Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical shadowless lamp with a variable illumination area and a using method thereof, belonging to the field of medical instruments.
Background
Surgical shadowless lamps are used to illuminate the surgical site for optimal viewing of small, low contrast objects at various depths in the incision and body cavity. Because the head, hands and instruments of the operator can cause interference shadows to the surgical site, the surgical shadowless lamp should be designed to eliminate the shadows as much as possible and minimize color distortion. The shadowless lamp cannot be 'shadowless', and only reduces the shadow so that the shadow is not obvious. The shadow is formed by the light irradiating the object. The shadowless lamp arranges the lamps with high luminous intensity into a circle on the lamp panel to form a large-area light source. Thus, the light can be irradiated on the operating table from different angles, the operation field is ensured to have enough brightness, and meanwhile, the obvious shadow is not generated, so the shadowless lamp is called as a shadowless lamp.
In clinical use, as the shadowless lamp is arranged above the operator, the head and the upper part of the trunk of the operator are positioned between the shadowless lamp and the patient, certain shadow is inevitably generated, and in most cases, the shadow is generated by the shielding of the head, the closer the head to the shadowless lamp is, the larger the shadow is, the farther the head is from the shadowless lamp is, the smaller the shadow is, but the corresponding light rays are scattered, and the definition is poor. Except for surgical instruments, the doctor usually does not allow other objects to be touched in the operation process, so that the nontoxic state of the hands is guaranteed, and infection is avoided. However, in clinical practice, the shadowless lamp needs to be moved and rotated correspondingly due to different operation postures or operation angles, and it is difficult for an assistant to achieve the psychological expectation of a main doctor if the assistant is used for operation. The operation is usually performed by wrist-hanging, but many young doctors or doctors with poor physical condition can shake hands due to lack of experience, tension, fatigue, hypoglycemia and the like, which is very unfavorable for the operation, and even medical accidents can happen in serious cases.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the defects in the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: the medical shadowless lamp with the variable illumination area and the use method of the medical shadowless lamp have the advantages that the illumination area can be adjusted adaptively according to the operation position of a patient, the illumination effect is better, operation personnel do not need to operate with hands when adjusting illumination, the pollution of the hands is avoided, the hands of an operator are supported by supports, the operation of wrist suspension is not needed, the occurrence of hand shaking is avoided, and the operation effect is guaranteed.
The medical shadowless lamp with the variable illumination area comprises two sliding rods which are arranged in parallel, the end parts of the two sliding rods are respectively and fixedly connected with an operating bed, the sliding rods are respectively provided with two sliding sleeves, a left shelf and a right shelf are respectively fixed on the sliding sleeves on the same side, and a plurality of adjusting units are respectively arranged below the left shelf and the right shelf;
the adjusting unit comprises two adjusting plates, the end parts of the two adjusting plates are hinged together, an adjusting magnet is fixed at the hinged part, a plurality of magnetic rollers are arranged on the inner side surfaces of the adjusting plates and are perpendicular to the adjusting plates, the magnetic rollers are parallel to each other, adjusting blocks are arranged at the positions of the left shelf and the right shelf, which correspond to the adjusting unit, the adjusting blocks are made of iron, and the adjusting blocks are attracted with the adjusting magnet through the left shelf and the right shelf;
the lamp strip comprises a rubber strip, a plurality of lamp caps are uniformly distributed on the front side of the rubber strip at equal intervals, the lamp caps are sequentially connected in series and connected with a power supply, a plurality of iron sheets are uniformly and tightly fixed on the back side of the rubber strip, the lamp strip is attracted with a magnetic roller through the iron sheets, and the lamp strip is sequentially attracted with the plurality of adjusting units, so that the lamp strip forms a closed illumination area;
the lamp strip winding device comprises a winding unit, wherein the winding unit comprises a fixed shaft, the fixed shaft is vertically fixed on the lower bottom surface of a right shelf, a winding cylinder is sleeved on the fixed shaft, a torsion spring is arranged between the winding cylinder and the fixed shaft, a non-working part of a lamp strip is wound on the winding cylinder, and a working end of the lamp strip is fixed on the lower bottom surface of the right shelf.
