Description

Visual laryngeal mask auxiliary mounting system for department of pediatrics
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of laryngeal masks, in particular to a visual laryngeal mask auxiliary mounting system for pediatrics.
Background
The laryngeal mask is the most important discovery in the airway device in the last two decades, and is another novel airway ventilation maintaining device between a mask and an endotracheal tube, compared with the endotracheal tube, the laryngeal mask has the advantages of small stimulation, small obstruction of breathing machinery and easier acceptance of patients; the cardiovascular system has small reaction when being inserted and pulled out; the throat pain is less caused after the operation; with the development and development of laryngeal mask devices, some of the existing modified laryngeal mask devices are also being used in pediatric surgical anesthesia procedures.
Many more secure and operationally simple laryngeal mask structures and laryngeal mask accessory mounting devices have now been developed, and this group has long conducted his own development of laryngeal mask structures and laryngeal mask related devices, and some products have found widespread use in hospitals, and after a number of our searches and references, it has been found that the existing laryngeal mask structures are mainly of the type mainly disclosed in JP2011229926A, JP2013517851, KR101079961B1, CN1942214B and CN101057994B, of which the laryngeal mask airway device disclosed in publication CN101203261B is particularly representative, comprising an airway tube, a mask connected to said airway tube, comprising: a back plate having distal and proximal ends, a dorsal face and a ventral face, the mask further comprising a peripheral inflatable cuff and defining a gas outlet, the mask being connected to the airway tube for gaseous communication between the airway tube and the mask, the dorsal face of the back plate being curved with a curvature extending from the connection towards the distal end of the back plate with a constant curvature so that the distal end of the mask is ventrally moveable relative to the proximal end of the mask.
Although above structure has made certain adaptability to the laryngeal mask device and has improved, the installation of current laryngeal mask still mainly is accomplished through the staff, need lift patient's jaw joint during the installation and open patient's mouth simultaneously then insert laryngeal mask mechanism, the success rate also can receive the influence when single installs, this kind of operation often needs an assistant to assist the completion by oneself, and current laryngeal mask puts into the operation and does not have better auxiliary assembly to assist the completion, whether install often to judge according to the experience during the installation simultaneously, how observe through more accurate mode whether the installation targets in place for a research trend of current laryngeal mask.
