And the limiting component 10 can adjust the limiting amount by adjusting the position of the nut 102 on the bolt 101, so as to control the final position of the rightward pushing of the movable roller 3, and thus, the tooth tips cannot be excessively rolled during rolling.
In addition, the oil pressure of the hydraulic cylinder is adjustable, and the inverted tooth quantity with different sizes can be rolled by adjusting different pressures, so that the purpose of correction is achieved.
The band saw blade tooth chamfering correcting device can roll the chamfering teeth of about 0.1mm to within 0.02mm through the structure and the adjustable function, and does not cause any damage to the tooth tips and quality problems such as cutter bending and the like.
