The project management platform 102 is configured to obtain a target project to be resource-allocated, where the target project includes N stages, where N is a positive integer; acquiring participators corresponding to each stage in the N stages, wherein the participators comprise internal employees and/or external staff of a company; acquiring the activity type completed by each participant in the participants corresponding to each stage; acquiring resource information of the target project, wherein the resource information comprises at least one of first resource information M1 and second resource information M2, the first resource information M1 is corresponding resource information before the delivery phase of the target project, and the second resource information M2 is corresponding resource information at the delivery phase of the target project; when the sale price D2 corresponding to the target item is greater than the cost price D1, determining first resource information M1 based on the cost price D1, and determining second resource information M2 based on the cost price D1 and the first resource information M1; when the sale price D2 corresponding to the target item is less than the cost price D1, the determination factor of the first resource information M1 and the second resource information M2 comprises the ratio of the sale price D2 to the cost price D1; and according to the stage corresponding to each participant and the activity type completed by each participant, performing resource allocation on each participant.
Specifically, the project management platform 102 may be configured to manage a plurality of projects, and when resource allocation is required, first, the project management platform 102 obtains a target project to be resource allocated, where the target project includes N stages, where N is a positive integer. In a possible implementation manner, the project management platform 102 receives a request, where the request carries a project identifier, and the platform acquires a target project according to the project identifier.
Secondly, the project management platform 102 obtains the participants corresponding to each of the N stages, where the participants include internal staff and/or external staff. In particular, the project management platform 102 may manage the target project in stages, where different stages include different project content, and each stage corresponds to one or more participants. Participants may be internal employees, such as those of a company, business, organization, etc., or external personnel, such as those of a partner. In one possible implementation, the participants may be categorized into different categories based on the content of the completed project.
Thirdly, the project management platform 102 obtains the type of activity completed by each participant in the participants corresponding to each stage. Specifically, the target project comprises one or more stages, each stage corresponds to one or more participants, and each stage comprises one or more activities, so that each participant has a corresponding completed activity type in the corresponding stage, and the platform can acquire the stored completed activity type of each participant from the database. In a possible implementation manner, the project management platform 102 receives an audit request, where the audit request includes activity records of a participant, and the platform audits the activity records of the participant, and if the audit is passed, the platform determines an activity type included in the activity records of the participant as an activity type completed by the participant, and adopts an audit mechanism to ensure the authenticity of information.

It can be seen that, according to the above embodiment, in the project management platform, the platform may perform staged management on a project, and when resource allocation is required, the platform first acquires a target project to be resource allocated, then may acquire participants corresponding to each stage of the target project and an activity type completed by each participant from the database, and may further acquire resource information of the target project, and then performs resource allocation on each participant according to the acquired information. Therefore, uniformity and rationality of resource allocation can be achieved, the resource allocation function of the project management platform is improved, and user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of stages and activities in a target project according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 2, the target project includes N stages, stage 1, stage 2, …, and stage N, respectively. Wherein, stage 1 comprises 3 activities, namely activity a, activity b and activity c; stage 2 includes 4 activities, activity d, activity e, activity f and activity g, respectively; phase N includes 4 activities, activity h, activity i, activity j, and activity k, respectively. Each stage corresponds to one or more participants, and each participant has a corresponding type of activity to be completed in the corresponding stage. Taking the phase 1 as an example for explanation, the phase 1 corresponds to 3 participants, namely a person a, a person b and a person c, wherein the type of the activity completed by the person a comprises an activity a and an activity b, the type of the activity completed by the person b comprises an activity b, and the type of the activity completed by the person c comprises an activity b and an activity c.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a resource allocation method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, a resource allocation method provided in an embodiment of the present application may include:
301. acquiring a target item to be subjected to resource allocation, wherein the target item comprises N stages, and N is a positive integer.
Specifically, the project management platform may manage a plurality of projects, and when resource allocation is required, first, a target project to be resource allocated needs to be acquired, where the target project includes N stages, where N is a positive integer.
In one possible implementation, the method for acquiring the target item may be: and the project management platform receives a request, the request carries a project identifier, and the platform acquires a target project according to the project identifier. For example, a resource allocation function interface of the project management platform includes a plurality of project identifiers, and a user selects one of the project identifiers on the interface, so that the platform can receive a request.
Optionally, after obtaining the target item to be resource-allocated, the method further includes: determining the N phases that the target item includes, and determining all activity types that each of the N phases includes.
Specifically, in the process of managing the target project by the project management platform, the platform may determine the stages included in the target project, and then perform management in stages. After determining the phases, the platform may also determine all activity types included in each phase for smaller fine-grained management.
Optionally, determining the N stages included in the target item includes: acquiring project information of the target project; predicting the project scale of the target project according to the project information; and determining the N stages included by the target project according to the project scale.
