本发明涉及木门窗组装技术领域,尤其涉及一种牢固度高的木门窗及其组装方法。
背景技术
木门窗分平开门窗、推拉门窗两类,平开门窗具有密封性好的特点;推拉门窗具有占用空间少的特点,依据需要和爱好选择,我们国家居民住宅楼实行二次装修,原室内门的材质标准低,又不易进行其它装饰性处理,所以家庭装饰时原门窗改造是必做的项目;
传统的木门窗的组装方法大多是通过金属连接件外包式或内嵌式连接,如直角连接件、螺钉、螺栓等,这些金属连接件如若长期使用会生锈腐烂,造成木门窗的牢固度大大降低,且木质门窗极易燃烧,而传统的木门窗仅仅通过防火涂层进行防火,效果极差,因此,本发明提出一种牢固度高的木门窗及其组装方法以解决现有技术中存在的问题。

针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提出一种牢固度高的木门窗及其组装方法,该牢固度高的木门窗及其组装方法通过门窗木条组装槽配合锁定木销进行木门窗的组装,组装方法简单方便,同时配合门窗木条组装槽和锁定木销中的白乳胶的粘结使得木门窗更加牢固,杜绝了传统金属连接件长时间使用出现的生锈腐烂而造成木门窗的牢固度降低的现象,且通过阻燃剂水溶液的浸泡配合防腐涂层、防火涂层和防水涂层的处理使得木门窗的耐火性更好。

进一步改进在于:所述排水机构包括导流槽、排水槽和斜面密封胶块,所述配合阶下方一侧设有导流槽,所述导流槽下方通过排水槽与外框体外侧连通,所述配合阶与限位阶之间上下方设有斜面密封胶块且斜面均向内倾斜。
进一步改进在于:所述门窗木条组装槽为楔形槽和方形槽中的一种,所述外框体和内框体的相邻两组边框上的门窗木条组装槽相互配且组装后外框体和内框体的相邻两组边框表面平齐。

一种牢固度高的木门窗组装方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、对外框体和内框体的边框进行钻孔开槽处理,并将钻孔开槽处理后的边框放入涂层剂中浸泡烘干处理;
步骤二、对处理后的边框上的门窗木条组装槽内侧面涂布白乳胶,将边框按门窗木条组装槽对应位置进行组装并将外侧和定位孔中多余的白乳胶擦拭干净;
步骤三、将压板器安装在组装接头处,将组装接头处胶接压实,静置5-6小时,待白乳胶完全凝固后拆下压板器;
步骤四、将事先准备好的锁定木销四周涂布白乳胶后插入定位孔,静置5-6小时,待白乳胶凝固后切除定位孔两侧多余的锁定木销;
步骤五、利用打磨装置对外框体和内框体的边框粘结处和锁定木销进行打磨,使其表面平整,并对打磨处涂布防腐涂层、防火涂层和防水涂层。

步骤一、对外框体1和内框体3的边框进行钻孔开槽处理,并将钻孔开槽处理后的边框先放入由粒度为≤200目的粉末阻燃剂与水充分混合后的水溶液中浸泡24小时候晾干,再将边框放入防腐涂层剂中浸泡1-2min,然后取出边框放入160-180℃的烘干箱中进行6-8min烘干处理;将烘干后的边框放入防火涂层剂中浸泡1-2min,然后取出边框放入150-170℃的烘干箱中进行8-10min烘干处理;将烘干后的边框放入防水涂层剂中浸泡1-2min,然后取出边框放入170-190℃的烘干箱中进行8-10min烘干处理,其中外框体1和内框体3的边框钻孔开槽处理时利用钻孔辅助装置和开槽辅助装置进行加工,保证孔和槽的垂直度和直线度;
步骤二、对处理后的边框上的门窗木条组装槽8内侧面涂布白乳胶,将边框按门窗木条组装槽8对应位置进行组装并将外侧和定位孔9中多余的白乳胶擦拭干净;
步骤三、将压板器安装在组装接头处,将组装接头处胶接压实,静置5-6小时,待白乳胶完全凝固后拆下压板器;
步骤四、将事先准备好的锁定木销10四周涂布白乳胶后插入定位孔9,静置5-6小时,待白乳胶凝固后切除定位孔9两侧多余的锁定木销10;

