Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, a drawer type cup holder assembly includes: the drawer type cup holder assembly includes a drawer base 100, a cup holder base 200, a cup holder 300, and a support member 400, and is capable of setting the cup holder base 200 to a drawer structure, drawing out the cup holder base 200 when necessary, and when the cup holder assembly is used, the cup holder 300 does not touch an opening of the drawer base 100, thereby protecting a product opening from a broken surface.
It should be noted that, although the existing cup holder of the drawer structure has a structure similar to the cup holder base 200 and the cup holder 300, the cup holder 300 lacks support after the cup holder base 200 is drawn out, so that the cup holder 300 directly abuts against the drawer opening, thereby causing damage to the appearance and structure of the product, and this also causes defects of unsmooth use and short moving stroke of the cup holder base 200.
In order to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks, the drawer base 100 is a box-shaped structure, and is provided with an accommodating cavity 110 and an opening 120, wherein the opening 120 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 110; in short, the opening 120 is an opening of the housing chamber 110, and the structure in the housing chamber 110 can be drawn out through the opening 120.
The cup holder 200 is a plate-like structure and is movably disposed in the accommodating cavity 110, and it should be noted that the cup holder 200 is actually movably connected to the drawer base 100 so as to move in the accommodating cavity 110.
The holder 200 can be drawn out of the receiving cavity 110 through the opening 120, and in a practical structure, the holder 200 can be powered by a driving assembly or an elastic element and automatically ejected from the receiving cavity 110, that is, the holder 200 automatically extends out of the opening 120 after the cup holder is unlocked.
The cup holder 300 is a holder plate frame structure for supporting the bottom of the cup, and it is important to point out here that the cup holder 300 is hinged to the cup holder base 200, and is provided with a hinge frame 210, and the hinge frame 210 is hinged to the cup holder base 200, and preferably, the cup holder 300 can be turned over around the hinge frame 210, and when the cup holder base 200 moves, the cup holder can also move along with the cup holder base 200, so that the cup holder 300 can be both hinged to the cup holder base 200 and linked to the cup holder base 200.
The cup holder 300 is provided with a hinge bracket 210; preferably, the hinge bracket 210 is a shaft structure, and the cup holder 300 can be hinged to the cup holder base 200 through the hinge bracket 210, and it is important to note here that the hinge bracket 210 may be a shaft structure, and more specifically, a shaft or a pin is provided on the cup holder 300.
The cup holder 300 is turned over by the hinge bracket 210 after the cup holder base 200 is withdrawn from the receiving chamber 110; preferably, when the holder base 200 is located in the receiving cavity 110, the cup holder 300 is folded under the holder base 200, and once the holder base 200 is drawn out from the receiving cavity 110, the cup holder 300 loses the support of the drawer base 100 therebelow and then turns over around the hinge bracket 210, and the bottom of the cup can be supported right after the cup holder 300 turns over.
And a torsion return spring (i.e., a structure similar to a torsion spring) is provided on the hinge bracket 210, the torsion return spring is connected to the cup holder 300 to drive the cup holder 300 to turn, and when the cup holder base 200 is drawn out from the receiving cavity 110, the torsion return spring drives the cup holder 300 to be opened downward, so that the cup holder 300 has an automatic opening function.
The supporting member 400 is movably disposed in the accommodating cavity 110, preferably, the supporting member 400 may be a supporting rod 410 structure or a connecting rod 430 structure, and only needs to be capable of moving in the accommodating cavity 110, and supports the cup holder 300 after the cup holder 300 is turned over, and the working principle thereof actually limits the turning angle of the cup holder 300, so that the cup holder 300 cannot be directly turned over to the degree of interference connection with the opening 120, and thus the opening 120 is protected.
The holder support member 400 is in interference engagement with the holder 300, and when the holder 300 is turned upside down, the holder support member 400 supports the holder 300 so as to prevent the holder 300 from interfering with the opening 120.
Preferably, when the cup holder base 200 is pulled out or popped out from the opening 120, the supporting member 400 moves to a certain position, so when the cup holder base 300 is turned over, the supporting member 400 can be abutted to the cup holder base 300, the cup holder base 300 is prevented from colliding with the opening 120 when being turned over downwards each time, the appearance of the opening 120 cannot be broken when being used, and when the cup holder base 200 returns to the accommodating cavity 110, the opening 120 cannot obstruct the cup holder base 300 from being turned over and reset, and the cup holder can be used more smoothly and reliably.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in addition to the above-mentioned embodiment, the holder base 200 is provided with the holding opening 220 and the cup clips 230, and preferably, the number of the holding openings 220 and the cup clips 230 is at least one pair, or may be a plurality of pairs, and the holding opening 220 is actually a semicircular hole formed at the edge of the holder base 200.
