A pulping method of a modular pulping and filling station, which is used for obtaining the modular pulping and filling station after being installed by using the installation method of the modular pulping and filling station as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, and is characterized in that the pulping step of the modular pulping and filling station comprises the following steps:
step a, determining the proportion of pulping materials, and controlling the feeding of a plurality of quantitative feeding modules by an electric control system;
b, opening a sealing gate valve with an opening at the lower part when the quantitative feeding module supplies materials, enabling the materials to fall into a rotary feeder of the rotor scale from the powder bin, conveying the materials into an annular metering balance by the rotary feeder, enabling the materials to fall into a powerful stirring cylinder of the stirring and pulping module through a discharge hole of the rotor scale after the annular metering balance measures the weight, or conveying the materials to the powerful stirring cylinder through a conveyor;
c, the electric control system controls a strong stirring cylinder of the stirring pulping module to work, the liquid level in the strong stirring cylinder keeps a stable height, and the stirred slurry flows into the pipeline filling module under the action of self weight;
d, the electric control system controls the pipeline filling module to work, slurry is conveyed along the filling pipeline, and meanwhile the pressure transmitter, the flowmeter and the concentration meter feed back monitoring data to the electric control system;
and e, continuously adjusting the total amount of the materials conveyed by the quantitative feeding module, the stirring efficiency of the stirring pulping module and the pipeline pressure of the pipeline filling module by the electric control system.
