Claims (10)

1. A coiling system for telephone receiver wires and coiling rods is characterized by comprising a frame, a coiling rod clamping and rotating device (2) and a telephone receiver wire feeding, clamping and cutting device (3) which are arranged on the frame; the coiling rod clamping and rotating device (2) comprises a U-shaped support (21), a coiling rod rotating motor (22), a conveyor belt assembly (23), a first coiling rod clamping cylinder (24) and a second coiling rod clamping cylinder (25); the U-shaped support (21) is arranged on the rack and located on the front side of the rolling rod feeding and transferring device (1), the opening of the U-shaped support (21) faces forward, the rolling rod rotating motor (22) is arranged on the rack through the rotating motor support and located on the left side of the U-shaped support (21), one end of the conveyor belt assembly (23) is sleeved on the moving part of the rolling rod rotating motor (22), and the other end of the conveyor belt assembly (23) is matched with the first rolling rod clamping cylinder (24); the first winding rod clamping cylinder (24) is arranged in the middle of the left side of the U-shaped support (21), the moving part of the first winding rod clamping cylinder (24) is connected with a clamping connecting rod (241) through a clamping connecting rod sleeve (240), and one end of the clamping connecting rod (241) is positioned in the clamping connecting rod sleeve (240); the center of the other end of the clamping connecting rod (241) is connected with a clamping push rod (242); a clamping limit sleeve (243) is sleeved on the outer side of the clamping push rod (242); the clamping limiting sleeve (243) is arranged on the left side of the U-shaped support (21) through a clamping limiting bearing, a clamping through hole (2431) is formed in the center of the clamping limiting sleeve (243), a clamping rod (2432) is arranged in the clamping through hole (2431), the clamping rod (2432) is connected with the clamping push rod (242), a clamping spring (2433) is arranged between the clamping rod (2432) and the clamping push rod (242), and the clamping limiting sleeve (243) is arranged on the U-shaped support (21) through a clamping fixing sleeve (244) and a fixing sleeve bearing (245); the second rolling rod clamping cylinder (25) is arranged in the middle of the right side of the U-shaped support (21), the moving part of the second rolling rod clamping cylinder (25) penetrates through the U-shaped support (21) and is connected with a clamping head (251) through a clamping cylinder bearing, and the clamping head (251) is matched with the other end of the rolling rod; the telephone receiver wire feeding clamping and cutting device (3) is matched with the coiling rod clamping and rotating device (2) to coil the telephone receiver wire onto the coiling rod.
2. The telephone receiver wire and winding rod winding system according to claim 1, wherein the right part of the clamping limiting sleeve (243) is provided with a clamping limiting head (2434); the clamping limiting head (2434) gradually increases in diameter from left to right.

The telephone receiver wire and winding rod winding system according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of clamping limiting grooves (2435) are regularly arranged on the outer ring of the clamping limiting head (2434), and the clamping limiting grooves (2435) extend to the middle left part of the clamping limiting sleeve (243); the center of the right side of the clamping limiting head (2434) is also provided with a clamping inclined surface (2436), and the clamping inclined surface (2436) is connected with the clamping through hole (2431).
4. A telephone receiver cord and rod crimping system as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the second rod clamping cylinder (25) is arranged in alignment with the first rod clamping cylinder (24).

A telephone receiver wire and rod crimping system as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the centre of the clamping head (251) is provided with a clamping head slot (2511); the left center of the clamping head (251) is provided with a clamping head inclined plane (2512), and the clamping head inclined plane (2511) is connected with the clamping head groove (2511).

A telephone receiver wire and winding rod winding system according to claim 1, characterized in that the telephone receiver wire feeding, clamping and cutting device (3) comprises a telephone receiver wire feeding assembly (31), a telephone receiver wire clamping assembly (32) and a telephone receiver wire cutting assembly (33); the telephone receiver line feeding assembly (31) is located on the front side of the coiling rod clamping and rotating device (2), the telephone receiver line feeding assembly (31) is used for conveying and feeding telephone receiver lines, the telephone receiver line clamping assembly (32) is located above the coiling rod clamping and rotating device (2), the telephone receiver line clamping assembly (32) is used for clamping one end of each telephone receiver line on the coiling rod, the telephone receiver line cutting assembly (33) is arranged on the telephone receiver line feeding assembly (31), and the telephone receiver line feeding assembly (31) is used for cutting off the telephone receiver lines after coiling.