根据图1、2、4所示,本实施例提供了一种牢固度高的木门窗及其组装方法,包括外框机构、内框机构和组装机构,所述外框机构包括外框体1、配合阶2和排水机构,所述外框体1内侧四周设有配合阶2,所述外框体1中设有排水机构,所述内框机构包括内框体3、限位阶4、安装槽5、压条6和密封胶条7,所述外框体1内铰接有内框体3,所述内框体3外侧四周设有限位阶4,所述内框体3内侧设有安装槽5,所述安装槽5中通过压条6设有密封胶条7,所述组装机构包括门窗木条组装槽8、定位孔9和锁定木销10,所述外框体1和内框体3的相邻两组边框上设有门窗木条组装槽8,所述门窗木条组装槽8之间设有定位孔9,所述定位孔9中设有锁定木销10,。
所述排水机构包括导流槽11、排水槽12和斜面密封胶块13,所述配合阶2下方一侧设有导流槽11,所述导流槽11下方通过排水槽12与外框体1外侧连通,所述配合阶2与限位阶4之间上下方设有斜面密封胶块13且斜面均向内倾斜。
所述门窗木条组装槽8为方形槽,所述外框体1和内框体3的相邻两组边框上的门窗木条组装槽8相互配且组装后外框体1和内框体3的相邻两组边框表面平齐。
所述定位孔9为方孔,所述锁定木销10为与定位孔9配合的四棱柱状。
一种牢固度高的木门窗组装方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、对外框体1和内框体3的边框进行钻孔开槽处理,并将钻孔开槽处理后的边框先放入由粒度为≤200目的粉末阻燃剂与水充分混合后的水溶液中浸泡24小时候晾干,再将边框放入防腐涂层剂中浸泡1-2min,然后取出边框放入160-180℃的烘干箱中进行6-8min烘干处理;将烘干后的边框放入防火涂层剂中浸泡1-2min,然后取出边框放入150-170℃的烘干箱中进行8-10min烘干处理;将烘干后的边框放入防水涂层剂中浸泡1-2min,然后取出边框放入170-190℃的烘干箱中进行8-10min烘干处理,其中外框体1和内框体3的边框钻孔开槽处理时利用钻孔辅助装置和开槽辅助装置进行加工,保证孔和槽的垂直度和直线度;
步骤二、对处理后的边框上的门窗木条组装槽8内侧面涂布白乳胶,将边框按门窗木条组装槽8对应位置进行组装并将外侧和定位孔9中多余的白乳胶擦拭干净;
步骤三、将压板器安装在组装接头处,将组装接头处胶接压实,静置5-6小时,待白乳胶完全凝固后拆下压板器;
步骤四、将事先准备好的锁定木销10四周涂布白乳胶后插入定位孔9,静置5-6小时,待白乳胶凝固后切除定位孔9两侧多余的锁定木销10;
步骤五、利用打磨装置对外框体1和内框体3的边框粘结处和锁定木销10处用40目、80目和150目的砂纸分别进行粗打磨、半精打磨和精打磨,打磨之后用湿布将打磨部位上的木屑擦拭干净并晾干,使其表面平整,并对打磨处涂布防腐涂层、防火涂层和防水涂层。
该牢固度高的木门窗及其组装方法通过门窗木条组装槽8配合锁定木销10进行木门窗的组装,组装方法简单方便,同时配合门窗木条组装槽8和锁定木销10中的白乳胶的粘结使得木门窗更加牢固,杜绝了传统金属连接件长时间使用出现的生锈腐烂而造成木门窗的牢固度降低的现象,且通过阻燃剂水溶液的浸泡配合防腐涂层、防火涂层和防水涂层的处理使得木门窗的耐火性更好。

