50-100 parts of milk powder, 0-10 parts of L-arabinose, 0-10 parts of D-xylose, 0-20 parts of dietary fiber, 0-2 parts of mineral substance, 0-0.2 part of vitamin and 4-8 parts of purified water.
Preferably, the milk powder comprises full-fat milk powder, defatted milk powder, full-fat goat milk powder, defatted goat milk powder or a mixture of the full-fat goat milk powder and the defatted goat milk powder in a certain proportion.
Preferably, the L-arabinose and the D-xylose comprise L-arabinose, D-xylose or a mixture of the L-arabinose and the D-xylose in a certain proportion which are added separately, and the addition forms comprise white crystalline powder, aqueous solution, syrup and unrefined crude extract.
Preferably, the dietary fibre comprises resistant dextrin, inulin, beta-glucan or a mixture thereof in a certain proportion.
Preferably, the mineral is calcium carbonate, calcium lactate, zinc gluconate, zinc lactate, zinc sulfate, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate or a mixture thereof in a certain proportion.

A preparation method of a sucrose-free modulated milk chewable tablet comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 50-100 parts of raw milk powder, 0-10 parts of L-arabinose, 0-10 parts of D-xylose, 0-20 parts of dietary fiber, 0-2 parts of mineral substance and 0-0.2 part of vitamin, respectively crushing, sieving by a 40-80 mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing to obtain the sucrose-free modulated milk powder;
(2) adding 4-10 parts of purified water, and continuously and uniformly mixing;
(3) tabletting in a tabletting machine, and sterilizing to obtain the sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet.
Preferably, the tablet may be compressed by a method conventional in the art, and the present invention is not particularly limited. The raw materials which are crushed, sieved and uniformly mixed can be put into a tablet machine for tabletting usually in a dry, sanitary and pollution-free room, and the working pressure of the tablet machine can be set to be 2.5-3.0 MPa.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention takes the milk powder as the main raw material, the raw materials are simple and easy to obtain, the preparation method is simple, and the obtained product has good chewing taste, rich milk flavor and unique flavor.
2. The invention does not add sucrose, can reduce the calorie of the product and reduce the intake of free sugar of consumers, and is suitable for not only common people to eat daily, but also people with diabetes, obesity and needing to reduce energy intake.
3. On the basis of high-quality protein contained in the milk powder, the milk powder is scientifically and reasonably added with nutrient enhancers such as L-arabinose, D-xylose, dietary fiber, mineral substances, vitamins and the like, has rich and balanced nutrient components, can play a good role in synergy of various nutrient enhancers, and has obvious probiotic function.
Detailed Description
The invention provides a sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet which is characterized by comprising the following components:
50-100 parts of milk powder, 0-10 parts of L-arabinose, 0-10 parts of D-xylose, 0-20 parts of dietary fiber, 0-2 parts of mineral substance, 0-0.2 part of vitamin and 4-8 parts of purified water, wherein the milk powder comprises full-fat milk powder, defatted milk powder, full-fat goat milk powder, defatted goat milk powder or a mixture of the full-fat goat milk powder and the defatted goat milk powder in a certain proportion, the L-arabinose and the D-xylose comprise L-arabinose and D-xylose which are independently added or a mixture of the L-arabinose and the D-xylose in a certain proportion, the added form comprises white crystalline powder, aqueous solution, syrup and unrefined crude extract, the dietary fiber comprises resistant dextrin, inulin and beta-glucan or a mixture of the L-arabinose and the D-xylose in a certain proportion, the mineral substance comprises calcium carbonate, calcium lactate, zinc gluconate, zinc lactate, zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate or a mixture, the vitamins include vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E or their mixture at a certain ratio.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) weighing 50-100 parts of raw milk powder, 0-10 parts of L-arabinose, 0-10 parts of D-xylose, 0-20 parts of dietary fiber, 0-2 parts of mineral substance and 0-0.2 part of vitamin, respectively crushing, sieving by a 40-80 mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing to obtain the sucrose-free modulated milk powder;
(2) adding 4-10 parts of purified water, and continuously and uniformly mixing;
(3) tabletting in a tabletting machine, and sterilizing to obtain the sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet.
Example 1
The sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of full-cream milk powder, 3 parts of L-arabinose, 2 parts of D-xylose, 20 parts of inulin, 0.15 part of calcium carbonate, 0.05 part of zinc sulfate, 0.05 part of magnesium sulfate, 0.05 part of ferrous sulfate, 0.02 part of vitamin A, 0.02 part of vitamin D and 8 parts of purified water.
