Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent park operation and maintenance platform which comprises a facility management subsystem, a service management subsystem, an emergency scheduling subsystem, a display subsystem and an application subsystem. The invention can fully integrate various data in the park and realize the omnibearing three-dimensional monitoring and unified control of the operation state of the park. In addition, by establishing intelligent application business ecology, the intelligent management level of the park business is improved, and convenient application service is provided for various users such as the park government, enterprises and the public.

3. The intelligent campus operation platform of claim 1 wherein the application subsystem comprises a safety supervision management module, an environmental management module, an energy management module, a fire management module, a facilities management module, and a sanitation management module.

The intelligent campus operation and maintenance platform of claim 3, wherein the facility management module is installed with an equipment operation control module for performing intelligent group control on the operation status of the equipment according to the input current equipment operation data, external environment data and service information sent by the related service system, including correcting deviation parameters during the operation of the equipment, frequently alarming and adjusting the equipment operation parameters according to the external environment and the specified service information.
