Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dust suction devices, in particular to a dust collector floor brush and a dust collector.
Background
The floor brush component is one of the main components of the dust collector, a motor in the floor brush component drives the rolling brush to rotate at a high speed, so that dust and sundries on the ground are lifted, and then the dust and the sundries are sucked into the dust collector through the dust suction port, and the effect of cleaning and removing dust on the ground is achieved.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art:
the round brush in the scrubbing brush subassembly mainly used goes up dirt, can't clear away to stubborn spot and trace on ground, still need drag ground again after the dust absorption, leads to clean efficiency lower, wastes time and energy.
Because the electric rolling brush rolls forwards, the back dragging is laborious, and the electric rolling brush is only suitable for cleaning forwards and is inconvenient to clean repeatedly if garbage is left out.
When the ground is wet, hair and fine dirt close to the ground are not easy to suck away.
In the cleaning process, the dust collector and the rolling brush are both in a working state in the whole process, the power consumption is high, and the endurance time of the dust collector is short.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve at least one of the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a floor brush for a vacuum cleaner.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner comprising the above vacuum cleaner floor brush.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a wiping cylinder for a vacuum cleaner floor brush as described above.
In order to achieve the above object, according to an embodiment of an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a floor brush for a vacuum cleaner, comprising two wiping cylinders arranged in parallel in a front-rear direction, wherein the wiping cylinders are controlled by a unidirectional locking mechanism and can rotate only in a unidirectional direction, the two wiping cylinders are locked in opposite directions, when the front wiping cylinder rolls forward, the rear wiping cylinder is locked, when the rear wiping cylinder rolls backward, the front wiping cylinder is locked, and a dust collection head is disposed between the two wiping cylinders.
The above-described embodiments have the following advantages or advantageous effects.
Because the floor brush is provided with the two wiping rollers which can rotate in one direction and are locked in opposite directions, when the floor brush is pushed forwards, the front wiping roller rolls forwards and wets the ground, and the rear wiping roller stops to rub against the ground, so that dirt and marks on the ground are wiped off, and garbage is pushed forwards; when the floor brush is pulled backwards, the rear wiping roller rolls backwards and wets the ground, the front wiping roller stops to rub against the ground, dirt and marks on the ground are wiped off, and garbage is pulled backwards; the floor can be effectively cleaned regardless of pushing and pulling.
In the process of pushing and pulling the floor brush back and forth, the garbage is collected and limited between the two wiping rollers and is sucked into the dust collector by the dust collection head, so that the functions of sweeping, mopping and dust collection can be realized simultaneously.
In the cleaning process, the hair and the particulate matters on the surface of the wiping roller are sucked away by the dust collector, so that the effect of cleaning the wiping roller can be achieved, the garbage falling on the surface of the wiping roller is reduced, the reciprocating dragging caused by the omission of the garbage is reduced, and the times of cleaning the wiping roller is reduced.
When the wiping roller is used for wiping the floor, the wet hair and the fine garbage on the floor can be twisted into a cord shape by the wiping roller in the rolling and stopping processes and collected together, so that the wet hair and the fine garbage are easier to be sucked by the dust collector compared with the condition that the hair and the fine garbage are frequently scattered and attached to the wet floor when the wiping roller is used for wiping the floor in a wet manner.
Because the contact area of the wiping roller and the ground is small, the resistance is small during pushing and pulling, the labor is saved, the resistance is consistent during pushing and pulling, the wiping roller is suitable for pushing and pulling back and forth, and stubborn stains can be effectively removed.
Because the dust collection head is positioned between the two wiping rollers, when a wet-mopping mode is adopted, the ground is wetted by the wiping rollers before dust collection, and the garbage and the dust are collected together by the wiping rollers in the process of wiping the ground, so that the raised dry dust can be reduced, and the secondary pollution of the air is reduced.
Because the ground garbage is collected by the wiping roller and limited between the two wiping rollers, the dust collector does not need to be started in the whole cleaning process, but the dust collector is started for a short time to absorb the collected garbage when the garbage collected by the wiping roller is more, so that the power consumption can be greatly reduced, and the endurance time of the dust collector is prolonged.
In conclusion, the technical scheme not only realizes mopping while dust is sucked, improves the cleaning efficiency, saves time and labor, but also can prolong the endurance time of the rechargeable dust collector and achieve better cleaning effect than the prior art.
In addition, the technical scheme of the dust collector floor brush provided by the invention can also comprise the following additional technical characteristics.
