背景技术
动蝶阀是由气动执行器和蝶阀组成,气动蝶阀是用随阀杆转动的圆形蝶板做启闭性,以实现启用动作的气动阀门,主要做截断阀使用,亦可设计成具有调节或段阀兼调节的功能,蝶阀在低压大中口径管道上的使用越来越多,气动蝶阀分类:不锈钢气动蝶阀,硬密封气动蝶阀,软密封气动蝶阀,碳钢气动蝶阀,气动蝶阀的主要优点,结构简单,体积小重量轻,造价低,气动蝶阀该特点尤其显著,安装在高空暗道,经过二位五通电磁阀控制操作方便,也可调节流量介质,但现有大多数的气动蝶阀对接没有专门的安装孔位,需要其他辅助零件进行安装,且阀体中缺乏密封原件,易造成流质渗出或泄露。
因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种可调节的金属气动蝶阀用阀座,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可调节的金属气动蝶阀用阀座,解决了上述背景技术中提出的现有大多数的气动蝶阀对接没有专门的安装孔位,需要其他辅助零件进行安装,且阀体中缺乏密封原件,易造成流质渗出或泄露问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明提出如下技术方案:一种可调节的金属气动蝶阀用阀座,包括阀体组件、蝶阀组件和气动组件,所述阀体组件的中部设置有阀腔,且阀体组件包括阀门接座、对接孔、液流管、阀腔、调阀口、安装圈和螺栓孔,所述阀腔的左右两侧均连接有液流管,且液流管的外侧连接有阀门接座,所述阀门接座上均匀横向贯穿设置有对接孔,所述阀腔的顶部开设有调阀口,且调阀口的上方固定有安装圈,所述安装圈的上方均匀竖直贯穿设置有螺栓孔,所述蝶阀组件的中部设置有阀门杆,且蝶阀组件位于阀体组件的内侧中部,所述气动组件的上方设置有防护罩,且气动组件位于阀体组件的上方。

2.本发明中,通过在蝶阀组件中的上方设置有密封胶圈,且密封胶圈位于阀体组件中调阀口的内侧,可以使得当阀腔内部的流质压强过大,阀片关闭时,防止流质由阀腔顶部的调阀口渗出或喷溅,对阀体元件或人员造成伤害。
3.本发明中,通过在蝶阀组件以及气动组件中分别设置有底部轴承架以及顶部轴承架,既可以加强阀门杆以及阀片的稳定性,又不影响气动组件以及阀体组件之间的相互分离以及安装。
4.本发明中,通过在气动组件的外部设置有防护罩,可以对内部的气闭室进行有效的防护,避免外部的物体撞击或腐蚀物质对气闭室的室壁造成损坏,从而影响气闭室的气密性,导致阀片无法正常运转。
5.本发明中,通过在气动组件中设置为双栓塞单气闭室的布局,相对于传统的双气闭室双栓塞单独运动布局,既可以采用单组气泵进行功能,也可以采用双气泵进行运转,可以根据不同的环境或阀腔内流质压强来选用不同的供能方式。

气动组件3的上方设置有防护罩301,且气动组件3位于阀体组件1的上方,气动组件3包括通心柱302、底圈座303、支撑架304、气闭室305、栓塞306、连接柱307、气密胶圈308、齿板309、接气孔310、抽气孔311和顶部轴承架312,防护罩301的底部贯穿设置有通心柱302,且通心柱302的内部固定有顶部轴承架312,通心柱302的底端设置有底圈座303,防护罩301的内部前后侧均设置有支撑架304,防护罩301与通心柱302和底圈座303之间为均一体式结构,且通心柱302与顶部轴承架312之间为焊接,防护罩301与支撑架304之间为焊接固定,两组支撑架304之间安装有气闭室305,且气闭室305的左右两侧上方均设置有接气孔310,接气孔310的下方设置有抽气孔311,气闭室305的内两侧均设置又栓塞306,且栓塞306的外侧边缘设置有气密胶圈308,两组栓塞306之间设置于连接柱307,且连接柱307的下方安装有齿板309,气闭室305的底部开设有通孔,且通孔与通心柱302的顶端相重合,气闭室305与接气孔310和抽气孔311之间均为一体式结构,栓塞306与连接柱307和齿板309之间为一体式结构,气密胶圈308与栓塞306之间为粘接,通过在气动组件3的外部设置有防护罩301,可以对内部的气闭室305进行有效的防护,避免外部的物体撞击或腐蚀物质对气闭室305的室壁造成损坏,从而影响气闭室305的气密性,导致阀片202无法正常运转,通过在气动组件3中设置为双栓塞306单气闭室305的布局,相对于传统的双气闭室双栓塞单独运动布局,既可以采用单组气泵进行功能,也可以采用双气泵进行运转,可以根据不同的环境或阀腔104内流质压强来选用不同的供能方式。
综上所述,该一种可调节的金属气动蝶阀用阀座,使用时,首先,根据使用环境要求或者阀腔104内部流质压强选用单租气泵或者双气泵,选定供能气泵之后,将气泵的抽气管接通至于气动组件3中气闭室305两侧的抽气孔311上,再将气泵的吸气管接通至于气闭室305两侧的接气孔310上,通过螺栓分别由阀体组件1中的阀门接座101上的对接孔102进行穿出并固定于管道上,使得管道处于流通状态,将气动组件3通过螺栓穿过于底圈座303以及安装圈106上的螺栓孔107内并拧紧,可将气动组件3固定于阀体组件1上,之后,打开气泵开关,气泵开始工作,并通过气动组件3中的气闭室305左侧的抽气孔311将栓塞306左侧的气体抽出气闭室305内部,并通过气泵加压由气闭室305右侧的接气孔310压入栓塞306右侧的气闭室305中,此时,由于气闭室305内部的气压发生变化,气闭室305内部左侧气压明显低于右侧气压,栓塞306开始有气闭室305的中部逐渐向气闭室305的左侧开始移动,同时,栓塞306两侧外围的气密胶圈308紧密贴合气闭室305内壁,防止栓塞306两侧的气体互通造成内部气压平衡,连接柱307两端的栓塞306同时向气闭室305的左侧移动,底部齿板309对栓塞306以及连接柱307向左移动,并与蝶阀组件2中阀门杆203顶端的调节齿轮206相互啮合,带动阀门杆203以及底部的阀片202旋转,阀腔104内部的阀片202逐渐转动至与流质流动方向平行,管道内部形成通路,即可实现阀体开启状态,当气泵线停止运转,之后再向气闭室305左侧的接气孔310压入气体并向气闭室305右侧的抽气孔311内抽取空气时,此时气闭室305内部右侧气压低于左侧气压,栓塞306开始向右移动并带动底部的齿板309与调节齿轮206啮合,并带动阀门杆203以及阀片202反向旋转,直至复位,完成对阀腔104内部流体的分隔,阻断流通。

