Detailed Description

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a hole detector plug which needs to be detached in the hole detector plug detaching tool in the present application.
The plug structure of the pore detector is mainly installed on a combustion chamber casing, and the plug structure of the pore detector mainly comprises a casing base 1, a locking block 2, a baffle ring 3, a plug body 4 and a spring 5.
As shown in fig. 2, the casing base 1 and the casing barrel in the present application are of an integral structure. The casing base 1 is substantially in the shape of a stepped disk, and the top or upper part of the casing base 1 has a corrugated skirt structure arranged along the circumferential direction, i.e. a structure similar to a tooth. The inside of fold shirt rim structure has locking limit 11 and slip limit 12, and the angle on locking limit 11 is tangent with the circular arc terminal surface 22 on the latch segment 2 for realize spacing to latch segment 2, slip limit 12 is used for supporting latch segment 2, and its angular setting should guarantee that circular arc terminal surface 22 has long enough contact distance with locking limit 11. The second round hole 23 is matched with the first cylinder 43 arranged on the plug body 4 in an inserting mode, and the locking block 2 is fixed on the plug body 4 through the welding matching of the baffle ring 3 and the first cylinder 43. One end of a second round hole 23 of the locking block 2 is provided with a plane 24, the plane 24 is arranged along the axis direction of the second round hole 23, and the plane 24 is used for being in contact fit with a limiting column 44 on the plug body 1 to limit the locking block 2, so that the spring 5 generates pretightening force. And a second cylinder 21 is arranged on one side of the arc end surface 22 of the locking block 2, a certain angle is formed between the second cylinder 21 and the body part of the locking block 2, and the second cylinder 21 is inserted into an inner hole of the spring 5 to fix the spring 4.
As shown in fig. 4, the plug body 4 is a main structure for sealing and assembling the plug hole. The plug body 4 integrally comprises a head 41 at the lower part, a cylindrical structure protruding from the middle part, a multi-surface cylinder 47 and a stud 48 which are sequentially arranged upwards. The head 41 is of a threaded configuration which screws into a threaded bore 14 in the casing base 1 and seals by the lower end face 42 of the central cylindrical configuration in contact with the stepped end face 13. The connecting area of the cylindrical structure in the middle and the multi-surface cylinder 47 is provided with a first round hole 45 which is radially arranged, the first round hole 45 is used for penetrating the spring 5, a certain gap is reserved, and the spring 5 is prevented from interfering with the first round hole 45. The multi-surface cylinder 47 arranged on the upper part of the cylindrical structure is an important screwing structure and is used for screwing tools such as a wrench and the like to play a role in disassembling and assembling the plug body 4. The stud 48 on the top of the plug body 3 is used for the connecting tool to feed in or take out the plug body 4 when the multi-layer casing needs to be blind-mounted or blind-dismounted.
In order to realize installing and dismantling above-mentioned hole probe end cap, provide a hole probe end cap assembly and disassembly tools in this application.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the disassembling tool has a three-layer sleeve structure, can freely rotate relative to each other, and mainly comprises an unlocking sleeve 6, a wrenching sleeve 7 and a connecting sleeve 8.
The main function of the unlocking sleeve 6 is to press down the locking block 2 to separate the arc end face 22 from the locking edge 11, so as to realize unlocking. The front end of the unlocking sleeve 6 is provided with a square notch 61 for releasing the locking block and an arc wall surface 62 for pressing the locking block, and the rear end is provided with a disc 63 for manually rotating the unlocking sleeve 6.
In the present application, the circular arc wall surface 62 of the unlocking sleeve 6 has a smaller outer dimension than the inner dimension of the pleated skirt structure, so that the circular arc wall surface 62 of the unlocking sleeve 6 can be inserted into the inner bore of the pleated skirt structure.
The main function of the wrenching sleeve 7 is to remove the bore finder plug 4 from the combustion chamber casing. Wherein the front end of the wrenching bushing 7 has a multi-faced hole 71 to be fitted with the multi-faced cylinder 47, and the rear end has a wrenching bar 72 for generating torque.
In the present application, the multi-faced holes 71 and the multi-faced cylinders 47 may include polygons having shapes of 3 to 8. Such as a regular triangle, a regular quadrangle, or a regular hexagon.
The main function of the connecting sleeve 8 is to remove the bore probe plug 4 from the multi-layer casing. Wherein, the front end of the connecting sleeve 8 is provided with a threaded hole 81 matched with the stud 48, and the rear end is provided with a cylinder 82 used for manually rotating the connecting sleeve 8.
In the present application, the lengths of the unlocking sleeve 6, the wrenching sleeve 7 and the connecting sleeve 8 are not less than the distance between the two-layer casings, so that the dismounting tool composed of the unlocking sleeve 6, the wrenching sleeve 7 and the connecting sleeve 8 can reach the innermost casing in the two-layer or multi-layer casing.
Take a double-layer casing structure with a culvert casing as an example.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, first, the dismounting tool of the present application is inserted from the inspection hole on the culvert casing 20, and the position of the dismounting tool is adjusted so that the front end of the dismounting tool contacts and is coaxial with the bore finder plug 4; then, the cylinder 82 is manually rotated, and the threaded hole 81 on the connecting sleeve 8 is screwed on the stud 48 on the hole detector plug 4 until the threaded hole is not screwed; then the unlocking sleeve 6 and the wrenching sleeve 7 are respectively rotated to enable the square notch 61 at the front end of the unlocking sleeve 6 to be clamped on the locking block 2, and simultaneously, the multi-surface hole 71 at the front end of the wrenching sleeve 7 is inserted on the multi-surface column 47; then, manually rotating the disc 63 counterclockwise for a quarter of a turn to enable the locking block 2 to be pressed by the arc wall surface 62 to realize unlocking; finally, under the condition that the unlocking sleeve 6 and the connecting sleeve 8 are not enabled to rotate relative to the screwing sleeve 7, the screwing rod 72 on the screwing sleeve 7 is rotated anticlockwise until the probe plug 4 is separated from the combustion chamber casing B, and then the hole probe plug can be detached.
The assembly of the hole detector plug is the reverse of the process of the previous complaint, and is not described in detail here.
Through the hole detector plug assembly and disassembly tool provided by the application, the hole detector plug can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, the disassembly and assembly process is simple, convenient and quick, and the hole detector plug assembly and disassembly tool is suitable for disassembling and assembling the hole detector plug of a double-layer casing structure.