Optionally, determining the N stages included in the target project according to the project scale includes: judging whether the project scale is smaller than a preset scale threshold value or not; if the project scale is smaller than the preset scale threshold, determining N1 stages included in the target project, wherein N1 is a positive integer; if the project size is larger than the preset size threshold, determining N2 stages included in the target project, wherein N2 is a positive integer larger than N1; if the item size is equal to the preset size threshold, determining that the target item comprises N1 or N2 stages.
In one possible embodiment, assuming that the item size of the target item is smaller than the preset size threshold, N1 is 2, that is, the target item is determined to include two stages.
For example, for a sales item, item information of the sales item, such as a demand amount of a product or a service in the sales item, or a predicted order amount determined according to a customer demand, etc., is acquired, and then an item size of the sales item is predicted based on the item information. When the item size is small, the platform may divide the sales item into two phases, including a first phase and a second phase. For example, the first phase may be a registration phase for the sales item and the second phase may be a delivery phase for the sales item. .
In one possible embodiment, assuming that the item size of the target item is not less than the preset size threshold, N2 is 4, that is, the target item is determined to include four stages.
For example, for a sales item, item information of the sales item, such as a demand amount of a product or a service in the sales item, or a predicted order amount determined according to a customer demand, etc., is acquired, and then an item size of the sales item is predicted based on the item information. When the size of the project is large, the platform may divide the sales project into four stages, including a first stage, a second stage, a third stage, and a fourth stage. For example, the first stage may be a registration stage for the sales item, the second stage may be a scenario determination stage for the sales item, the third stage may be a negotiation stage for the sales item, and the fourth stage may be a delivery stage for the sales item.
In one possible implementation, assuming that the item size of the target item is equal to the preset size threshold, the target item is determined to include N1 stages or N2 stages according to the requirement.
Thus, through the project management platform, all stages included in the target project are determined according to a certain criterion, and the management standardization can be realized. Also, all phases included in different projects may be different, so that flexibility of management can be achieved.
Optionally, before the stage of determining that the target item includes, the target management platform may perform an audit on the target item, so as to ensure the validity of the target item, and if the audit is passed, continue to follow up with the target item.
Optionally, in the process of determining the phase included in the target item, the target management platform may further divide the phase of the target item according to other information, and is not limited to the phase division manner in the foregoing possible embodiments.
302. And acquiring the participators corresponding to each stage in the N stages, wherein the participators comprise internal employees and/or external staff of the company.
Specifically, the project management platform may manage the target project in stages, where different stages of the target project include different project contents, each stage corresponds to one or more participants, and a participant may be an internal employee, such as an internal employee of a company, an enterprise, an organization, or the like, or an external person, such as a person of a partner.
Alternatively, the participants may be classified into different categories based on the content of the completed project.
In one possible embodiment, the participants are classified into four categories, namely first, second, third and fourth. Taking a sales project as an example, the first type of person may be an outside associate, the second type of person may be an inside salesperson, the third type of person may be an inside manager, and the fourth type of person may be an inside marketer.
Based on the above possible embodiments, taking a certain sales item as an example, the sales item includes a registration phase, a scenario determination phase, a negotiation phase, and a delivery phase. Specifically, the external collaborators and the internal salespeople may participate in four stages of the sales project, the internal manager may participate in the scheme determination stage or negotiation stage of the sales project, and the internal marketer is mainly an auxiliary internal salespeople and may also participate in four stages of the sales project.
303. And acquiring the activity type completed by each participant in the participants corresponding to each stage.
Specifically, the target project includes one or more stages, each stage corresponds to one or more participants, and each stage includes one or more activities, so that each participant has a corresponding completed activity type in the corresponding stage, and the project management platform can obtain the completed activity type of each participant.
Optionally, the obtaining of the activity type completed by each participant in the participants corresponding to each stage includes: receiving an audit request of each participant, wherein the audit request carries the activity record of each participant; auditing the activity record of each participant; and if the audit is passed, determining the activity type included in the activity record of each participant as the activity type completed by each participant.
In one possible embodiment, the activity record includes a card punch record and a corresponding activity type at the time of the card punch, and the card punch record is used for determining the activity duration. Specifically, each participant needs to punch a card when performing the activity, and the activity record includes a card punching record, so that the time length of each participant performing the activity can be recorded, and the implementation process of the target project can be normalized. When allocating resources to each participant, the activity duration of each participant is also one of the factors influencing the resource allocation. In addition, when the participant punches the card, the project management platform can record the activity type specifically executed when the participant punches the card, so that the activity record of the participant is formed together with the punch record, and the authenticity of the information is ensured.
In one possible implementation, taking a certain sales item as an example, the sales item includes a registration phase, a scenario determination phase, a negotiation phase, and a delivery phase. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of stages and activities in a sales project according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the sales item includes 4 stages, a registration stage, a scenario determination stage, a negotiation stage, and a delivery stage, respectively. Wherein, the registration stage comprises H1 activities, and H1 is a positive integer; the scheme determination stage comprises H2 activities, wherein H2 is a positive integer; the negotiation stage comprises H3 activities, H3 is a positive integer; the delivery phase includes H4 activity, H4 is a positive integer.
