the rope winding system assembly 600 comprises a fifth motor 610, a second transmission mechanism 620, a pressing roller 630, a rope winding roller 640, a swing arm 650, a rocker 660 and a grooved roller 670, wherein the fifth motor 610 drives the pressing roller 630 and the grooved roller 670 to rotate through the second transmission mechanism 620, the second transmission mechanism 620 comprises a plurality of groups of belt wheels, two ends of the swing arm 650 are respectively hinged with the ends of the frame 100 and the rope winding roller 640, the rope winding roller 640 falls on the pressing roller 630, and the pressing roller 630 drives the rope winding roller 640 to rotate through friction force; the rocking bar 660 is hinged on the rack 100, the rocking bar 660 is hollow, the rocking bar 660 is perpendicular to the rope winding roller 640, the grooving roller 670 is parallel to the pressing roller 630, and the circumferential surface of the grooving roller 670 is provided with a spiral guide groove 671; as shown in fig. 7, a radial guide wheel 661 is disposed on the circumferential surface of the rocker 660, the guide wheel 661 is located in the guide groove 671, and when the grooved roller 670 rotates, the guide groove 671 and the guide wheel 661 together drive the rocker 660 to rock left and right;
the black dotted line in fig. 6 represents the movement path of paper tape 900 (seed string), paper tape 900 from paper tape feeding assembly 300 passes through the winding hole of first winder 540, first rotating shaft 530, second rotating shaft 550, the winding hole of second winder 560 and rocker 660 in sequence, and the paper tape is bundled by coil 800 to form a seed string and finally wound on winding roller 640; the rope winding roller 640 provides power for the paper tape 900 to move horizontally, and the rocking of the joystick periodically changes the contact point of the seed rope with the rope winding roller 640 to ensure that the seed rope is uniformly wound on the rope winding roller 640.
The basic workflow of the rope knitting machine in the embodiment is as follows:
(1) the negative pressure disc 230 rotates continuously, and the negative pressure suction holes 232 on the negative pressure disc 230 absorb seeds when passing through the storage bin 210;
(2) the paper tape 900 is drawn by the rope winding roller 640 to pass through the guide roller 320, the tape track 330, the first rotating shaft 530, the second rotating shaft 550 and the rocker 660 in sequence, and the paper tape 900 is pressed into a V shape by the paper pressing tongue plate 340 in the tape track 330;
(3) when the adsorbed seeds run to the lowest point, the seeds are peeled off by the seed poking rod 270 to the V-shaped cavity of the paper tape 900;
(4) the distance star wheel 420 finely adjusts the distance of the seeds in the paper tape 900;
(5) the seed rope weaving assembly 500 uses two coils 800 on the first rotating shaft 530 and the second rotating shaft 550 to bundle the paper tape 900 from different rotating directions to form seed ropes;
(6) the seed rope passes through the rocker 660 and is finally wound on the rope winding roller 640.
For the seed setting assembly 200 using the negative pressure suction holes 232, if the seed setting distance on the paper tape 900 is to be realized (i.e. each seed is equal to the distance between the front and rear seeds), in addition to controlling the rotation speed of the negative pressure disc 230 and the running speed of the paper tape 900, it is also necessary to ensure that each negative pressure suction hole 232 only sucks one seed at a time; through the configuration of the proper negative pressure disc 230, the size of the negative pressure suction holes 232 is matched with the size of the seeds, so that most of the negative pressure suction holes 232 can only suck one seed at a time, but the shapes of the plant seeds are irregular, and the arc-shaped surfaces of the seeds cannot be completely attached to the negative pressure suction holes 232, so that the situation that all the negative pressure suction holes 232 only suck one seed cannot be guaranteed no matter how the negative pressure size of the negative pressure suction holes 232 is adjusted (too small negative pressure can cause the negative pressure suction holes 232 to leak seeds, too large negative pressure can cause the situation that the negative pressure suction holes 232 absorb a plurality of seeds to increase, that is, the situation that the negative pressure suction holes 232 only suck one seed at a time can not be simply adjusted in negative pressure size; in order to solve this problem, in the present embodiment, the blocking rod 240 and the nozzle 2100 are arranged to cooperate with the negative pressure suction hole 232, when one negative pressure suction hole 232 adsorbs two or more seeds, the main seed is usually located in the middle of the negative pressure suction hole 232, the sub-seeds are shifted in position and adsorbed firmly lower than the main seed, and there are two shifted positions of the sub-seeds: is positioned at the left and the right of the main seed or at the front and the back of the main seed; the blocking rods 240 are arranged on two sides of the negative pressure suction hole 232, the blocking rods 240 can strip off the auxiliary seeds which are deviated left and right, the nozzle 2100 pointing to the negative pressure suction hole 232 can strip off the auxiliary seeds which are deviated front and back by using air flow, and therefore the effect that each negative pressure suction hole 232 only absorbs one seed is achieved.

