(2) Cross-border order payment: designing a consumption request information structure and a payment result notification information structure, supporting three stages of entry operation of payment transaction initiation, payment processing and overseas bill receiving mechanism redemption, and completing information circulation in the processes of order submission, money-serial processing, ownership transfer and redemption and back-transaction in the process of cross-border bill receiving payment transaction;
(3) Cross-border transaction withdrawal or return: and designing a transaction information structure and a return result notification information structure of the withdrawal or return, and completing information uplink processing operation in the withdrawal or return process by the cross-border payment block link points.

1.2 Creating a user wallet by using a DCEP digital wallet system to manage a user wallet module, and using a DCEP wallet system node to finish the generation of digital currency, the exchange of the digital currency, the change of the digital currency, the authentication of the digital currency, the coin casting of the digital currency and the exchange of the digital currency, wherein a balance and a coin list in the user wallet module comprise on-chain digital currency and off-chain digital currency;
1.3 Based on the list of coin strings, completing the operations of transferring digital money from chain to chain and from chain to chain by the DCEP wallet system node;
1.4 After the digital currency string is linked, the circulation process of the digital currency on the chain is completed based on a blockchain infrastructure system through which the DCEP currency string circulates, and a DCEP currency string and owner field revision method is formulated;
