Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of dustproof and anti-fouling fan blades of an electric fan, which comprises the following steps: the electric fan is characterized in that a layer of dustproof coating is coated on the outer layer of a fan blade of the electric fan, and the dustproof coating comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of resin, 3-5 parts of water absorbent, 5-8 parts of polyacrylamide, 3-5 parts of poly-p-xylylene glycol, 5-8 parts of ethanedioic acid polyester, 2-5 parts of anti-settling agent, 10-20 parts of sodium alginate, 2-5 parts of curing agent and 25-35 parts of deionized water, so that dust is effectively prevented from being deposited on blades of the electric fan, the influence of dust on the blades is avoided, and meanwhile, the shape and the material of the round blades cannot be influenced by a coating method, so that the air output of the electric fan cannot be influenced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric fans, in particular to a preparation method of dustproof and anti-fouling fan blades of an electric fan.
Background
An electric fan, also called fan and fanner, is a household electrical appliance which uses an electric motor to drive fan blades to rotate so as to accelerate the circulation of air, and is mainly used for cooling and relieving summer heat and circulating air. step two: producing the dustproof coating, adding resin, polyacrylamide, poly (p-xylylene glycol), sodium alginate and deionized water into a mixing device, and heating and mixing through the mixing device to obtain a dustproof coating stock solution;
step three: adding the anti-settling agent into the dustproof coating stock solution for mixing again, and standing after mixing;
step four: adding the curing agent and the water absorbent into the cooled dustproof coating and mixing to obtain the dustproof coating;
step five: the dustproof coating is uniformly coated on the blades of the electric fan and then is subjected to dry curing treatment to obtain the dustproof and antifouling blades of the electric fan.
As a further scheme of the invention: the resin is a mixture of epoxy resin and melamine formaldehyde resin.
As a further scheme of the invention: the curing agent is an Ultraviolet (UV) curing agent.
As a further scheme of the invention: in the first step, the manufacturing production of the fan blade of the electric fan comprises the following steps: plastic injection molding production or metal die casting production.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the blade of the electric fan is effectively prevented from being subjected to dust-proof stratification, the influence of dust on the blade is avoided, and meanwhile, the shape and the material of the round blade cannot be influenced by a coating method, so that the air output of the electric fan cannot be influenced.

step four: adding the curing agent and the water absorbent into the cooled dustproof coating and mixing to obtain the dustproof coating;
step five: the dustproof coating is uniformly coated on the blades of the electric fan and then is subjected to dry curing treatment to obtain the dustproof and antifouling blades of the electric fan.
The resin is a mixture of epoxy resin and melamine formaldehyde resin.
The curing agent is an Ultraviolet (UV) curing agent.

A preparation method of dustproof and anti-fouling fan blades of an electric fan comprises the following steps: the electric fan is characterized in that a layer of dustproof coating is coated on the outer layer of a fan blade of the electric fan, and the dustproof coating comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of resin, 3-5 parts of water absorbent, 5-8 parts of polyacrylamide, 3-5 parts of poly-p-xylylene glycol, 5-8 parts of ethanedioic acid polyester, 2-5 parts of anti-settling agent, 10-20 parts of sodium alginate, 2-5 parts of curing agent and 25-35 parts of deionized water, wherein the dustproof and anti-fouling fan blade of the electric fan adopts the following production steps:
the method comprises the following steps: manufacturing and producing fan blades of the electric fan;

2. The method for preparing the dustproof and anti-fouling fan blade of the electric fan according to claim 1, wherein the resin is a mixture of epoxy resin and melamine formaldehyde resin.
3. The method for preparing the dustproof and anti-fouling blade of the electric fan according to claim 1, wherein the curing agent is an Ultraviolet (UV) curing agent.
4. The method for preparing the dustproof and antifouling blade of the electric fan according to the claim 1, wherein in the first step, the blade of the electric fan is manufactured and produced by the following steps: plastic injection molding production or metal die casting production.
5. The method for preparing the dustproof and anti-fouling blade of the electric fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the second step, the mixing time is one hour, and the mixing temperature is 80-90 ℃.
6. The method for preparing the dustproof and anti-fouling blade of the electric fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the fifth step, the dry curing treatment is ultraviolet curing treatment.