The cup clamp 230 is arranged in the clamping opening 220, the clamping opening 220 and the cup clamp 230 are matched to clamp the outer wall of a cup, the cup clamp 230 is of an arc-shaped clamping arm structure, one end of the cup clamp 230 is provided with an elastic part and is hinged to the cup frame base 200, so that the cup clamp 230 is located in the clamping opening 220, and the cup clamp 230 can hold the cup located in the clamping opening 220.
The cup holder 300 is used for supporting the bottom of a cup, and preferably, the cup holder 300 is folded on the cup holder base 200 when being accommodated in the accommodating cavity 110, and the cup holder 300 is unfolded to be turned and located below the cup holder base 200, and the bottom of the cup is placed on the cup holder 300 and held by the cup clamp 230, so that the stability of placing the cup is held.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, on the basis of the above embodiments, the supporting assembly 400 includes a supporting rod 410 and a driving block 420, the supporting assembly 400 may have various structures, and preferably, the supporting rod 410 is of a supporting rod structure, the supporting rod 410 is of a bar-shaped push rod structure, and the driving block 420 is of an elastic structure, and may be a torsion spring 422 or a spring.
The support rod 410 is provided with a first guide block 411, and preferably, the first guide block 411 is a downward protruding structure. The drawer base 100 is provided therein with a first bar-shaped groove 130, the first guide block 411 is movably disposed in the first bar-shaped groove 130, and the support rod 410 can move from the receiving chamber 110 toward the opening 120 along the first bar-shaped groove 130.
It should be noted here that the first bar-shaped slot 130 not only has a guiding function, but also has a limiting function, and since the first guiding block 411 can only slide in the first bar-shaped slot 130, when the first guiding block 411 is connected with the end of the first bar-shaped slot 130 in an abutting manner, the supporting rod 410 moves to the maximum distance, thereby achieving the effect of limiting the maximum stroke of the supporting rod 410.
The driving block 420 is connected to the supporting rod 410, and the driving block 420 is a torsion spring 422 or a spring structure, which can drive the supporting rod 410 to move when the cup holder base 200 is drawn out.
The driving block 420 is used for pushing the supporting rod 410 to move along the first bar-shaped groove 130 and making the supporting rod 410 abut against the cup holder 300.
In the course of the work, bracing piece 410 is in fact by the restriction of glass stand seat 200 in holding the chamber 110, in case glass stand seat 200 stretches out from opening 120, bracing piece 410 loses the restraint, so actuating block 420 drives bracing piece 410 to move to the settlement position, thereby withhold glass stand support 300, this kind of design is very ingenious, can pop out bracing piece 410 through actuating block 420 when glass stand seat 200 takes out, and provide the holding power to bracing piece 410 through actuating block 420, ensure that bracing piece 410 can reliably withhold glass stand support 300, avoid glass stand support 300 to collide opening 120.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, on the basis of the above embodiment, the driving block 420 includes a mounting column 421 and a torsion spring 422, the mounting column 421 is connected to the drawer base 100, the torsion spring 422 is disposed on the mounting column 421, here, it should be noted that the driving block 420 may be the torsion spring 422 or a spring, here, the torsion spring 422 is preferred, and the mounting column 421 is located at the side of the supporting rod 410.
And the torsion spring 422 is connected with the support rod 410, and the torsion spring 422 stirs the support rod 410 by torsion so as to push out the support rod 410.
It is important to note here that the sliding distance of the support rod 410 is different from the sliding distance of the holder base 200, and the support rod 410 moves a short distance toward the opening portion, while the holder base 200 is substantially removed from the receiving chamber 110.
Preferably, a groove is formed in the side wall of the supporting rod 410, one end of the torsion spring 422 is fixed and the other end of the torsion spring 422 is located on the groove of the side wall of the supporting rod 410, when the cup holder base 200 and the supporting rod 410 are located at the position inside the accommodating cavity 110 (the cup holder base 200 is not in an ejected state), the torsion spring 422 is compressed at the moment, the cup holder base 200 is ejected or extended, the torsion spring 422 drives the supporting rod 410 to move along the first linear groove 130 through torsion force, and when the supporting rod 410 is in interference connection with the cup holder 300, the torsion spring 422 can also provide supporting force for the supporting rod 410, so that the supporting rod 410 can reliably support the cup.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, on the basis of the above embodiment, the support rod 410 is provided with a reset push block 412 for abutting against and connecting with the holder base 200, the reset push block 412 is a structure protruding upwards, and the support rod 410 is connected with the holder base 200 through the reset push block 412.
When the holder 200 moves into the accommodating cavity 110, the holder 200 is connected to the restoring push block 412 in an abutting manner, so as to drive the support rod 410 to restore.
