drilling; respectively drilling a main limb 91, a fishplate 92, a small side gusset plate 95, a gusset plate 96 and a connecting plate 97 of the sheet type standard part 90 by using a drill cutter of a drilling machine 80; optionally, the drilling machine 80 is a multi-head drilling machine, the drilling machine 80 includes a first station 81, a second station 82, a third station 83, a fourth station 84, and a fifth station 85, the first station 81 is used for processing a main limb first hole 911 and a fishplate first hole 921, the second station 82 is used for processing a main limb second hole 912, a main limb third hole 913, a fishplate second hole 922, and a side hole 951, and the fifth station 85 is used for processing a node hole 961 and a connecting hole 971; when drilling holes in the fishplate 92, the fishplate extension 51 rises to abut against the fishplate 92, avoiding deformation; during processing, after the second station 82 processes the main limb second hole 912 and the fishplate second hole 922, tool changing is carried out, and then the main limb third hole 913 and the side hole 951 are processed;
reaming; respectively reaming the main limb 91 of the sheet type standard component 90 and the drilled holes of the fishplate 92 by using a reamer of the drilling machine 80; optionally, the reamer is replaced after drilling at the first station 81, the first hole 911 of the main limb and the first hole 921 of the fishplate are finely bored, the reamer is replaced after drilling at the second station 82, and the second hole 912 of the main limb is finely bored, so that the hole precision is ensured;
milling a surface; retracting the main limb limiting part 22, and processing two end faces of the main limb 91 by adopting a milling cutter of the drilling machine 80; optionally, the third station 83 and the fourth station 84 are respectively used for processing two end faces of the main limb 91; further, the first station 81, the second station 82, the third station 83, the fourth station 84 and the fifth station 85 of the drilling machine 80 can be synchronously processed through control of the control system, and are not interfered with each other, so that the processing efficiency is improved.
Returning materials; after the processing is finished, the main limb pressing block 25 is far away from the main limb 91, the connecting plate pressing block 42 is far away from the connecting plate 97, and the node plate pressing block 32 is far away from the node plate 96, and then the processed piece type standard knot 90 is moved away from the workbench 10.
According to the sheet type standard knot tool 100, the sheet type standard knot 90 is placed on the main limb support piece 21, the connecting plate support piece 41 and the gusset plate support piece 41, the vertical moving force element 23 pushes one side of the main limb 91 to abut against one side of the main limb support piece 21, the transverse moving force element 24 pushes one end of the main limb 91 to abut against the main limb limiting piece 22, the position of the sheet type standard knot 90 is limited, the main limb 91 is pressed by the main limb pressing block 25, the connecting plate pressing block 42 presses the connecting plate 97 and the gusset plate pressing block 32 presses the gusset plate 96, and therefore the sheet type standard knot 90 is fixed, movement during drilling and milling operation is avoided, and machining precision is guaranteed; the sheet type standard knot tool 100 only needs to clamp the sheet type standard knot 90 once, so that errors caused by repeated positioning are reduced, and the processed finished product is reliable in quality and stable in size.

The piece type standard section tool according to claim 1, further comprising a fishplate positioning assembly, wherein the fishplate positioning assembly comprises a fishplate expansion piece and a fishplate pressing block, the fishplate expansion piece is used for supporting a fishplate, and the fishplate pressing block is used for pressing the fishplate.

positioning: the main limb limiting part extends out, the vertical moving power element pushes one side of the main limb to abut against one side of the main limb supporting part, and the transverse moving power element pushes one end of the main limb to abut against the main limb limiting part to limit the position of the sheet type standard knot;
fixing; the main limb pressing block presses the main limb, the connecting plate pressing block presses the connecting plate, the node plate pressing block presses the node plate, and the sheet type standard knot is fixed;
