the method comprises the following steps: the paper sealing method comprises the steps of winding sealing paper on a paper sealing roller 17, enabling the sealing paper to sequentially pass through a glue spreading roller 18 and a glue homogenizing roller 22 and be adsorbed at the bottom of a negative pressure sucker on an adsorption plate 23, placing a carton on a conveying belt 4, starting a conveying motor 5, driving a belt pulley to rotate by an output shaft of the conveying motor 5, driving a belt pulley to rotate by the belt pulley I, driving one belt conveying roller 3 to rotate by the belt pulley II, driving the conveying belt 4 to rotate by the two belt conveying rollers 3, conveying the carton into a processing cavity 1 by the conveying belt 4, when the carton is conveyed between two turnover mechanisms 6, closing the conveying motor 5, pushing a connecting block 8 by a piston rod of a limiting air cylinder 9, driving the turnover conveying shell 7 to horizontally move by the connecting block 8, enabling the two turnover conveying shells 7 to move oppositely, enabling two limiting belts 12 on the two turnover conveying shells 7 to respectively contact with two sides, an output shaft of the driving motor 15 drives one of the belt limiting rollers 13 to rotate, the two belt limiting rollers 13 drive the limiting belt 12 to rotate, and the limiting belt 12 and the conveying belt 4 convey the cartons at the same time;
step two: the piston rod of the adsorption cylinder 24 pushes the adsorption plate 23 downwards, the adsorption plate 23 drives the sealing paper to descend, the glue coating roller 18 coats glue in the glue groove 19 on the lower surface of the sealing paper, the glue homogenizing roller 22 evenly coats the glue on the lower surface of the sealing paper, redundant glue on the glue homogenizing roller 22 is coated on the glue coating tape 20, the two glue coating tape rollers 21 drive the glue coating tape 20 to rotate, the scraper 192 scrapes the glue on the glue coating tape 20 onto the guide plate 191, the glue on the guide plate 191 flows to the bottom of the glue groove 19, after the sealing paper at the bottom of the negative pressure suction disc is attached to one side of the top of the carton, the negative pressure suction disc cancels adsorption on the sealing paper and ascends, the output shaft of the adjusting motor 30 drives the belt pulley three to rotate, the belt pulley three drives the belt pulley four to rotate through the belt two, the belt pulley four drives the screw to rotate, the screw drives the lifting support plate 31 to descend, the lifting support plate 31 drives the leveling plate 34, an output shaft of the flattening motor 35 drives a belt pulley five to rotate, the belt pulley five drives a belt pulley six to rotate through a belt three, the belt pulley six drives the telescopic shaft 33 to rotate, and the telescopic shaft 33 drives the flattening disc 34 to flatten the contact position of the sealing paper and the carton;
step three: after the paper sealing at the top of the carton is finished, the cutting cylinder 27 is started, the cutting cylinder 27 pushes the cutter seat 25 downwards through the spring rod 26, the cutting blade on the cutter seat 25 cuts the sealing paper, meanwhile, the adsorption air cylinder 24 pushes the adsorption plate 23 downwards, the negative pressure sucker on the adsorption plate 23 adsorbs the sealing paper at the cutting position, the conveying motor 5 and the driving motor 15 are closed, the lifting air cylinder 16 is opened, the lifting air cylinder 16 pushes the turnover plate 10 upwards, the turnover plate 10 drives the turnover conveying shell 7 to ascend through the limiting air cylinder 9, the turnover air cylinder 11 is opened, the turnover air cylinder 11 drives the carton to rotate 180 degrees, the bottom of the carton is upward, and then the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 16 is contracted, the carton is placed on the conveying belt 4, the driving motor 15 is started, the output shaft of the driving motor 15 is reversely rotated, the conveying motor 5 is started, the previous steps are repeated to seal the bottom of the carton, and the conveying belt 4 conveys the carton out of the processing cavity 1 after the paper sealing is finished.
