Fig. 4 is a schematic plan view of the lifting mechanism of the present invention in a state of sleeping on the side of the human body, in which the crankshaft 4 rotates in a reverse direction by a certain angle under the action of the chain wheel 40 pulled in a reverse direction, so as to drive the shoulder lifting platform 5 and the shoulder soft sponge 51 to descend to a position where the shoulders and arms under the human body are not pressed by the body when the human body sleeps on the side; meanwhile, the headrest lifting platform 6 and the headrest platform soft sponge 61 are also driven to rise to the proper headrest height required by the head and neck when the human body sleeps on the side.
For convenience of understanding, fig. 5 is a schematic perspective view of the present invention mainly constructed in a sleeping state of a human body, and is a schematic perspective view of a first embodiment of a lifting and lowering mechanism of the present invention, in the figure, two ends of a base 3 are provided with a protective vertical plate 31, the middle part of the base 3 is provided with two sets of crank shafts 4 and related components matched with the crank shafts 4, and crank shafts 41 on the two sets of crank shafts are slidably installed in a shoulder and back platform guide chute 50 below a shoulder and back lifting platform 5; the first crank 42 is slidably arranged in a headrest table guide chute 60 below the headrest lifting table 6; the shoulder-back lifting platform 5 and the headrest lifting platform 6 are both positioned in the middle of the protective vertical plate 31, and a small gap is formed between the two sides of the protective vertical plate 31, so that the shoulder-back lifting platform 5 and the headrest lifting platform 6 can slide up and down in the middle of the protective vertical plate 31; a speed reducing motor 8 is arranged on the right side of the base 3, a chain wheel for transmitting torque force is arranged on a power output shaft of the speed reducing motor 8, a chain 81 matched with the chain wheel is arranged on the chain wheel, the chain 81 is also sleeved on the chain wheels on the two crank shafts 4, and if the simple motor 8 rotates forwards or reversely, the chain wheels on the two crank shafts 4 can be pulled by the chain 81 to rotate forwards or reversely; a lifting control module 7 is arranged on the right side of the speed reducing motor 8, and the lifting control module 7 is electrically connected with the speed reducing motor 8, an external power supply circuit 72, a flexible induction circuit 52 arranged on the shoulder and back soft sponge 51, a motion control switch 70 arranged on the protective vertical plate 31 and a manual mode switch 71; a headrest platform limit stop 62 is arranged at the lower right corner of the headrest lifting platform 6, a contact probe of the motion control switch 70 is positioned between the two limit stops 62, the headrest lifting platform 6 stops moving in the direction by touching the limit stops 62 in the position adjusting motion, and the limit stops 62 and the motion control switch 70 are matched for limiting the appropriate height of the headrest for sleeping on the side of the human body when the headrest lifting platform 6 rises to the highest position and the appropriate height of the headrest for sleeping on the back of the human body when the headrest lifting platform falls to the lowest position; because the first crank 42 and the second crank 41 keep relative rotation angles and positions according to design requirements, when the headrest lifting platform 6 rises to the highest position, the shoulder lifting platform 5 is adjusted to the lowest position through the interconnected crank shafts 4, and when the headrest lifting platform 6 falls to the lowest position, the shoulder lifting platform 5 is adjusted to the highest position required by sleeping on back; it should be noted that, if the speed reducing motor 8 is a stepping motor, and the lifting control module 7 precisely drives the speed reducing motor 8 by twisting according to a preset number of pulses, the motion control switch 70 and the limit stop 62 listed in this figure may be omitted.
The lifting control module 7 provides power for the automatic lifting device through an external power supply circuit 72, the manual mode switch 70 sets a signal source for posture identification for the lifting control module 7, and if the manual mode switch 70 is set to be in a 'sleeping-on-back', the lifting control module outputs electric control power required by the sleeping-on-back posture to the lifting movement mechanism; if the manual mode switch 70 is set to 'side sleeping', the lifting control module 7 outputs the electric control power required by the side sleeping position to the lifting movement mechanism all the time; if the manual mode switch 70 is set to "automatic", the lifting control module 7 receives the body position recognition signal from the body position detection module, and outputs corresponding electric control power to the lifting motion mechanism according to the received body position recognition signal.
