Abstract
The invention relates to the field of stripping devices, and provides a foam release paper stripping mechanism for stably stripping foam in order to overcome the defect that the foam is broken in a mode of breaking vacuum wholly and drawing the foam due to the fact that a vacuum sucker breaks vacuum locally. The vacuum sucker comprises a bottom plate, a metal wire and a sucker mechanism, wherein the sucker mechanism comprises a flexible porous medium layer, a supporting plate, a guide plate, a shell and a vacuumizing device. When the foam is separated, the metal wire is arranged between the lower surface of the foam and the release paper, the flexible porous medium layer of the sucker mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the foam, and the foam and the release paper are separated by adopting a secondary stripping method. The invention can avoid the whole vacuum breaking and enhance the adsorption force when the local vacuum breaking of the sucker mechanism; when the foam is pulled, the situation that the foam is lengthened or folded due to the fact that the foam is broken due to overlarge traction force is avoided.

Technical Field

Background
In the manufacturing industry, the foam is widely applied to various fields such as metal surfaces, wood surfaces, glass surfaces and the like. When the foam comes, the foam is divided into blocks with the same size, and the blocks are adsorbed on release paper, and the foam is required to be stripped from the release paper when in use. The common stripping method is a cylinder claw clamp stripping method, the cylinder claw clamp stripping method is a mechanical stripping method which uses a cylinder claw clamp to clamp foam and moves upwards to strip the release paper from the foam, and the foam is easily distorted or deformed when the foam is stripped by the method.

The problem that the way of drawing the foam can damage the foam and can cause the foam to be elongated or to be wrinkled is not solved.
Disclosure of Invention
One purpose of the invention is to overcome the problem that the vacuum is broken wholly due to the partial vacuum breaking of the vacuum chuck; the foam is broken by drawing the foam, so that the foam is elongated or folded, and the foam release paper stripping mechanism for stably stripping the foam is provided.

Preferably, the area of the flexible porous medium layer of the sucker mechanism is larger than that of the foam. When the size of the sponge sucker is smaller than that of the foam, the sponge sucker cannot adsorb the foam due to insufficient adsorption force caused by incomplete coverage.

Preferably, the speed of the movement of the bottom plate is 8m/s-20 m/s. The too low moving speed of the bottom plate can cause the insufficient peeling force of the release paper, so that the release paper can not be peeled; too fast moving speed of the bottom plate can cause the release paper to be easily torn, and peeling of the release paper can be affected.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a foam release paper stripping mechanism comprises a bottom plate 2, a metal wire 4 and a sucker mechanism 5, wherein the sucker mechanism comprises a flexible porous medium layer 51, a supporting plate 52, a guide plate 53, a metal shell 54 and a vacuumizing device 55, the lower surface of the supporting plate is connected with the flexible porous medium layer, the upper surface of the supporting plate is connected with the metal shell to form a hollow cuboid structure, the flexible porous medium layer is provided with a plurality of guide plates perpendicular to the supporting plate, a vacuumizing channel is formed by gaps between the guide plates and the metal shell, the supporting plate is provided with vacuumizing holes 56, the vacuumizing holes and the guide plates are alternately arranged on the supporting plate and correspond to the vacuumizing channel, and the top end of the metal shell is provided with an opening which is connected with the vacuumizing device.

Because the sponge layer has the characteristics of softness and sealing, the shape of the sponge layer can be changed along with the shape of the foam, and therefore the best contact between the sucker mechanism and the foam is achieved.

4. The method for peeling the foam release paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sucking disc mechanism is pressed down for a distance not more than half of the thickness of the foam.
5. The method for peeling the foam release paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the speed of the movement of the base plate is 8m/s-20 m/s.
