Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic feeder for processing a wood pile, which comprises a base, wherein the base is respectively provided with an original storage rack, a polymerization rack and a feeding workbench; an original through groove with a T-shaped cross section and penetrating to the right end of the original storage rack is formed in the original storage rack, and a clamping assembly is installed on the right side of the original through groove; a tail through groove with a T-shaped cross section and penetrating through the left end of the feeding workbench is formed in the feeding workbench; the polymerization frame is provided with a consignment assembly; the shipping assembly includes a carrier. The invention is convenient to use, and can automatically cooperate with the wood pile to load and separate while controlling the bearing frame to move along the rectangular track on the basis of storing the wood pile, and drive the wood pile to move to the right for transportation, thereby realizing the effect of automatically transporting and loading the wood pile.

Background
The wood pile is one of important parts for building the vegetable greenhouse framework, and mainly plays a good supporting and assisting role in components of the vegetable greenhouse. Generally, the stability of the framework is maintained, the wood pile columns are required to be inserted into the ground bottom in a deep burying mode, in order to facilitate the burying and inserting work, one axial end of each wood pile column is required to be machined into a conical shape, and in order to facilitate the machining of the wood pile columns, the wood pile columns are required to be supplied to corresponding machining tables one by one through corresponding transportation equipment to be fed.

The clamping assembly comprises two U-shaped clamping seats which are fixedly arranged on the right side of the original storage rack, a second spring is fixedly arranged in each U-shaped clamping seat, and a blocking block is horizontally and slidably arranged in each U-shaped clamping seat; the second spring is connected with the blocking block; the lower part of the left side of each blocking block is provided with a blocking inclined plane.
Two track grooves with rectangular tracks are formed in the polymerization frame; the consignment component also comprises two main moving rods which are respectively in sliding fit with the corresponding track grooves; the two main moving rods are welded together with a connecting rod arranged at the bottom of the bearing frame 5; the polymerization frame is provided with a motor, the motor is connected with a driving swing rod, and a driving groove in sliding fit with any one of the two main moving rods is formed in the driving swing rod.

Two track grooves 3a with rectangular tracks are formed in the polymerization frame 3; the consignment component also comprises two main moving rods 11 which are respectively in sliding fit with the corresponding track grooves 3 a; the two main moving rods 11 are welded together with a joint rod 12 arranged at the bottom of the bearing frame 5; the polymerization frame 3 is provided with a motor 13, the motor 13 is connected with a driving swing rod 14, and the driving swing rod 14 is provided with a driving groove 14a which is in sliding fit with any one main moving rod 11 of the two main moving rods 11.

When the device is used specifically, the motor 13 drives the driving swing rod 14 to rotate clockwise, so that the main moving rod 11 and the whole bearing frame 5 slide along the rectangular track of the track groove 3a, and the following four steps can be sequentially carried out:
first, when the main moving rod 11 moves upwards to the upper limit position along the left track of the track groove 3a, the upper end surface of the bearing frame 5 just moves to abut against the bottom of the rightmost wood pile column, and the arc-shaped limiting blocks 15 abut against and limit the left and right arc surfaces of the rightmost wood pile column respectively.
And secondly, when the main moving rod 11 moves towards the right side on the track of the track groove 3a, the bearing frame 5 can drive the rightmost wood pile to move towards the right, and in the process of moving towards the right, the right inclined surface of each triangular pushing block 16 can respectively extrude the two blocking blocks 10 towards the left side and the right side through the matching of the inclined surfaces 10a and the inclined surfaces, so that the wood pile can be guaranteed to move towards the right smoothly and leave the original storage rack 2. When the main moving rod 11 moves to the right limit position of the upper side track of the track groove 3a, the wood pile is driven to the right end position in the last through groove 4a, and feeding is completed.
Thirdly, when the main moving rod 11 moves downwards along the right track of the track groove 3a, the bearing frame 5 is separated from the wood pile.
Fourthly, when the main moving rod 11 moves to the left side along the track of the lower side of the track groove 3a, the bearing frame 5 is reset.
When the motor 13 rotates for one circle, the four steps are sequentially executed once, so that one wood pile can be loaded on the loading workbench 4, and the subsequent processing is convenient to carry out.