The working principle and the process are as follows:
when the adjustable surgical instrument works, a proper number of adjusting units are selected according to the shape and size of the operation part, then the adjusting units are placed below the left shelf and the right shelf, and the adjusting units are attracted with the magnets through the adjusting blocks so as to fix the positions of the adjusting units. The patches of the lamp strip are attracted to the magnetic roller, and the end parts of the two adjusting plates are hinged together, so that the two adjusting plates can be opened and closed adaptively according to the outline of the lamp strip to adapt to the outlines of different illumination areas formed by the lamp strip. Therefore, the lamp strip forms a closed illumination area, and the operation part is illuminated in all directions, so that the illumination effect is ensured, and shadow is not generated. During operation, the left arm of the operator is put on the left shelf, the right arm is put on the right shelf for operation, wrist suspension operation is not needed, hand trembling is avoided, and operation effect is guaranteed. The position of adjusting the magnet is moved through moving the adjusting block, so that the distance from the adjusting unit to the edge of the shelf is adjusted, and then the lamp strip can be close to or far away from the hand to adjust the lighting area. Because the lamp belt is positioned between the operator and the patient, the light source is closer to the operation part, thereby not only having good lighting effect, but also not causing shadow. When a plurality of operation positions need to move the illumination area, the shelf is pushed to slide on the sliding rod by means of the friction force between the arms and the left shelf and the right shelf. When illumination area is enlarged, left shelf and right shelf are separated to both sides, and the lamp area takes place to remove, and the magnetic roller rotates when keeping with the lamp area actuation, guarantees the level in lamp area unchangeable when not influencing the lamp area removal, and the lamp area can not fall, twines the rotatory unwrapping wire of a section of thick bamboo simultaneously to enlarge illumination area, the lamp holder density in lamp area can not reduce on illumination area simultaneously, and illumination area enlarges promptly, and corresponding light source also can increase, has guaranteed the illuminating effect. When reducing the illumination area, left shelf and right shelf are close to, and the lamp area is lax, twines a section of thick bamboo reversal, and the lamp area twines again on twining a section of thick bamboo, avoids the lamp area crooked, influences the illumination. In addition, the magnetic roller and the suction contact of the back of the lamp strip can effectively avoid the licker-in abrasion to extrude the lamp holder to cause the damage of the lamp holder and can avoid the light of the lamp holder from being shielded to influence the lighting effect compared with the traditional contact mode of the roller and the front of the strip body.
Left side shelf and right shelf are transparent material, conveniently observe the condition of left shelf and right shelf below.
The magnetic roller is a neodymium iron boron magnet, has large attraction force and is firmly attracted with the iron sheet.
Including the positioning unit, the positioning unit includes location magnet, and location magnet is iron, and location magnet is located right shelf below, and right shelf top sets up the locating piece, and the locating piece is iron, and the locating piece is separating right shelf and location magnet actuation, the last fixed mounting pulley of location magnet, and lamp area one end is fixed on location magnet, and the other end is walked around the pulley and is twined and fixed connection with a winding section of thick bamboo, the back and the pulley contact in lamp area. The lamp strip forms an annular illumination area, the head end and the tail end of the annular illumination area are concentrated together by the positioning unit, the head end and the tail end can move randomly along with the positioning magnet, and the lamp strip can form an illumination area with any size, shape and position by the aid of the matching of the adjusting unit, so that the lamp strip is high in adaptability. The back of the lamp strip is in contact with the pulley, so that abrasion and light shielding are avoided.
Limiting plates are fixed on the inner side surfaces of the adjusting plates vertically, and the distance between the limiting plates is larger than the width of the lamp strip. The limiting plate plays the effect of spacing and insurance, avoids the lamp area to fall.
The end parts of the two sliding rods are respectively provided with a supporting unit, each supporting unit comprises an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder which are sleeved together, a group of ball head assemblies are respectively arranged at the upper end of the inner cylinder and the lower end of the outer cylinder, each ball head assembly comprises a ball head and a ball shell matched with the ball head, the ball shell of the upper group of ball head assemblies is connected with the inner cylinder, and the ball head is connected with the sliding rods; the spherical shell of the ball head assembly of the lower group is fixed on the operating bed, the ball head is connected with the outer barrel, the outer barrel is provided with a threaded hole, a tightening bolt is matched in the threaded hole, pits are uniformly distributed on the surface of the ball head, the threaded hole is formed in the spherical shell, a positioning bolt is matched in the threaded hole, and the end part of the positioning bolt is matched with the pits. The two sliding rods can be adjusted in height, inclined angle or even twisted at will to adapt to different operation heights and angles and comfortable operation angles of operators. After the position of the sliding rod is determined, a fastening bolt and a positioning bolt are screwed, the end part of the bolt is matched with the corresponding small pit, so that the ball head and the ball shell cannot move relatively, the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are relatively fixed, the position of the sliding rod is fixed, sufficient supporting force is provided for an operator, and the smooth operation is ensured.
