s1, classified recovery, namely classifying and recovering according to the actual class of the printed paper products, and synchronously processing the printed paper products with the same class in the subsequent process;
s2, crushing and pulping: primarily crushing the printed paper product through a crushing device (5), and then preparing the printed paper product into paper pulp through a pulp crushing device (6);
s3 deinking and bleaching, wherein the paper pulp prepared by S2 is deinked by a water washing method or a flotation method, and the paper pulp is bleached by a peroxide bleaching method or a reduction bleaching method after deinking;
s4, compression molding: mixing the paper pulp treated by the S3 with plant fibers to prepare wet fiber pulp, and pressing and forming the wet fiber pulp by adopting a mould pressing method to prepare a regenerated paperboard;
s5, cutting a paperboard: cutting the recycled paperboard processed in the step S4 according to actual production requirements, and packaging and boxing the cut recycled paperboard;
the feeding pipe (2) is installed on the outer side of the top end of the shell (1), a connecting port is formed in the middle of the top end of the shell (1), the discharging pipe (3) is installed at the bottom of the shell (1), the water inlet pipe (4) is installed in the middle of the shell (1), and the crushing device (5) and the pulping device (6) are sequentially installed in the shell (1) from top to bottom;
the crushing device (5) comprises a driving motor (51), a driving gear (52), a driven gear ring (53), a connecting pipe (54), a driving rotating shaft (55), an injection mechanism (56), a crushing cutter (57), a first sieve plate (58), a transmission mechanism (59), a baffle ring (510), a bearing plate (511), a partition plate (512) and a water spray pipe (513), wherein the driving motor (51) is arranged at the top end of the shell (1) through a motor base, the lower end of an output shaft of the driving motor (51) is connected with the upper end of the driving gear (52), the right end of the driving gear (52) is meshed with the left end of the driven gear ring (53), the driven gear ring (53) is positioned right above a connecting port, the middle part of the driven gear ring (53) is connected with the upper end of the connecting pipe (54), the lower end of the connecting pipe (54) is arranged at the outer side, the spraying mechanism (56) is arranged in the driving rotating shaft (55), the crushing cutters (57) are uniformly arranged on the side wall of the lower end of the driving rotating shaft (55), the bottom end of the driving rotating shaft (55) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the first sieve plate (58), and the outer wall of the first sieve plate (58) is connected with the inner wall of the shell (1);
the outer side of the upper end of the driving rotating shaft (55) is connected with the inner wall of the baffle ring (510) through a transmission mechanism (59), a bearing plate (511) is installed between the outer wall of the baffle ring (510) and the inner wall of the shell (1), a blanking port is formed in the bearing plate (511) and is positioned behind the feeding pipe (2), a plurality of groups of wetting holes are uniformly formed in the side wall of the baffle ring (510) along the circumferential direction of the side wall, so that clear water sprayed out of the driving rotating shaft (55) can enter the baffle ring (510) to wet paper products, the bearing plate (511) is connected with the baffle ring (510) in a sliding fit mode, partition plates (512) are uniformly distributed in the upper end of the bearing plate (511) along the circumferential direction of the upper end, the partition plates (512) are installed on the outer wall of the baffle ring (510), a plurality of groups of water spraying holes uniformly distributed from top to bottom are uniformly formed in the upper end, a water spraying pipe (513) is arranged outside the water spraying hole;
