when the ratio of buprofezin to mineral oil is 1:1-10:1 and 1:20, the buprofezin and mineral oil have additive effect on the mealybugs in pineapple.
(2) The suspension emulsion prepared by the invention has excellent preparation performance.
Detailed Description
The invention will be better understood from the following examples. However, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the description of the embodiments is only for illustrating the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the invention as detailed in the claims.
Example 1: toxicity determination of compound composition on Pinebeia
A test insect source: the mealybugs with pineapple function are collected from the field, cultured indoors until the next generation, and the mealybugs with basically consistent development are selected as the insect source to be tested.
Reagent to be tested: buprofezin technical (content 95%) and mineral oil (content 95%) are all sold in the market.
The test method comprises the following steps: selecting leaves with the same size, using a writing brush tip to remove other insect states, keeping healthy and uniform-age insects to be tested, selecting the insects to be tested into a culture dish with the diameter of 9cm, using a dipping method, using tweezers to clamp the leaves with the mealybugs to be dipped into the liquid medicine for 10s, taking out the insects, using absorbent paper to absorb the liquid medicine on the leaves, slightly drying the insects in the air, transferring the insects into the culture dish paved with filter paper, sealing the insects with a preservative film with small holes, placing 30-40 heads of each dish in an artificial climate box for feeding, and observing and recording the death number of the mealybugs 7d after the insects are fed. The death criterion is that the body color of the insect is dark black and shriveled or the insect is not reacted by using a writing brush to lightly touch the body of the insect and is regarded as death. The test was repeated 3 times and a clear water control was set.
The calculation method comprises the following steps: parameters such as virulence regression equation, lethal medium concentration LC50, correlation coefficient and CTC are calculated by Excel.
Corrected mortality (%) (control survival-treatment survival)/control survival × 100.
The test results are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 determination of toxicity and combined effect of compound composition on Pineberga
As can be seen from Table 1, the buprofezin and the mineral oil which are used in combination show different biological activities to the mealybugs, and when the ratio of the buprofezin to the mineral oil is 1:10-1:5, the buprofezin and the mineral oil have synergistic effect to the mealybugs; when the ratio of buprofezin to mineral oil is 1:1-10:1 and 1:20, the buprofezin and mineral oil have additive effect on the mealybugs in pineapple.