The regulating block all sets up sunkenly with the locating piece upper surface, and the person of executing the operation is when removing regulating block and locating piece, blocks the elbow in the sunken of regulating block or locating piece, and then can promote regulating block or locating piece, need not to adjust with the hand, guarantees the cleanness of both hands.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the medical shadowless lamp with the variable illumination area and the use method thereof, during operation, the left arm of an operator is arranged on the left shelf, the right arm is arranged on the right shelf to perform operation, wrist suspension operation is not needed, hand trembling is avoided, and the operation effect is ensured. The lamp strip moves, the magnetic roller rotates while keeping attracting with the lamp strip, the horizontal height of the lamp strip is guaranteed to be unchanged while the lamp strip does not move, the lamp strip cannot fall, meanwhile, the winding drum rotates for paying off, and therefore the lighting area is enlarged, meanwhile, the density of the lamp holder of the lamp strip on the lighting area cannot be reduced, namely the lighting area is enlarged, corresponding light sources can be increased, and the lighting effect is guaranteed. Magnetic roller and lamp area back actuation contact compare in the mode of traditional gyro wheel with area body front contact, can effectively avoid licker-in wearing and tearing to extrude the lamp holder on the one hand, cause the damage of lamp holder, and on the other hand can avoid the light of lamp holder to be sheltered from, influences the illuminating effect. Illumination area can carry out adaptability according to the position of executing the operation of disease and adjust, and the illuminating effect is better, and operating personnel need not to operate with the hand when adjusting the illumination, avoids the pollution of hand, and the person's of executing the operation both hands have the supporter to support, need not the operation of dangling, avoids the emergence that the hand trembled, guarantees the operation effect.

Embodiments of the invention are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1-6, the medical shadowless lamp with a variable illumination area according to the present invention comprises two parallel sliding rods 1, wherein the ends of the two sliding rods 1 are respectively and fixedly connected with an operating bed 20, the sliding rods 1 are respectively provided with two sliding sleeves 3, the sliding sleeves 3 on the same side are respectively fixed with a left shelf 2 and a right shelf 4, and a plurality of adjusting units are respectively arranged below the left shelf 2 and the right shelf 4;
the adjusting unit comprises two adjusting plates 6, the end parts of the two adjusting plates 6 are hinged together, an adjusting magnet 5 is fixed at the hinged part, a plurality of magnetic rollers 7 are arranged on the inner side surface of each adjusting plate 6 and are perpendicular to the adjusting plates 6, the magnetic rollers 7 are parallel to each other, adjusting blocks 16 are arranged at the positions of the left shelf 2 and the right shelf 4 corresponding to the adjusting unit, the adjusting blocks 16 are iron, and the adjusting blocks 16 are attracted with the adjusting magnet 5 through the left shelf 2 and the right shelf 4;
the lamp strip 9 comprises a lamp strip 9, wherein the lamp strip 9 comprises a rubber strip 9-1, a plurality of lamp holders 9-3 are uniformly distributed on the front surface of the rubber strip 9-1 at equal intervals, the lamp holders 9-3 are sequentially connected in series and are connected with a power supply, a plurality of iron sheets 9-2 are uniformly and tightly fixed on the back surface of the rubber strip 9-1, the lamp strip 9 is attracted with a magnetic roller 7 through the iron sheets 9-2, and the lamp strip 9 is attracted with a plurality of adjusting units sequentially, so that the lamp strip 9 forms a closed illumination area;
the lamp strip lamp comprises a wire winding unit, wherein the wire winding unit comprises a fixed shaft 12, the fixed shaft 12 is vertically fixed on the lower bottom surface of a right shelf 4, a winding cylinder 10 is sleeved on the fixed shaft 12, a torsion spring 11 is arranged between the winding cylinder 10 and the fixed shaft 12, the non-working part of a lamp strip 9 is wound on the winding cylinder 10, and the working end of the lamp strip 9 is fixed on the lower bottom surface of the right shelf 4.