Fig. 6 is a schematic perspective view of the main components of the present invention in a state of sleeping on the back of a human body, wherein the positions of the shoulder/back elevating platform 5, the headrest elevating platform 6, the second crank 41, the first crank 42 and the limit stop 62 can be visually observed to change relative to the positions in a state of sleeping on the side of fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 7, a schematic diagram of the capacitive sensing type body position detection sensing circuit of the present invention is shown, a capacitive sensing type flexible sensing circuit 52 is disposed on a soft body sponge 51 of a shoulder and back platform, the capacitive sensing type body position detection module of the present invention is basically the same as the current capacitive touch control principle, and is implemented by utilizing the principle that human body tissues are close to or contact with a circuit with capacitive detection, and the change of capacitance value can be detected in the circuit, and then combining the size difference of the contact surface of the human body with the lying surface of a mattress when the human body is sleeping on back and on side; specifically, if the human body is in a supine state, the back area between the two shoulders will be close to the sensing circuit 52, and if the human body is in a lateral sleep state, only the relatively small area formed by the shoulders and the partial arms under the human body will be close to the sensing circuit 52, and these two sleep positions will generate electric signals with different capacitances in the sensing circuit 52, and the different electric signals are used as the recognition signal for the position detection module to determine the current sleep position of the human body.
As shown in fig. 8, a schematic diagram of the resistance-sensing posture detection sensing circuit according to the present invention is shown, wherein a plurality of non-contact resistance contacts 54 are disposed on the soft sponge 51 of the shoulder and back, each of the non-contact resistance contacts 54 is in an open state when not being pressed by an external force, and if the resistance contacts 54 are in a closed circuit with a certain resistance value when being pressed by an external force, the plurality of resistance contacts 54 are connected in parallel through a flexible circuit 53 and electrically connected to the circuit of the posture detection module, so that the number of the pressed resistance contacts 54 can be converted into the magnitude of the resistance value in the circuit according to the sleeping state of the human body on the back or during a test, thereby determining whether the current sleeping state of the human body is on the back or on the side, and then transmitting a posture recognition electrical signal to the elevation control module.
In addition to the capacitance induction type and the resistance induction type, a pressure induction type may be adopted, and the respective characteristics of the pressure induction type induction circuit are similar to the resistance induction type, and a plurality of pressure resistors are arranged in an array on the shoulder and back soft sponge 51, so that the sleeping position of the human body is identified by using the difference that the pressure on the pressure resistors is small when the human body is asleep on the back and the pressure on the pressure resistors is large at the shoulder position when the human body is asleep on the side.
As shown in fig. 9, a second embodiment of the lifting mechanism of the present invention is illustrated, in this embodiment, a cam mechanism is used as an example of the lifting mechanism, for the sake of brief description, only the main components and the movement modes thereof are illustrated in this embodiment, in the illustration, a shoulder lift slide rail 90 and a headrest lift slide rail 91 are respectively installed on the inner side surfaces of the protection vertical plates 31 at the two ends of the base 3, guide slide grooves matched with the shoulder lift slide rails 90 are provided at the two ends of the shoulder lift 5, and the shoulder lift 5 and the shoulder lift soft sponge 51 can slide in parallel in the vertical direction; the two ends of the headrest lifting platform 6 are also provided with guide chutes matched with the headrest lifting platform slide rails 91, and the headrest lifting platform 6 can also slide in parallel in the vertical direction; a speed reducing motor 8 and a cam 9 arranged on a power output shaft of the speed reducing motor are arranged at the middle part of the base 3, and the tail end of one of the raised supporting arms on the cam 9 is positioned at the bottom of the shoulder lifting platform; the tail end of the other protruding supporting arm is positioned at the bottom of the headrest lifting platform, if the speed reduction motor 8 rotates for a set angle according to the direction indicated by the arrow in the figure, the supporting arm on the cam 9 can lift the shoulder and back lifting platform up to the height required by the human body for sleeping on the back, and meanwhile, the headrest lifting platform can also be lowered to the height required by the human body for sleeping on the back; conversely, when the reduction motor 8 rotates in the reverse direction by a predetermined angle, the shoulder and back elevating platform is lowered by the reverse rotation of the cam 9, and the headrest elevating platform is raised to return to the position shown in the figure necessary for the user to sleep on his side.
