The secondary sorting device 300 for the K-plate nuts in the embodiment matches the structural characteristics of the pin pieces 20 and the K-plate nuts 30 through the ingenious structural design of the current limiting section and the screening section of the pin pieces 20, so that the pin pieces 20 and the K-plate nuts 30 can only pass through one by one, and the pin pieces 20 can be prevented from being stacked and cannot be sorted out; when sorting is carried out, the pin pieces 20 mixed in the materials of the K plate nuts 30 can be screened out more accurately; and can count and collect the sorted K-plate nuts 30.

An inner side plate 414 is arranged on one side of the sorting track 404 close to the outer wall of the vibrating disk 401, and an outer side plate 415 is arranged on the other side (for convenience of display, one section is omitted in the figure); as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the posture screening port 407 includes a longitudinal notch 418 formed at one end of the inner plate 414 close to the rail surface, and a transverse notch 419 formed at one end of the rail surface close to the inner plate 414 and extending corresponding to the longitudinal notch 418; the distance E between the opposite edges of the longitudinal notch 418 and the transverse notch 419 is greater than the radial width M of the single nut 60, the width B of the longitudinal notch 418 is less than the height H of the single nut 60, the width C of the transverse notch 419 is less than the radial width M of the single nut 60 (as shown in fig. 4, the radial width M is the length of the hexagonal opposite points of the bottom surface of the nut 60 connected as a diagonal), and the length L of the longitudinal notch 418 and the transverse notch 419 are equal to each other and are greater than the height H of the single nut 60. The posture screening opening 407 is an integral body, and is divided into a longitudinal notch 418 and a transverse notch 419 for better distinction, and the longitudinal notch 418 and the transverse notch 419 are annular on an arc surface, are basically rectangular when unfolded, and can also be designed into other shapes meeting the function.

The sorting track 404 comprises, arranged in succession: a docking section 411 that docks with an end 417 of the transport channel 403;
a flow limiting section 412 for passing the tension wire nuts 60 to be sorted one by one;
the sorting section 413, the deflection ladder 405, the height limiting rod 406 and the attitude screening opening 407 are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the sorting section 413. A conveying channel 403 in the vibrating disk 401 conveys the materials to be sorted to a pair stage, and the materials enter a sorting mechanism 402 for sorting; the flow restrictor 412 is abruptly narrowed relative to the butt end rail width to allow only one tension wire nut 60 to pass through at a time, preventing the tension wire nuts 60 from stacking close together and interfering with each other and even causing jamming.
Before sorting, a plurality of tension wire nuts 60 to be sorted are placed in the vibration disc 401, wherein pins 50 are inserted into the vibration disc, the combination 408 is called, rod sections of the pins 50 are inserted into the tension wire nuts 60, and cap ends are exposed, so that the combination 408 is higher than the height H of a single tension wire nut 60, and the pins 50 and the tension wire nuts 60 are movably inserted and can be easily loosened under external force.
When sorting is started, the vibration disc 401 is started, and the vibration mechanism on the vibration disc 401 enables the material to spirally ascend along the conveying channel 403 through exciting force, which belongs to the prior art and is not described in detail. the first method comprises the following steps: for a single tension wire nut 60, firstly, the tension wire nut is conveyed horizontally to reach a displacement step 405, and a height drop D exists during displacement and grounding, so that the tension wire nut 60 falls down and stands up to become vertical conveying; then, the tension wire nut passes through the height limiting rod 406, because the tension wire nut 60 is a single tension wire nut 60, the height of the height limiting rod is lower than the height A of the height limiting rod 406, so that the height limiting rod 406 does not act on the tension wire nut 60, then the tension wire nut passes through the attitude screening port 407, the attitude screening port 407 is in a right-angled plane shape, the height B of the longitudinal plane is lower than the height H of the tension wire nut 60, the radial width M of the tension wire nut 60 on the transverse plane is smaller than the width C of the arm tension wire nut 60, so that the erected tension wire nut 60 cannot fall down from the attitude screening port 407, and is conveyed to the tail end 416 of the sorting mechanism along the sorting track 404 and finally falls into a discharging hopper for collection; a light-sensitive counter is also typically provided at the end 416 of the sorter mechanism to count the collected tension wire nuts.
And the second method comprises the following steps: in the first case, assuming that the single tension wire nut 60 is not accidentally changed into a vertical type conveyance at the shift step 405, and continues to travel along the sorting track 404 in a lying conveyance, it may fall from the attitude sifting port 407 when it reaches the attitude sifting port 407, and as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the lying tension wire nut 410 falls from the attitude sifting port 407; because the width of the inclined plane of the right-angle plane-shaped attitude screening opening 407 is greater than the radial width M of the tension wire nut 60, and the length is also greater than the length of the combined body 408; therefore, the pulling wire nut 60 conveyed in a lying state can fall back to the inner cavity of the vibration disc 401 along the falling channel after falling; waiting for the next sorting and screening.
Thirdly, when the combined body 408 reaches the position of the displacement step 405, the non-cap end faces downwards and generally stands up to be changed into vertical conveying; but then it reaches the height-limiting stem 406, which is greater than H since the height of the combination 408 is generally above H; therefore, the height limiting rod 406 acts on the height limiting rod to lift the height limiting rod to be conveyed in a lying state, the pin 50 is generally separated when the height limiting rod is lifted, and then the pin independently falls from the posture screening port 407, and the tension wire nut 410 which is lifted to lie in a lying state also falls from the posture screening port 407; it is also possible that the assembly 408, lying flat, may continue to be transported to the attitude sifting port 407, and, as a result of lying flat, may also fall from the attitude sifting port 407, and may fall off due to a large impact during falling from the falling channel into the inner cavity of the vibratory pan 401; when the tension wire nut 60 runs to the conveying channel 403 for the second time, the tension wire nut 60 is conveyed independently, the individual pins 50 finally fall back into the inner cavity of the vibration disc 401 from the attitude screening opening 407, and the tension wire nuts are finally conveyed vertically and collected in a blanking hopper.
According to the structural characteristics of the tension wire nut 60 and the combined body 408, the tension wire nut secondary sorting device 400 can automatically perform secondary sorting on a large batch of tension wire nuts and pins by the ingenious design of the displacement ladder 405, the height limiting rod 406 and the posture screening port 407 in the sorting mechanism 402 and the conveying action of the vibration disc 401, so that the labor can be greatly saved, and the sorting efficiency can be improved; and simple structure, convenient to use.
According to the structural characteristics of the pin sheet 20, the K plate nut 30, the K plate screw 40, the pin 50 and the tension wire nut 60, the whole device of the embodiment performs primary sorting and secondary sorting; during primary sorting, the main sorting device 100 can sequentially sort out the pin pieces 20, the K plate nuts 30, the K plate screws 40, the pins 50 and the tension wire nuts 60 by skillful design of structures such as sorting ports, main rails 10, sub rails 20, guide height limiting surrounding rods 105 and the like on a sorting main channel 1 on the main sorting mechanism 110 and matching with the action of the first vibrating disc 1001; each secondary sorting device considers the confusion during primary sorting and carries out secondary sorting, so that the sorted small iron pieces are purer; the primary sorting device 100 and the secondary sorting device can complete sorting only through simple structural design without other auxiliary equipment; manual sorting can be replaced, the sorting efficiency is greatly improved, and the manpower consumption is reduced; and the risk of injury to the operating personnel during sorting is reduced.