Claims (10)

1. A kind of rope braider which characterized in that: comprises a frame, a seed fixing assembly, a paper tape conveying assembly, a seed rope weaving assembly and a rope winding system assembly, wherein the seed fixing assembly, the paper tape conveying assembly, the seed rope weaving assembly and the rope winding system assembly are arranged on the frame;
the paper tape conveying assembly is positioned below the seed setting assembly, the seed rope weaving assembly is connected with the paper tape conveying assembly, and the rope winding system assembly is connected with the seed rope weaving assembly;
the seed setting assembly comprises a storage bin, a first driver, a negative pressure disc, a stop rod, a nozzle and a seed setting rod, wherein a negative pressure suction hole is formed in the circumferential surface of the negative pressure disc and is connected to negative pressure equipment through a negative pressure pipeline; the negative pressure disc is arranged on the rack, and the first driver drives the negative pressure disc to rotate; the storage bin is arranged on the rack, and the part of the negative pressure disc is embedded into the storage bin and contacts with the seeds in the storage bin; the seed poking rod is arranged below the negative pressure disc and is positioned on a rotating path of the negative pressure suction hole; the number of the baffle rods is at least two, the baffle rods are positioned at two sides of the negative pressure suction hole, the nozzle is positioned at the side surface of the negative pressure suction hole and points to the negative pressure suction hole, and the nozzle is connected with air injection equipment.
2. The seed rope braider of claim 1, wherein: the seed fixing assembly further comprises a support and an air pipe, the support is installed on the rack and located on the negative pressure disc, the nozzle, the blocking rod and the air pipe are fixed on the support, and the nozzle is connected with air injection equipment through the air pipe.
3. The seed rope braider of claim 2, wherein: the storage bin is positioned on the side surface of the negative pressure disc, and the nozzle and the blocking rod are positioned on a climbing section of a path of the negative pressure suction hole.
4. The seed rope braider of claim 3, wherein: decide kind of assembly and still include second driver and stirring head, second driver and stirring head are all installed in the frame, and the stirring head is located the feed bin, and second driver drive stirring head is rotatory.

The seed rope braider of claim 1, wherein: a circle of raised circular ring is arranged on the circumferential surface of the negative pressure disk, and the negative pressure suction hole is positioned on the circumferential surface of the circular ring; the paper tape conveying assembly comprises a paper tape roller, a guide roller, a paper tape track and a paper pressing tongue plate, wherein the paper tape roll is arranged on the paper tape roller, a paper tape enters the paper tape track after being guided by the guide roller, the paper pressing tongue plate is positioned on a moving path of the paper tape, a V-shaped pressing tongue is arranged on the paper pressing tongue plate, and the paper tape entering the paper tape track is pressed into a V shape by the paper pressing tongue plate; the bottom of the circular ring is positioned in the V-shaped cavity of the paper tape.

The seed rope braider of claim 5, wherein: the device also comprises a distance fine adjustment assembly; the distance fine adjustment assembly comprises a third driver and a distance star wheel, the third driver is installed on the rack, the third driver drives the distance star wheel to rotate, the distance star wheel is located in a V-shaped cavity of a paper tape on the paper tape track, and the distance star wheel is located behind the negative pressure disc.

the first winder and the second winder are both C-shaped, winding holes are formed in the ends of the first winder and the second winder, the first winder is installed on the first rotating shaft, and the second winder is installed on the second rotating shaft;

The seed rope braider of claim 9, wherein: the rope winding system assembly further comprises a rocker and a grooving roller, the rocker is hinged on the rack, and the rocker is hollow; the fifth driver drives the grooving roller to rotate through the second transmission mechanism, the grooving roller is parallel to the pressing roller, and the circumferential surface of the grooving roller is provided with a spiral guide groove;
the circumferential surface of the rocker is provided with a radial guide wheel which is positioned in the guide groove, and a paper tape penetrating from the seed rope weaving assembly penetrates through the rocker and then is wound on the rope winding roller.
