Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于闭路电视或电信工业的接头适配器。
许多种电子器件用于电视与电信传送系统中。当两个或更多的器件连接在一起时,就形成了一个接头。一般地,接头应当被封闭起来以防被环境损坏。比如,如果这种封闭是用于悬空器件的架空封闭,则需要或希望防止天气等原因所造成的损坏。
适于用来将器件配接在一起的装置称作接头适配器。这种装置通常制作成不用电缆或相关连接器就能相互物理连接及电连接的配接器件。接头适配器可以包括一具有第一和第二配接口的细长的、一般为圆柱形的壳体。一般希望在连接口处密封以保证适配器具有防止受环境破坏的密封。
正常的是,典型地包括一延伸穿过一壳体的两相对接口的中心销的公接头适配器不能提供可防止潮气或水分进入适配器壳体及可能从中流过而到所连接的器件上的防风雨的不被环境破坏的密封。在有些条件下,位于适配器壳体内的水分变成蒸汽,在此之后,压力在壳体内积聚起来,从而迫使水分迁移穿过壳体而进入所连接的器件内。
常规的公接头适配器在配接口不能提供足够的防风雨的密封。通常公适配器包括O型圈,用于要密封的连接口处以提供与外部环境之间的密封。然而,这类密封忽视了在连接口内密封壳体的需要。由于在适配器每侧的器件需要维修,只用O型圈就难以奏效。在这些情况下,器件罩盖被打开及关闭,可能会使与器件壳体相关联的防风雨的密封被损坏。因此,如果水分浸入器件壳体内部,不可避免地会出现上述的水分迁移问题。
此时,只有最初用来将连接销支承在适配器壳体内的、位于配接口内的间隔盘可阻碍水分沿着适配器销的迁移。然而,间隔盘提供很少或根本没有防风雨的密封。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种公接头适配器,在每个配接口有防风雨的密封,从而提供沿着适配器销的长度方向的纵向密封。
一种公接头适配器包括一管状壳体,此管状壳体有一第一段,此第一段可卸地与一第二段连接,第一段有一输出口。一连接销置于壳体内并从输出口向外延伸。在每个输出口有一密封件。密封件的构造可使连接销从密封件穿过而从输出的延伸。一装置与输出口相结合以将此密封件保持在输出口内。一装置与连接销相结合以便随着所述第一段与所述第二段的连接而与所述保持装置协同动作而使密封件变形以在所述输出口内的所述销与所述第一段之间产生防风雨的密封。

现请参看图1及图2,图示了一个公接头适配器10。适配器10包括一管状本体12,它最好用金属类材料制成。此本体12包括一具有六角螺母构造14的第一段和一也具有六角螺母构造的第二段。可转动地支承在第一段一端上的连接螺母18用来当它由螺纹与第二段的螺纹端19配合时将第一和第二段连接在一起。
一连接销20置于由壳体12的第一和第二段构成的腔室21内。连接销从第一段穿过连接口22而向外延伸,反过来又从连接口24从第二段向外延伸。O型圈23、25与连接口的螺纹部一起使用。
第一段包括一插件26,它用来将连接螺母18可转动地支承于第一段。插件有O型圈27及28来加强连接螺母处四周的防风雨密封。
根据本发明,连接口22和24的开口有一其一表面的连接口朝外的刚性绝缘盘和一靠近绝缘盘内表面的弹性密封盘32。连接口的内缘表面有一弯曲的密封端34,此密封端34支承着绝缘盘和密封盘32并将它们都保持在连接口的每个开口内。或者,连接口的内缘表面有固持片来支承并保持着这些盘。
连接销20在构造上有一较小的直径部分,它是从壳体12的腔室21内的较大直径逐渐变小成部分38的。变细的部分38支承着一抵靠着密封盘32内表面的压盘36。操作时,将连接螺母18拧紧以将第一和第二段沿连接销的轴向拉在一起,压盘36对密封盘32的内表面施加一向外的力。这个力与固持片34及绝缘盘30施加在盘32外表面上的力相反。因此,当第一和第二段被连接螺母18相互拉近时,密封盘32受压而扩张以便填满在连接口内及绕着连接销20的区域内的所有空隙,以在连接口内产生一防风雨的密封。
本领域内熟练人员可以知道,压垫圈或压盘36可以与连接销20制成一体,而不是作为对密封盘32施加压力的分离的部件。
上面的描述已经说明了本发明,但本发明不受上面的描述所限。因为本领域内熟练人员根据本发明精神及实质可对所述实施例进行修改,因此,本发明的范围应当仅由所附的权利要求书所限定。
Claims (18)
1.一种公接头适配器,包括:
一管状壳体,它有一与一第二段可卸地连接的第一段,所述第一段包括一输出口;
