Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide a gluing device of an assembled battery pack, which solves the problem of poor universality of the gluing device of the assembled battery pack.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions provided by the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the gluing device for a combined battery pack according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a gluing nozzle 1 for guiding out a prepared glue solution, and a driving system 2 for controlling a movement track of the gluing nozzle 1, where the driving system 2 includes a driver 21 for driving the gluing nozzle 1 to move and a controller 22 for controlling a movement track of the driver 21; the controller 22 is pre-stored with gluing paths respectively matched with the combined battery packs of different models, and after the controller 22 knows the model of the combined battery pack to be glued, the controller 22 controls the driver 21 to drive the gluing nozzle 1 to move according to the gluing path matched with the combined battery pack of the model pre-stored in the controller 22.
This rubber coating device is through integrated actuating system on the rubber coating mouth to learn the model back of treating the rubber coating assembled battery package when actuating system's controller, the controller can control the driver and drive the rubber coating mouth and according to the rubber coating route motion that the assembled battery package of this model matches that prestores in the controller, then the rubber coating device can be suitable for the waiting rubber coating assembled battery package of different models, has promoted the commonality of the rubber coating device of assembled battery package greatly.
In some more specific embodiments, the above-mentioned gluing device further includes a glue solution delivery system 3 for supplying glue to the gluing nozzle 1, the glue solution delivery system 3 includes a glue storage tank 31 for storing different components, a blending tank 32 for mixing and blending the glue solutions of different components, and a proportioning system 33 located between the glue storage tank 31 and the blending tank 32, the proportioning system 33 is used for controlling the proportion of the glue solutions of different components entering the blending tank 32, and the blending tank 32 delivers the blended glue solution to the gluing nozzle 1 through a delivery pipe 34. Through the combined work of the proportioning system and the blending system, the accurate proportioning of the glue storage tanks with different components can be realized, and the glue solution quality of the combined glue is further ensured.
Generally, according to the usage of the commonly used combined glue solution, the glue solution delivery system 3 generally only needs to include two component glue storage tanks, namely an a-component glue storage tank and a B-component glue storage tank, wherein the a-component glue storage tank is used for storing the a-component glue solution, and the B-component glue storage tank is used for storing the B-component glue solution.
In addition, in order to avoid the problem that the glue solution is easy to have poor viscosity and fluidity in a low-temperature environment, generally, both the liquid storage tank and the blending tank can be provided with a heater (such as an electric heater arranged outside the liquid storage tank) and a temperature controller, so that the glue solution can be always kept at stable viscosity, and the smooth circulation of the glue solution is ensured; and the outer surfaces of the glue storage tank, the blending tank and the conveying pipe can be provided with heat insulation materials, for example, the outer surfaces of the glue storage tank, the blending tank and the conveying pipe are coated with heat insulation cotton and the like, so that heat insulation in cold seasons is facilitated.
Here, the proportioning system 33 may be proportioned by weight or volume. When mass proportioning is adopted, the proportioning system needs to be provided with a corresponding weighing system, and the weight ratio can be accurately controlled by adjusting the supply rate ratio of the glue storage tanks with different components, for example, the weight ratio is controlled by a mass control valve; when volumetric proportioning is used, the proportioning system needs to be equipped with accurate flow control valves.
In some more specific embodiments, in order to achieve a flexible control of the supply of glue to the gluing nozzles, a control valve 35 is also provided on the delivery pipe 34, which controls the amount of glue that is conducted out. The glue outlet speed of the glue coating nozzle can be adjusted by controlling the opening of the valve, and the glue coating amount can be accurately controlled by matching with the movement speed of the driver.
It should be noted that the manner of knowing the model of the assembled battery pack to be glued by the controller 22 may be automatic acquisition, for example, by detecting the model of the assembled battery pack to be glued by a corresponding sensor; the method may also be a manual method, for example, an operator sends a corresponding instruction to the controller according to the model of the assembled battery pack to be glued, so that the operator knows the model of the assembled battery pack to be glued. In practical application, the arrangement can be selected according to actual requirements.
In addition, the cross section of the glue outlet of the glue applying nozzle may be circular, rectangular, or other shapes. And when the cross-section of the glue outlet adopts a rectangular cross-section, the cross-section of the glue outlet can be designed into a structure with an adjustable sectional area, specifically, the side part of the glue outlet is arranged on a stop block with the same width as the glue outlet, the opening length of the glue outlet can be adjusted by adjusting the transverse movement of the stop block through a screw, and then the sectional area of the glue outlet is adjusted.
The gluing device for the assembled battery pack provided by the invention is described in detail above. It should be noted that, in the present specification, the embodiments are all described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments may be referred to each other.
