The invention relates to an intelligent three-dimensional warehousing system based on an intelligent cloud, which comprises an operation terminal, an AGV (automated guided vehicle), a 5G cloud box, a cloud, a three-dimensional warehouse and a two-dimensional code planning route, wherein the operation terminal comprises a handheld terminal and a mobile phone APP, the 5G cloud box is connected with the operation terminal, the AGV vehicle, the three-dimensional warehouse and the cloud, the operation terminal, the AGV vehicle, the 5G cloud box, the cloud and the three-dimensional warehouse are connected through wireless communication, the AGV vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a lithium battery, a tray, a telescopic rod, data transmission and a storage bin, the three-dimensional warehouse is provided with a warehousing inlet and a warehouse outlet, and a data repeater is arranged between the warehousing inlet and the warehouse outlet and used for data transmission of the three-dimensional warehouse.