一位于所述壳体内并从所述输出口向外延伸的连接销;
一位于所述输出口内的密封件,其构造为所述连接销穿过所述密封件而从所述输出口延伸;
一与所述第一段相结合以将所述密封件保持在所述输出口内的保持装置;
一与所述连接销相结合的装置,用来随着所述第一段与所述第二段的连接而与所述保持装置协同动作以使所述密封件变形而在所述输出口内在所述销与所述第一段之间产生防风雨的密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述的密封件包括一柔性盘。
3.如权利要求2所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述的密封件还包括一刚性盘。
4.如权利要求3所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述的保持装置包括所述管状壳体的一个弯曲的边缘部分。
5.如权利要求3所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述的保持装置包括许多绕所述输出口的外周缘设置的固持片,所述固持片与所述刚性盘的向外表面接触。
6.如权利要求3所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述施力装置包括一绕所述连接销构成的脊部,所述脊部与所述柔性盘的向内表面接触。
7.如权利要求6所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述脊部包括所述连接销的一个部分,这一部分从一预定直径向内逐渐缩小至一较小直径。
8.如权利要求3所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述施力装置包括于绕着所述连接销设置的垫圈,所述垫圈与所述柔性盘的向内表面接触。
9.如权利要求1所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述第一段在与所述第二段连接时被沿着连接销向内拉动,使所述施力装置对所述密封件施加一与所述保持装置的力相反的力,以使所述密封件在所述输出口内扩张。
10.一种公接头适配器,包括:
一具有相互可卸地相连的第一和第二段的管状壳体,每段包括各自的第一和第二输出口;
一置于所述壳体内的连接销,它在两端处从所述第一和第二输出口向外延伸;
第一和第二密封件,它们分别位于所述第一和第二输出口内且其构造为所述连接销穿过所述密封件而从所述第一和第二输出口延伸;
一与所述输出口相结合用来将所述密封件保持在所述输出口内的保持装置;以及
一与所述连接销相结合的装置,用来当第一和第二段相连时对所述密封件施加一力,以使所述密封件扩张而在每个所述输出口内产生防风雨的密封。
11.如权利要求10所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述的密封件分别包括柔性盘。
12.如权利要求11所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述的密封件还包括刚性盘。
13.如权利要求12所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述保持装置包括分别与所述管状壳体的所述第一和第二段相关的弯曲的边缘部分。
14.如权利要求12所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述保持装置包括许多绕着所述输出口的外周缘设置的固持片,所述固持片与所述刚性盘的各个向外表面接触。
15.如权利要求12所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述施力装置包括绕着所述连接销而形成的第一和第二脊部,所述脊部与所述柔性盘的各个向内表面接触。
16.如权利要求15所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述脊部包括所述连接销的一个部分,这个部分从一预定直径向内逐渐缩小到一较小的直径。
17.如权利要求12所述的接头适配器,其特征在于,所述施力装置包括绕着所述连接销设置的第一和第二垫圈,所述垫圈与所述柔性盘的各个向内表面接触。
