Abstract
The invention relates to a method suitable for monitoring and solving emergency police situations in a public security command center, which comprises the following steps: dividing patrol areas according to the alarm condition statistical data; patrolling and controlling the patrolling and controlling areas by patrolling and controlling personnel through a video monitoring system; the video monitoring system monitors an emergency alarm condition of a certain patrol area and automatically sends out an alarm signal; the patrol personnel confirms the emergency warning information, obtains the GPS coordinate position of the patrol personnel closest to the position of the emergency position camera in the emergency warning area, and sends the alarm signal to the mobile terminal of the patrol personnel through an information transmission interface; and planning the shortest route reaching the position of the camera at the case-sending place and sending the shortest route to the mobile terminal of the patrol officer. s5, planning the shortest route reaching the camera point of the case-out place and sending the shortest route to the mobile terminal of the patrol officer; the map module plans the shortest route reaching the position of the camera at the case place, sends the shortest route to the mobile terminal of the policeman through an MQTT communication protocol and can display the alarm signal of the position of the camera at the case place; after the on-site confirmation of the patrol officers is carried out on the emergency warning situation, the mobile terminal transmits the message to the map module, the warning signal of the map module disappears, and meanwhile, the patrol officers can arrange the warning situation information in time and input the warning situation information into the database.
At present, various emergency events of the society, such as earthquake, flood, fire, social stability and the like, occur frequently, and the emergency events need to be effectively processed by relevant departments at the first time after the emergency events occur, so the method is also suitable for governments and various enterprises, and the coping ability and the emergency level of the governments and the enterprises can be greatly improved.