1.一种可调节的金属气动蝶阀用阀座,包括阀体组件(1)、蝶阀组件(2)和气动组件(3),其特征在于:所述阀体组件(1)的中部设置有阀腔(104),且阀体组件(1)包括阀门接座(101)、对接孔(102)、液流管(103)、阀腔(104)、调阀口(105)、安装圈(106)和螺栓孔(107),所述阀腔(104)的左右两侧均连接有液流管(103),且液流管(103)的外侧连接有阀门接座(101),所述阀门接座(101)上均匀横向贯穿设置有对接孔(102),所述阀腔(104)的顶部开设有调阀口(105),且调阀口(105)的上方固定有安装圈(106),所述安装圈(106)的上方均匀竖直贯穿设置有螺栓孔(107),所述蝶阀组件(2)的中部设置有阀门杆(203),且蝶阀组件(2)位于阀体组件(1)的内侧中部,所述气动组件(3)的上方设置有防护罩(301),且气动组件(3)位于阀体组件(1)的上方;
所述气动组件(3)包括通心柱(302)、底圈座(303)、支撑架(304)、气闭室(305)、栓塞(306)、连接柱(307)、气密胶圈(308)、齿板(309)、接气孔(310)、抽气孔(311)和顶部轴承架(312),所述防护罩(301)的底部贯穿设置有通心柱(302),且通心柱(302)的内部固定有顶部轴承架(312),所述通心柱(302)的底端设置有底圈座(303),所述防护罩(301)的内部前后侧均设置有支撑架(304);
所述防护罩(301)与通心柱(302)和底圈座(303)之间为均一体式结构,且通心柱(302)与顶部轴承架(312)之间为焊接,所述防护罩(301)与支撑架(304)之间为焊接固定;
所述支撑架(304)之间安装有气闭室(305),且气闭室(305)的左右两侧上方均设置有接气孔(310),所述接气孔(310)的下方设置有抽气孔(311),所述气闭室(305)的内两侧均设置有栓塞(306),且栓塞(306)的外侧边缘设置有气密胶圈(308),所述栓塞(306)之间设置于连接柱(307),且连接柱(307)的下方安装有齿板(309);
所述气闭室(305)的底部开设有通孔,且通孔与通心柱(302)的顶端相重合,所述气闭室(305)与接气孔(310)和抽气孔(311)之间均为一体式结构,所述栓塞(306)与连接柱(307)和齿板(309)之间为一体式结构,所述气密胶圈(308)与栓塞(306)之间为粘接;
所述蝶阀组件(2)包括止流胶圈(201)、阀片(202)、底部轴承架(204)、密封胶圈(205)和调节齿轮(206),所述阀腔(104)的内部前后侧均安装有止流胶圈(201),且阀腔(104)的内侧中部竖直设置有阀门杆(203),所述阀门杆(203)的底部固定有阀片(202),所述阀腔(104)的顶部调阀口(105)的内壁固定有底部轴承架(204),且底部轴承架(204)的上方设置有密封胶圈(205),所述阀门杆(203)的顶端安装有调节齿轮(206)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节的金属气动蝶阀用阀座,其特征在于:所述阀腔(104)与液流管(103)之间为一体式结构,且液流管(103)与阀门接座(101)之间为焊接固定,所述阀门接座(101)与对接孔(102)之间为一体式结构,所述阀腔(104)与调阀口(105)之间为一体式结构,所述安装圈(106)与螺栓孔(107)之间为一体式结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节的金属气动蝶阀用阀座,其特征在于:所述阀体组件(1)中的阀腔(104)为内部中空式结构,且阀腔(104)内部为球形腔体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节的金属气动蝶阀用阀座,其特征在于:所述止流胶圈(201)与阀腔(104)的内壁之间为粘接,所述阀片(202)与阀门杆(203)之间为一体式结构,且阀门杆(203)与调节齿轮(206)之间为焊接,所述底部轴承架(204)与调阀口(105)之间通过焊接固定,且密封胶圈(205)与调阀口(105)之间为嵌合连接,所述阀门杆(203)竖直贯穿于密封胶圈(205)的中心。