The working principle and the process are as follows:
when the operation is carried out, the adjusting units with proper quantity are selected according to the shape and the size of the operation part, then the adjusting units are placed below the left shelf 2 and the right shelf 4, and the adjusting blocks 16 are attracted with the magnets so as to fix the positions of the adjusting units. The patch of the lamp strip 9 is sucked on the magnetic roller 7, and because the end parts of the two adjusting plates 6 are hinged together, the two adjusting plates 6 can be opened and closed adaptively according to the outline of the lamp strip 9 so as to adapt to the outline of different lighting areas formed by the lamp strip 9. Therefore, the lamp strip 9 forms a closed illumination area, and the operation part is illuminated in all directions, so that the illumination effect is ensured, and shadow is not generated. During operation, the left arm of the operator is put on the left shelf 2, the right arm is put on the right shelf 4 for operation, wrist suspension operation is not needed, hand shaking is avoided, and operation effect is guaranteed. The position of the adjustment magnet 5 is moved by moving the adjustment block 16 to adjust the distance of the adjustment unit to the edge of the shelf, so that the light strip 9 can be moved closer to or further away from the hand to adjust the illumination area. Because the lamp belt 9 is positioned between the operator and the patient, the light source is closer to the operation part, thereby not only having good lighting effect, but also not causing shadow. When a plurality of operation positions need to move the illumination area, the shelf is pushed to slide on the sliding rod 1 by means of the friction force between the arms and the left shelf 2 and the right shelf 4. When the illumination area needs to be enlarged, the left shelf 2 and the right shelf 4 are separated towards two sides, the lamp strip 9 moves, the magnetic roller 7 rotates while being kept attracted with the lamp strip 9, the horizontal height of the lamp strip 9 is guaranteed to be unchanged while the lamp strip 9 does not move, the lamp strip 9 cannot fall, and the winding cylinder 10 rotates to pay off, so that the illumination area is enlarged, meanwhile, the density of the lamp caps 9-3 of the lamp strip 9 in the illumination area cannot be reduced, namely, the illumination area is enlarged, corresponding light sources can be increased, and the illumination effect is guaranteed. When reducing the illumination area, left shelf 2 and right shelf 4 are close to, and lamp area 9 relaxes, twines a section of thick bamboo 10 reversal, and lamp area 9 twines again on twining a section of thick bamboo 10, avoids lamp area 9 crooked, influences the illumination. In addition, the magnetic roller 7 is in attraction contact with the back surface of the lamp strip 9, compared with the traditional mode that the roller is in contact with the front surface of the strip body, on one hand, the phenomenon that the lamp cap 9-3 is extruded by abrasion of the licker-in roller to cause damage to the lamp cap 9-3 can be effectively avoided, and on the other hand, the phenomenon that the light of the lamp cap 9-3 is shielded to influence the lighting effect can be avoided.
Left shelf 2 and right shelf 4 are transparent material, conveniently observe the condition of left shelf 2 and right shelf 4 below.
The magnetic roller 7 is a neodymium iron boron magnet, has large attraction force and is firmly attracted with the iron sheet 9-2.
Including the positioning element, the positioning element includes positioning magnet 14, positioning magnet 14 is iron, positioning magnet 14 is located 4 belows on the right shelf, 4 tops on the right shelf set up the locating piece, the locating piece is iron, the locating piece is separating right shelf 4 and 14 attractions of positioning magnet, fixed mounting pulley 15 on the positioning magnet 14, lamp area 9 one end is fixed on positioning magnet 14, the other end is walked around pulley 15 and is twined and fixed connection with winding cylinder 10, the back and the 15 contacts of pulley of lamp area 9. Therefore, the lamp strip 9 forms an annular illumination area, the head end and the tail end of the annular illumination area are concentrated together by the positioning unit, the head end and the tail end can move randomly along with the positioning magnet 14, and the lamp strip 9 can form an illumination area with any size, shape and position by the cooperation of the adjusting unit, so that the adaptability is high. The back of the light strip 9 is in contact with the pulley 15 to avoid wear and to block light.
Limiting plates 8 are fixed on the inner side surfaces of the adjusting plates 6 vertically, and the distance between the limiting plates 8 is larger than the width of the lamp strip 9. The limiting plate 8 plays a role in limiting and protecting, and the lamp strip 9 is prevented from falling.
The end parts of the two sliding rods 1 are respectively provided with a supporting unit, the supporting units comprise an inner cylinder 17 and an outer cylinder 19 which are sleeved together, a group of bulb 21 components are respectively arranged at the upper end of the inner cylinder 17 and the lower end of the outer cylinder 19, each bulb 21 component comprises a bulb 21 and a spherical shell 23 matched with the bulb 21, the spherical shell 23 of the upper group of bulb 21 components is connected with the inner cylinder 17, and the bulbs 21 are connected with the sliding rods 1; a spherical shell 23 of a lower ball head 21 component is fixed on an operating bed 20, the ball head 21 is connected with an outer barrel 19, a threaded hole is formed in the outer barrel 19, a tight-extruding bolt 18 is matched in the threaded hole, small pits 22 are uniformly distributed on the surface of the ball head 21, a threaded hole is formed in the spherical shell 23, a positioning bolt 13 is matched in the threaded hole, and the end portion of the positioning bolt 13 is matched with the small pits 22. The two sliding rods 1 can be adjusted in height, inclined angle or even twisted at will to adapt to different operation heights, angles and comfortable operation angles of operators. After the position of the sliding rod 1 is determined, a fastening bolt and a positioning bolt 13 are screwed, the end part of the bolt is matched with a corresponding small pit 22, so that the ball head 21 and the ball shell 23 cannot move relatively, the inner cylinder 17 and the outer cylinder 19 are relatively fixed, the position of the sliding rod 1 is fixed, sufficient supporting force is provided for an operator, and the smooth operation is ensured.
The adjusting block 16 and the upper surface of the positioning block are both provided with a recess, when the operator moves the adjusting block 16 and the positioning block, the elbow is clamped into the recess of the adjusting block 16 or the positioning block, and then the adjusting block 16 or the positioning block can be pushed without manual adjustment, so that the cleanness of both hands is ensured.