1.一种牢固度高的木门窗,其特征在于:包括外框机构、内框机构和组装机构,所述外框机构包括外框体(1)、配合阶(2)和排水机构,所述外框体(1)内侧四周设有配合阶(2),所述外框体(1)中设有排水机构,所述内框机构包括内框体(3)、限位阶(4)、安装槽(5)、压条(6)和密封胶条(7),所述外框体(1)内铰接有内框体(3),所述内框体(3)外侧四周设有限位阶(4),所述内框体(3)内侧设有安装槽(5),所述安装槽(5)中通过压条(6)设有密封胶条(7),所述组装机构包括门窗木条组装槽(8)、定位孔(9)和锁定木销(10),所述外框体(1)和内框体(3)的相邻两组边框上设有门窗木条组装槽(8),所述门窗木条组装槽(8)之间设有定位孔(9),所述定位孔(9)中设有锁定木销(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牢固度高的木门窗,其特征在于:所述排水机构包括导流槽(11)、排水槽(12)和斜面密封胶块(13),所述配合阶(2)下方一侧设有导流槽(11),所述导流槽(11)下方通过排水槽(12)与外框体(1)外侧连通,所述配合阶(2)与限位阶(4)之间上下方设有斜面密封胶块(13)且斜面均向内倾斜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牢固度高的木门窗,其特征在于:所述门窗木条组装槽(8)为楔形槽和方形槽中的一种,所述外框体(1)和内框体(3)的相邻两组边框上的门窗木条组装槽(8)相互配且组装后外框体(1)和内框体(3)的相邻两组边框表面平齐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种牢固度高的木门窗,其特征在于:所述定位孔(9)为圆孔和方孔中的一种,所述锁定木销(10)为与定位孔(9)配合的圆柱状和四棱柱状中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种牢固度高的木门窗组装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、对外框体(1)和内框体(3)的边框进行钻孔开槽处理,并将钻孔开槽处理后的边框先放入阻燃剂水溶液中浸泡24小时候晾干,再放入涂层剂中浸泡烘干处理;
步骤二、对处理后的边框上的门窗木条组装槽(8)内侧面涂布白乳胶,将边框按门窗木条组装槽(8)对应位置进行组装并将外侧和定位孔(9)中多余的白乳胶擦拭干净;
步骤三、将压板器安装在组装接头处,将组装接头处胶接压实,静置5-6小时,待白乳胶完全凝固后拆下压板器;
步骤四、将事先准备好的锁定木销(10)四周涂布白乳胶后插入定位孔(9),静置5-6小时,待白乳胶凝固后切除定位孔(9)两侧多余的锁定木销(10);
步骤五、利用打磨装置对外框体(1)和内框体(3)的边框粘结处和锁定木销(10)进行打磨,使其表面平整,并对打磨处涂布防腐涂层、防火涂层和防水涂层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种牢固度高的木门窗组装方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中阻燃剂水溶液是由粒度为≤200目的粉末阻燃剂与水充分混合后的溶液。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种牢固度高的木门窗组装方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中将边框放入防腐涂层剂中浸泡1-2min,然后取出边框放入160-180℃的烘干箱中进行6-8min烘干处理;将烘干后的边框放入防火涂层剂中浸泡1-2min,然后取出边框放入150-170℃的烘干箱中进行8-10min烘干处理;将烘干后的边框放入防水涂层剂中浸泡1-2min,然后取出边框放入170-190℃的烘干箱中进行8-10min烘干处理。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种牢固度高的木门窗组装方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中外框体(1)和内框体(3)的边框钻孔开槽处理时利用钻孔辅助装置和开槽辅助装置进行加工,保证孔和槽的垂直度和直线度。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种牢固度高的木门窗组装方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五中打磨方法为用40目、80目和150目的砂纸分别进行粗打磨、半精打磨和精打磨,打磨之后用湿布将打磨部位上的木屑擦拭干净并晾干。