FIG. 10 is a schematic view of a third embodiment of the lifting mechanism of the present invention, in which a pneumatic or hydraulic movement mode is adopted as the lifting mechanism of the present invention; in the figure, two torsion type cylinders 92 are installed in the middle of the base 3, power output shafts of the cylinders are in a crank type and are installed in a guide chute below the shoulder-back lifting platform 5 in the same direction, if the torsion type cylinders 92 are controlled to rotate forwards by 180 degrees, the shoulder-back lifting platform 5 is driven to ascend to the height required by the human body for sleeping on back, and if the torsion type cylinders 92 rotate reversely by 180 degrees, the height required by the human body for sleeping on side in the figure is returned; two linear push-pull type air cylinders 93 which are mechanically connected with the headrest lifting platform are further arranged in the middle of the base 3, and the linear push-pull type air cylinders 93 can be controlled to push the headrest lifting platform to rise to a height required by the sleeping of a human body and can also be controlled to pull the headrest lifting platform to fall to a height required by the sleeping of the human body. With this power source configuration, the elevation control module can realize the elevation position adjustment of the shoulder-back elevator 5 and the headrest elevator 6 by inputting external air pressure and controlling the solenoid valves.
The automatic lifting device of the multi-position comfortable sleeping mattress provided by the invention can also adopt a simplified design mode, as shown in the attached figure 11, the part of the headrest lifting platform 6 acting on the head of the human body is not connected with the lifting motion mechanism, but is directly fixed on the base 3 without movement, the lifting motion mechanism is only connected with the shoulder and back lifting platform 5 and is controlled to only drive the shoulder and back lifting platform 5 to do the corresponding required lifting position adjustment, thus the similar effects of relatively comfortable supine sleeping and no shoulder pain pressing during side sleeping can be achieved, and the structure of the product is relatively simple; the operation can be simplified, the manual mode switch is removed, and the sleep position identification electric signal is directly transmitted to the lifting movement module 7 by the position detection module.
The automatic lifting device of the multi-body-position comfortable-sleeping mattress provided by the invention is used for multi-body-position comfortable sleeping of one person, if two persons sleep in the same bed without mutual influence, only two groups are made side by side according to the technical scheme provided by the invention, each group respectively performs body position detection, respectively controls and respectively performs lifting position adjustment on the shoulder-back lifting platform and the headrest lifting platform, and can share one base and a mattress main body, and the method can be realized.
In addition, it should be noted that: the induction analysis circuit used in the body position detection module provided by the invention is a conventional technology, so that the further description is not provided; the aforementioned "adjustment of the lifting position required for the corresponding operation" specifically means: if the human body is in a side sleeping state, the required position of the shoulder and back lifting platform 5 is that the top surface of the shoulder and back platform soft sponge 51 is lower than the lying surface of the mattress by a space capable of accommodating shoulders and arms under the human body, and the required position of the headrest lifting platform 6 is that the supporting surface of the headrest soft sponge 61 just accords with the proper height required by the headrest when the human body is in a side sleeping state; when a human body is in a state of sleeping on the back, the required position of the shoulder and back lifting platform 5 is to ensure that the top surface of the shoulder and back platform soft sponge 51 can be flush with the lying surface of the mattress main body, and the required position of the headrest lifting platform 6 is to ensure that the supporting surface of the headrest soft sponge 61 just accords with the proper height required by the headrest when the human body sleeps on the back.
The simplified design scheme shown in the attached drawing 11 mentioned in the specification and the integrated design scheme of the automatic lifting device and the mattress main body mentioned in the summary of the invention have similar main technical scheme and achieved effect, and belong to the protection scope of the invention; to facilitate the explanation of the main structure and operation of the present invention, the simplified structure in some parts of the drawings is illustrated, the cost and process are considered in the actual production, and the details are changed appropriately, for example: some structural components can be disassembled and assembled, and outer sleeves and objects needing optimization in details can be added, but the main technical scheme is not changed.
