The ecological culture and construction-based land and sea overall ecological protection and restoration management platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the expense supply unit comprises: a financial budget expenditure subunit; a second ecological project expense subunit; and thirdly, an ecological investment and financing expenditure subunit.

The ecological civilization construction-based land and sea overall ecological protection and restoration management platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the technical support unit comprises: upgrading a subunit by using an ecological protection technology; and secondly, upgrading the subunit by using the ecological restoration technology.
7. The ecological civilization construction-based land and sea overall ecological protection and restoration management platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the evaluation implementation unit comprises three dimensions of economy, management and ecology.
