技术领域:建筑材料防水石膏砌块。解决问题:经济防晒防水石膏砌块解决防水石膏砌块成本高,强度低,不能防晒的问题。解决问题的方案要点一:在生产材料中直接加1%乳胶粉(成分是聚乙烯醇和乳液,代替粘胶粉和乳液)。节省工序时间、降低材料成本60%,提高生产效率20%。二、加1%岩棉或1%防晒液或1%聚苯胶粉或1%反光颜料,减少光晒作用,保护防水砖一层防水膜,防晒时间增加3年。三、1%羧羟基纤维素钠或羧甲基纤维素钠,增加强度35%,达到4.5KN。该发明使石膏砌块在晒干过程和使用过程中防水膜不被晒坏,能够真正起到防水作用,延长石膏砌块防水年限,使用寿命延长30年,提升防水石膏砌块的开发和使用信心。四配方比例不同。

技术背景:目前防水石膏砌块多数采用纳米级硅溶胶,成本高,并且在场地晒长了容易失去防水效果,强度也不高,为解决此问题,本人想出如下
发明内容:在生产材料中直接加1%乳胶粉(成分是聚乙烯醇和乳液,代替粘胶粉和乳液),1%羧羟基纤维素钠或羧甲基纤维素钠,加1%岩棉或1%防晒液或1%聚苯胶粉或1%反光颜料,防水率可达96%,厂地防晒时间可达3年,强度可提高35%,可达4.5KN,工艺时间缩短,生产效率提高20%,成本降低60%。
该发明为配方及比例发明,在工艺配方上有重大技术进步,比例上基本降低一半,解决防水石膏砌块不能晒长,防水膜容易破坏的问题,提升防水石膏砌块的开发和使用信心,有里程碑的意义。对于提高生产效率,降低成本,走向实际应用也有重大推动作用。
实施方式:手工模具生产时,直接加料桶中搅拌,浇模具中冷却干燥,自然成型,厂地晒干;机器生产,加膏粉搅拌器中自动搅拌,再通过自动系统加模腔中冷却成型,再由设备自动取出晒干。

1.1%乳胶粉+1%岩棉或1%防晒液或1%聚苯胶粉或1%反光颜料+1%羧羟基纤维素钠或1%羧甲基纤维素钠的经济防晒防水石膏砌块及其工艺技术。
2.以上任意几种材料任意比例组合配方生产的石膏砌块及其工艺技术。
3.加任意比例乳胶粉的石膏砌块及其工艺技术。
4.加任意比例岩棉或防晒液或聚苯胶粉或反光颜料或者其他防晒材料的防晒石膏砌块及其工艺技术。