It should be noted that when the holder base 200 is drawn out of the receiving cavity 110, the supporting rod 410 is automatically ejected by the torsion spring 422, the return pushing block 412 is not connected to the holder base 200, and when the holder base 200 is plugged back into the receiving cavity 110, the holder base 200 can push the supporting rod 410 by the return pushing block 412, so that the supporting rod 410 overcomes the elastic force of the torsion spring 422 and returns to the initial position.
While the support assembly 400 includes the link 430 as shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, in the above embodiments, the support assembly 400 may preferably have various structures, and the link 430 is used to support the cup holder 300.
One end of the link 430 is movably disposed on the drawer base 100, and the link 430 can move on the drawer base 100 through the rear end; and the other end of the link 430 is hinged to the holder 300, the front end of the link 430 is hinged to the holder 300.
The cup holder 300 is restricted in its tilting stroke on the hinge base by the link 430. Preferably, the cup holder 300 can support the hinged seat, so that the cup holder 300 cannot rotate, the specific working principle is that, when the cup holder 300 is turned downward, the connecting rod 430 can be driven to move by the front end of the connecting rod 430, so that the rear end of the connecting rod 430 rotates, and when the rear end of the connecting rod 430 rotates, the connecting rod 430 can be fixed on the drawer seat 100, at this time, the whole connecting rod 430 cannot rotate, the front end of the connecting rod 430 is hinged to the cup holder 300, once the whole connecting rod 430 is locked, the cup holder 300 cannot be turned over, so that the cup holder 300 is supported, and the cup holder 300 is prevented from touching the opening 120 when being turned downward.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, on the basis of the above embodiment, the drawer base 100 is provided with a second strip groove 140, and preferably, the width of the second strip groove 140 is slightly larger than the width of the rear end of the link 430, so that the rear end of the link 430 can penetrate into the second strip groove 140.
It should be noted here that the second strip-shaped groove 140 can perform guiding and limiting effects, and can limit the maximum moving stroke of the link 430 in addition to guiding the movement of the link 430.
One end of the link 430 is provided with a locking part and movably disposed in the second bar-shaped groove 140, and one end of the link 430 may be locked in the second bar-shaped groove 140 by the locking part.
Preferably, the rear end of the link 430 has a locking part having a width greater than that of the second bar-shaped groove 140, so that the rear end of the link 430 is confined in the second bar-shaped groove 140 and the locking part enables the link 430 to be immovable and unrotatable.
It should be noted that the locking portion cannot pass through the second strip-shaped groove 140, so the locking portion can be connected to the solid surface near the second strip-shaped groove 140 in an abutting manner, when the front end of the connecting rod 430 is driven by the cup holder 300, the rear end of the connecting rod 430 also performs a corresponding action (i.e., the rear end of the connecting rod 430 rotates), and when the rear end of the connecting rod 430 rotates, the locking portion can clamp the solid surface near the second strip-shaped groove 140 (i.e., the bottom surface portion on the drawer base 100), so that the connecting rod 430 cannot rotate and move continuously, and at this time, the cup holder 300 is supported by the connecting rod 430, so that the cup holder 300 cannot be flipped to the extent of touching the opening 120.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, in addition to the above embodiment, the locking part includes an upper locking pin 431 and a lower locking pin 432, and preferably, the length of both the upper locking pin 431 and the lower locking pin 432 is greater than the width of the second elongated slot 140, so that both the upper locking pin 431 and the lower locking pin 432 cannot pass through the second elongated slot 140.
The upper locking pin 431 and the lower locking pin 432 are respectively located above and below the second bar-shaped groove 140, and it should be noted here that, since the second bar-shaped groove 140 is opened on the bottom plate of the drawer base 100, the upper locking pin 431 is located above the bottom plate of the drawer base 100, and the lower locking pin 432 is located below the bottom plate of the drawer base 100.
When the cup holder 300 is turned over, the link 430 is rotated, so that the upper locking pin 431 and the lower locking pin 432 are locked to the drawer base 100.
Preferably, when the cup holder 300 is turned downward, the link 430 is moved, so that the rear end of the link 430 is rotated, when the rear end of the link 430 is rotated, the upper locking pin 431 is moved downward, the lower locking pin 432 is moved upward, and finally the upper locking pin 431 is pressed against the upper surface of the bottom plate (the position near the second strip groove 140) of the drawer base 100, and the lower locking pin 432 is pressed against the lower surface of the bottom plate (the position near the second strip groove 140) of the drawer base 100, that is, the upper locking pin 431 and the lower locking pin 432 clamp the bottom plate of the drawer base 100, so that the link 430 cannot move, the link 430 can restrict the cup holder 300 from being turned over when it is not movable, so that the cup holder 300 does not collide with the opening 120, the way of limiting the stroke of the link 430 structure does not affect the smoothness of the cup holder base 200 and the cup holder 300 when unfolded, and the structure does not affect the resetting of the cup holder 300.
