Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of evaporation equipment, in particular to a plant natural perfume extracting solution evaporation device.
Background
Perfume (Perfume), also known as a fragrance raw material, is a substance that smells odor or smells fragrance, and is a raw material for preparing essence. Most of the perfumes cannot be used alone except for individual species. The perfume is divided into natural perfume and artificial perfume, wherein the natural perfume comprises animal natural perfume and plant natural perfume; artificial flavors include both isolated flavors and synthetic flavors.
The above-mentioned perfume is mostly a plant natural perfume. The plant natural perfume is a mixture of various chemical components extracted from flowers, fruits, leaves, barks, roots, stems, grasses, seeds and the like of plants. In the preparation process of the plant natural spice, the evaporation and concentration of the extracting solution is an important process. When the extract of the plant natural spice is evaporated and concentrated, the method is optimal in terms of rapidness, high efficiency, economy and energy conservation.
The evaporator is a device that performs an evaporation operation on the extraction liquid. Conventional evaporators are roughly classified into two types, i.e., circulation type evaporators and membrane type evaporators, and the circulation type evaporators are classified into natural circulation type evaporators and forced circulation type evaporators. All evaporators are composed of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber, and the evaporation chamber mainly plays a role in vapor-liquid separation. However, in either type of evaporator, liquid flows from the heating tube bundle and is then heated by the heating vapor outside the heating tube bundle, whereupon the liquid vaporizes.
A large amount of heating steam is consumed when liquid is heated and vaporized, however, in the prior art, the evaporator is directly contacted with the heating tube bundle once and then the heating steam is consumed, the heat energy in the heating steam is not fully utilized, and the economical efficiency is poor. Meanwhile, in the heating tube bundle in the evaporator, all the liquid to be evaporated directly enters the heating tube bundle at one time, then the heating steam heats the whole heating tube bundle, the length of the heating tube bundle is about 1.0m-2.0m generally, and the heating efficiency and the evaporation efficiency of the heating mode are lower.

Further, the division board is the slope form and arranges, just the comdenstion water delivery port is located the slope bottom of division board.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) heating the heating tube bundle step by step from top to bottom by heating steam when the extracting solution is evaporated; because the extracting solution has been preheated step by step in the process of flowing upwards, therefore the extracting solution temperature that arrives in the heating tube bundle of secondary top layer is higher or for being the highest, and after extracting solution shunts many times, by original whole concentrate in a heating tube to shunting to the heating tube that the quantity is more, the pipe diameter is littleer, the contact heating area of extracting solution and heating tube is bigger, again with come from the indirect contact of the highest heating steam of temperature in the heating steam import this moment, thereby can rapid heating evaporation, therefore evaporation efficiency and effect have greatly been improved.
(2) In the invention, the temperature gradient of the heating steam is gradually reduced from top to bottom, while the temperature gradient of the extracting solution is gradually increased from bottom to top, and the two are complementary. Through reasonable utilization temperature gradient, need not extra power to change temperature gradient, just can preheat the extract step by step, effectively improved heating efficiency when make full use of heat energy in the heating steam, had stronger real behaviour nature and economic nature.
