Claims (4)
1. A conveying mechanism for transferring cartons is characterized by comprising a tooling vehicle, a lifter and a carton unpacking machine; wherein,
the elevator includes an elevator main body, and an elevating device and a first conveying device arranged on the elevator main body;
the box unpacking machine comprises a rack, and a second conveying device, a feeding mechanism and a box unpacking mechanism which are arranged on the rack;
the cart transports the cartons to a position adjacent to the first conveyor, and the first conveyor is capable of contacting the carton bottoms;
the lifting device can lift the first conveying device to be consistent with the height of the second conveying device;
the first conveying device conveys the cartons to the second conveying device, the second conveying device conveys the cartons to a preset position on the case unpacking machine, a limiting device is arranged on one side, far away from the lifter, of the case unpacking machine main body, the limiting device is of a square plate-shaped structure and can ensure that the cartons are conveyed to the preset position on the case unpacking machine, and the feeding mechanism can conveniently push the cartons to the case unpacking mechanism one by one;
the second conveying device comprises a second conveying motor, a second conveying driving shaft, a second driven wheel, a second bearing seat and a second conveying belt; the second conveying motor is connected with the second conveying driving shaft, the second conveying driving shaft is connected with a bearing arranged on the second bearing seat, and the second bearing seat is fixed on the rack; second driving wheels are arranged at two ends of the second conveying driving shaft, the second driven wheel is arranged on the rack, and the second conveying belt is sleeved on the second driving wheels and the second driven wheel;
the feeding mechanism comprises a lifting cylinder, a sucker, a synchronous belt fixing plate, a synchronous belt, a second guide rail, a second sliding block, a feeding motor, a feeding driving shaft and a third bearing seat; wherein the suction cup is arranged on the lifting cylinder; the feeding motor is connected with the feeding driving shaft, the feeding driving shaft is arranged at two ends of the synchronous belt through the third bearing seat, and the synchronous belt fixing plate is arranged on the synchronous belt; the second sliding block is mounted on the second guide rail, the second guide rail is arranged in parallel with the synchronous belt, and two ends of the second guide rail are connected with the feeding driving shaft; after the second conveying device conveys the carton to a preset position on the carton unpacking machine, the sucker and the lifting cylinder are jacked and clamped to the bottom carton, the feeding motor is electrified and runs positively, the feeding driving shaft drives the synchronous belt to rotate, the sucker, the lifting cylinder and the second sliding block are driven to move along the second guide rail through the synchronous belt fixing plate, after the lifting cylinder pushes the carton to be conveyed to the carton unpacking mechanism, the lifting cylinder descends and the sucker stops adsorbing, and the feeding motor rotates reversely to drive the feeding driving shaft, the synchronous belt fixing plate and the second sliding block to return; the tooling trolley comprises a frame, and a transverse positioning device and a longitudinal positioning device which are arranged on the frame and are perpendicular to each other;
the frame is provided with an adjusting device connected with the longitudinal positioning device, and the adjusting device comprises an adjusting fixing plate, a linear bearing, an adjusting screw rod, a screw rod nut, an adjusting handle, a first bearing seat and an adjusting guide rail; the adjusting fixing plate is connected with the longitudinal positioning device, the linear bearing is fixed on the frame through the first bearing seat, two ends of the adjusting screw rod are respectively connected with the linear bearing, and the adjusting screw rod and the adjusting guide rail both penetrate through the adjusting fixing plate; the screw rod nut is positioned at the end part of the adjusting screw rod, and the adjusting handle is connected with the screw rod nut.
2. The transfer mechanism for transferring cartons as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cart is provided with a pushing mechanism for pushing cartons onto said first conveyor.
3. The transfer mechanism for transferring cartons as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said first conveyor means comprises a first conveyor motor, a first conveyor belt, a first conveyor drive wheel, a first conveyor drive shaft and a conveyor driven wheel; wherein,
the first conveying motor is connected with a first conveying driving shaft, and the first conveying driving shaft is connected with a first conveying driving wheel;
the first conveying driving wheel and the conveying driven wheel are positioned at two ends of the first conveying belt.

The transfer mechanism for transferring cartons as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said lifting means comprises a lifting beam, a lifting motor, a lifting drive shaft, a lifting chain, a lifting sprocket, a boom, a first guide rail and a first slide connected to said first conveyor means; wherein,
the first guide rail is arranged on the elevator main body, first sliding blocks are arranged at two ends of the lifting cross beam, and the first sliding blocks can slide up and down along the first guide rail;
two ends of the lifting cross beam are connected with the lifting chain through the hanging rods, the lifting chain is sleeved on the lifting chain wheel, and the lifting chain wheel is installed on the lifter main body;
the lifting driving shaft is respectively connected with the lifting motor and the lifting chain wheel.
