Abstract
The invention provides a supervision method and an application system of a full-process work ticket, and belongs to the technical field of work tickets of power systems. Claims (10)
1. A supervision method of a full-flow work ticket, wherein the work ticket contains standard operation measures corresponding to each operation part of equipment to be operated, and the supervision method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a security operation measure uploaded from a mobile terminal device, wherein the security operation measure is acquired by the mobile terminal device through scanning a two-dimensional code on an operation part of the device;
checking the received safety operation measures and the standard operation measures of the corresponding operation parts on the generated work ticket;
and sending a checking result to the movable terminal equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
presetting the type and format information of a work ticket, and storing standard safety measures corresponding to each operation part of equipment to be operated in a server;
before the checking, selecting corresponding equipment according to the operation of an operator on the mobile terminal equipment, and extracting a work ticket generated for the selected equipment from the server, wherein the work ticket comprises standard operation measures corresponding to each operation component of the equipment.
3. The method for supervising a full-flow work ticket according to claim 2, wherein the types of the work ticket include: the system comprises a mechanical work ticket, a fire work ticket, a thermal control work ticket, a relay protection work ticket, an electric operation ticket, an electric one-kind work ticket and an electric two-kind work ticket.
4. The method for supervising the full-flow work ticket according to claim 2, wherein the checking the received safety operation measures against the standard operation measures of the corresponding operation components on the generated work ticket comprises:
and checking whether the standard operation measures of the corresponding operation parts on the work ticket are consistent with the received safety operation measures or not, and checking whether the standard operation measures sequenced before the checked standard operation measures on the work ticket are completely executed or not.
5. The method for supervising the full-flow work ticket according to claim 4, wherein the sending of the check result to the mobile terminal device comprises:
if the standard operation measures of the corresponding operation parts on the work ticket are consistent with the received safety operation measures and the standard operation measures sequenced before the checked standard operation measures are completely executed, sending a checking result for permitting an operator to implement the safety operation measures to the movable terminal equipment and displaying the checking result on the movable terminal equipment;
and otherwise, sending a checking result that the checking fails to pass to the mobile terminal equipment, and displaying alarm information on the mobile terminal equipment.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
starting timing while displaying a checking result for permitting an operator to implement safety operation measures on the mobile terminal equipment, and after timing is finished, displaying a confirmation item for finishing the implementation of the safety operation measures on the mobile terminal equipment and locking an operation flow;
and after receiving feedback generated by clicking of the confirmation items by the operator and safety operation measures uploaded by the operator to implement the completion image, unlocking the operation process.
7. A full-flow work ticket application system, comprising:
the two-dimensional codes in the two-dimensional code group respectively correspond to each operating part of the equipment to be operated, and the two-dimensional codes in the two-dimensional code group record safety operating measures of the corresponding operating parts;
the mobile terminal equipment comprises a scanning module, a touch display screen and a communication module;
the scanning module is used for scanning the two-dimension code to obtain a safety operation measure recorded by the two-dimension code;
the touch display screen is used for displaying a generated work ticket and equipment for an operator to select safety measures to be implemented, and the work ticket comprises standard operation measures corresponding to all operation parts of the equipment;
the communication module is used for establishing contact with the server and sending and receiving data;
the server is prestored with the type and format information of the work ticket and standard safety measures corresponding to each operation part of the equipment to be operated, and is used for:
generating a work ticket corresponding to the equipment according to the equipment selected by the operator on the mobile terminal equipment;
receiving a security operation measure uploaded from a mobile terminal device, wherein the security operation measure is acquired by the mobile terminal device through scanning a two-dimensional code on an operation part of the device;
checking the received safety operation measures and the standard operation measures of the corresponding operation parts on the generated work ticket;
and sending a checking result to the movable terminal equipment.
8. The system of claim 7, further comprising an access control system installed in the service site, wherein the access control system releases the access control through the work ticket authorization.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the access control system is provided with a fixed two-dimensional code scanner, the work ticket further comprises an access control two-dimensional code, and the fixed two-dimensional code scanner is authorized to remove the access control by scanning the access control two-dimensional code on the work ticket.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the two-dimensional access control code on the work ticket is updated each time the work ticket is generated.