The preparation method of the sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet comprises the following steps: (1) weighing 100 parts of full-cream milk powder, 3 parts of L-arabinose, 2 parts of D-xylose, 20 parts of inulin, 0.15 part of calcium carbonate, 0.05 part of zinc sulfate, 0.05 part of magnesium sulfate, 0.05 part of ferrous sulfate, 0.02 part of vitamin A and 0.02 part of vitamin D, respectively crushing, sieving by a 40-mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing; (2) adding 8 parts of purified water, and continuously and uniformly mixing; (3) tabletting in a tabletting machine, and sterilizing to obtain the sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet.
Example 2
The sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 parts of defatted milk powder, 4 parts of L-arabinose, 5 parts of resistant dextrin, 5 parts of inulin, 5 parts of beta-glucan, 0.16 part of calcium carbonate, 0.06 part of vitamin C and 7 parts of purified water.
The preparation method of the sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet comprises the following steps: (1) weighing 90 parts of defatted milk powder, 4 parts of L-arabinose, 5 parts of resistant dextrin, 5 parts of inulin, 5 parts of beta-glucan, 0.16 part of calcium carbonate and 0.06 part of vitamin C, respectively crushing, sieving by a 40-mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing; (2) adding 8 parts of purified water, and continuously and uniformly mixing; (3) tabletting in a tabletting machine, and sterilizing to obtain the sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet.
Example 3
The sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of defatted milk powder, 20 parts of defatted sheep milk powder, 5 parts of D-xylose, 8 parts of resistant dextrin, 7 parts of inulin, 0.12 part of calcium lactate, 0.06 part of zinc gluconate, 0.04 part of ferrous sulfate, 0.02 part of vitamin A, 0.03 part of vitamin D, 0.01 part of vitamin E and 8 parts of purified water.
The preparation method of the sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet comprises the following steps: (1) weighing 80 parts of defatted milk powder, 20 parts of defatted sheep milk powder, 5 parts of D-xylose, 8 parts of resistant dextrin, 7 parts of inulin, 0.12 part of calcium lactate, 0.06 part of zinc sulfate, 0.04 part of ferrous sulfate, 0.02 part of vitamin A, 0.03 part of vitamin D and 0.01 part of vitamin E, respectively crushing, sieving with a 40-mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing; (2) adding 8 parts of purified water, and continuously and uniformly mixing; (3) tabletting in a tabletting machine, and sterilizing to obtain the sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet.

Claims (7)
1. The sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet is characterized by comprising the following components:
50-100 parts of milk powder, 0-10 parts of L-arabinose, 0-10 parts of D-xylose, 0-20 parts of dietary fiber, 0-2 parts of mineral substance, 0-0.2 part of vitamin and 4-8 parts of purified water.
2. The sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet of claim 1, wherein the powdered milk comprises a powdered whole milk, a powdered skim milk, a powdered whole goat milk, a powdered skim goat milk, or a mixture thereof in a given ratio.
3. The sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet of claim 1, wherein said L-arabinose and D-xylose comprise L-arabinose, D-xylose, or a mixture thereof in a certain ratio, added in the form of white crystalline powder, aqueous solution, syrup, and unrefined crude extract, and wherein said L-arabinose and D-xylose are selected from the group consisting of arabinose, D-xylose, and mixtures thereof in a certain ratio.
4. The sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet of claim 1, wherein the dietary fiber comprises resistant dextrin, inulin, β -glucan or a mixture thereof in a certain ratio.
5. The sucrose-free modulated milk chewable tablet of claim 1, wherein the mineral is calcium carbonate, calcium lactate, zinc gluconate, zinc lactate, zinc sulfate, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, or a mixture thereof in a certain ratio.
6. The sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet of claim 1, wherein the vitamin is vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E or a mixture thereof in a given ratio.
7. A method of preparing the sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet of claim 1, wherein the method of preparing the sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet comprises the steps of:
(1) weighing 50-100 parts of raw milk powder, 0-10 parts of L-arabinose, 0-10 parts of D-xylose, 0-20 parts of dietary fiber, 0-2 parts of mineral substance and 0-0.2 part of vitamin, respectively crushing, sieving by a 40-80 mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing to obtain the sucrose-free modulated milk powder;
(2) adding 4-10 parts of purified water, and continuously and uniformly mixing;
(3) tabletting in a tabletting machine, and sterilizing to obtain the sucrose-free modified milk chewable tablet.
