The environment-friendly trash can cover according to claim 1, wherein the rope (17) connected with the baffle (14) penetrates from the bottom of the cavity (13) and is fixed on the end portion of the baffle (14) placed in the cavity (13), the lower end of the inner end of each sliding groove (4) is provided with a fixed pulley (20), and the rope (17) connected with the second sliding block (8) firstly bypasses the fixed pulley (20) and then is connected with the second sliding block (8).