It is to be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely illustrative of or explaining the principles of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. An automatic lifting device of a multi-body-position comfortable sleeping mattress comprises a base, a shoulder and back soft sponge, a headrest soft sponge and a jacket, and is characterized by further comprising a headrest lifting platform, a shoulder and back lifting platform, a lifting motion mechanism, a body position detection module and a lifting control module, wherein the lifting motion mechanism is mechanically connected with the headrest lifting platform, the shoulder and back lifting platform and the base, and the lifting control module is electrically connected with the lifting motion mechanism and is in wired or wireless electric connection with the body position detection module; the body position detection module sends a body position identification signal to the lifting control module after detecting that the human body is in a side sleeping or back sleeping body position, the lifting control module drives the shoulder-back lifting platform and the headrest lifting platform to correspondingly adjust the required lifting position through the lifting motion mechanism after receiving the body position identification signal, and the lifting motion mechanism comprises a power source, a chain wheel, a chain, a crank shaft, a crank I and a bearing seat; the power source is driven and controlled by the lifting control module to generate power, and the headrest lifting platform and the shoulder and back lifting platform are driven by the lifting motion mechanism to move according to a set mode;
the automatic lifting device of the multi-position comfortable sleeping mattress is tightly attached to and placed on one side edge, close to the shoulders and the head of a human body, of the mattress main body, an upward-protruding bearing seat is arranged on a base of the automatic lifting device of the multi-position comfortable sleeping mattress, a crankshaft is mounted on the bearing seat, the left section of the crankshaft is a second crank, and the second crank is mounted in a first guide chute below a shoulder and back lifting platform; the first crank is arranged at the right section of the crank shaft and is arranged in a second guide chute below the headrest lifting platform; a chain wheel capable of transmitting torque is arranged on the right side of the crank shaft; the soft sponge of the shoulder and back table with the hardness similar to that of the mattress main body is arranged on the shoulder and back lifting table, and the soft sponge of the headrest table with the hardness similar to that of a common pillow is arranged on the headrest lifting table; if the chain arranged on the chain wheel is pulled by external force, the chain wheel can be driven to rotate, and the rotation of the chain wheel can drive the crank I and the crank II to rotate around the axis of the right section part of the crank shaft by a certain angle; thereby driving the shoulder and back lifting platform, the shoulder and back soft sponge, the headrest lifting platform and the headrest soft sponge to perform lifting position adjustment relative to the lying surface of the mattress main body; because the first crank and the second crank are positioned at different directions of the crank shaft, after the human body is detected to be in a supine position, the chain of the chain wheel can be positively pulled by external force, and the second crank can drive the shoulder and back lifting platform to rise so that the top surface of the shoulder and back soft sponge is flush with the upper surface of the mattress main body; meanwhile, the crank drives the headrest lifting platform to descend from a position far away from the upper surface of the mattress main body to a position close to the headrest lifting platform, and the upper surface of the soft sponge of the headrest platform at the position just accords with the height required by the headrest when a human body lies on the back;
after the human body is detected to be in the side sleeping position, the chain of the chain wheel can be pulled reversely by external force, and the crank shaft can also rotate reversely for a certain angle, so that the crank II drives the shoulder lifting platform and the shoulder soft sponge to descend to the positions where the shoulders and the arms under the human body are not pressed by the human body during the side sleeping; meanwhile, the crank drives the headrest lifting platform and the soft sponge of the headrest platform to rise to the proper headrest height required by the head and neck when the human body sleeps on one side for a while.

The automatic lifting device of a multi-position sleeping mattress according to claim 1, wherein the position detection module comprises an induction circuit, an induction analysis circuit and an electric connection circuit for detecting the position of the human body sleeping on the side or on the back.

The automatic lifting device for a multi-position comfortable sleep mattress according to claim 2, wherein the position detection module adopts a capacitive sensing type detection and identification mode or a resistance sensing type detection and identification mode in a wired electric connection mode, and is used for identifying whether the human body is in a supine position or a lateral position.

The automatic lifting device of a multi-position sleeping mattress according to claim 2, wherein the position detection module uses a wearable device which is in radio connection with the lifting control module to identify and signal the sleeping position of the human body on the side or on the back.

The automatic lifting device of a multi-position sleeping mattress according to claim 3, wherein the position detection module using the capacitance induction type detection and identification method is realized by using the control principle that the capacitance in the circuit is changed to generate different electric signals; when the human body sleeps on the back, the contact area between the back of the human body and the plurality of capacitance sensing devices distributed on the shoulder lifting table board is large, so that the generated capacitance is large, when the human body sleeps on the side, the contact area between the shoulders and the arms only and the plurality of capacitance sensing devices distributed on the shoulder lifting table board is small, so that the characteristic of small capacitance is generated, and a posture identification signal for identifying whether the human body sleeps on the back or on the side is sent to the lifting control module.
