Description

用于具有轴向补偿的混合动力车辆的传动系单元
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆的传动系单元,特别是用于可混合动力驱动的机动车辆,诸如汽车、卡车、公共汽车或其他多用途运载车辆的传动系单元。
背景技术
用于机动车辆的自动变速器通常为现有技术已知的。所谓的P3电机也是已知的,该P3电机布置在自动变速器的变速器输出部处,并且可借助于分离离合器耦接和解耦。另一个离合器确保变速器的输出部除了与前轮轴的车轮耦接外,还可任选地与后轮轴的车轮耦接,以实现全轮驱动。
然而,现有技术始终有如下缺点:由于(自动)变速器的轴承,由于螺旋齿状的正齿轮取决于螺旋角、螺旋方向(从而取决于齿轮、温度和扭矩),因此在间隙状态下,在变速器的输出部处发生较大的轴向移动和/或较高的力,因为在轴承中存在较大的轴向间隙。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的为避免或至少减轻现有技术的缺点。特别是要提供一种传动系单元,其中从自动变速器中的轴承产生的振动和力不会由传动系单元传递,特别是不会传递至离合器。
根据本发明,此目标是通过一种用于机动车辆的传动系单元来实现的,该传动系单元具有壳体;可旋转地安装在壳体中的输入轴,该输入轴经准备用于旋转固定地附接至变速器的输出部;和/或具有任选的电机,该电机布置成与输入轴轴向平行;以及第一离合器,该第一离合器连接电机的转子和输入轴,用于在换挡位置进行扭矩传递;和/或具有可旋转地安装在壳体中的任选的输出轴,该输出轴准备旋转耦接至分动传动器;以及第二离合器,该第二离合器连接输入轴和输出轴,用于在换挡位置进行扭矩传递,其中输入轴具有第一输入轴部分和可相对于第一输入轴部分轴向移动的第二输入轴部分。
这具有以下优点:允许在两个输入轴部分之间(从而在轴承接触位置之间)进行轴向移动,使得由螺旋齿状的正齿轮引起的轴向移动可得到补偿,因此不会传递至离合器。这意味着引入至第二输入轴部分中的轴向移动不会传递至第一输入轴部分。
有利实施例在从属权利要求中要求得到保护并且在下面更详细地解释。
如果将变速器的输出部与两个离合器中的一个(即与第一离合器或第二离合器)之间的输入轴分离为第一输入轴部分和第二输入轴部分,则其为特别有利的。因此,所产生的振动和力不会轴向引入至第一离合器和第二离合器中,从而不会引入至模块结构中。
另外,如果第二输入轴部分以扭矩传递的方式连接至第一输入轴部分,以便实现具有轴向柔软性的旋转刚性,则其为适宜的。这确保了从变速器的输出部经由输入轴至传动系单元的输出轴的扭矩传递。因此,轴向移动与扭矩传递脱耦。另外,两个输入轴部分之间的连接的轴向柔软性确保了由轴向位移引起的反作用力相当低,因此可轻松地经由轴承支撑。
根据一个优选的实施例,第二输入轴部分可具有用于实现轴向柔软性的板弹簧组件,借助于该板弹簧组件将第二输入轴部分连接至第一输入轴部分。以这种方式,可确保扭矩传递的功能,特别是经由轴向非常柔软的板弹簧组件,可实现轴向行程补偿的功能。例如,该板弹簧组件设计成扭矩为800Nm至1200Nm,优选为950Nm至1050Nm。如果板弹簧组件的弹簧刚度(在轴向方向上)在100N/mm与200N/mm之间,优选为130N/mm至170N/mm,则其为特别优选的。
根据有利的进展,板弹簧组件具有多个板弹簧,例如每个板弹簧组件具有四个板弹簧,所述多个板弹簧以彼此相同的指向布置。这确保了板弹簧在轴向行程补偿方面不会彼此产生不利影响。例如,板弹簧组件的厚度可为0.5mm至1mm。如果板弹簧几乎或在很大程度上或大致上在周向方向上切向布置,则其为特别优选的。
如果板弹簧组件在一个方向上抗弯曲,则其为特别优选的。这意味着,板弹簧组件设计成屈曲扭矩为至少1500Nm,优选为从1600Nm至1700Nm。这确保了在拉和/或推操作中的扭矩的传递。特别是,如果在圆周上均匀地分布有若干板弹簧组件,则其为适宜的。以这种方式,板弹簧的力可均匀地分布在圆周上。
如果板弹簧组件布置在至少80mm,优选为90mm至120mm的节距圆上,则其也为有利的。如果板弹簧组件径向布置在第一离合器的摩擦片的内侧和/或径向布置在第一离合器的离合器轴承的外侧,则其为特别优选的。
如果第二输入轴部分布置成相对于第一输入轴部分在径向方向上居中,则其也为有利的。这避免了在两个输入轴部分之间的径向错位,并且简化了安装。例如,第二输入轴部分可具有在毂部上形成的定心部分,该毂部以形成于第一输入轴部分上的径向定心突起部为中心。
根据有利的进展,特别是在安装此组件的过程中,例如经由铆接,可将板弹簧组件以居中和轴向无预张状态紧固至第一输入轴部分。这支撑了两个轴部彼此居中对准。换言之,板弹簧组件以平坦或非屈曲状态或在静止位置安装。
如果第一输入轴部分牢固地连接至第一离合器或第二离合器的离合器部件,则其也为有利的。这意味着,第一输入轴部分在输出侧上形成输入轴的一部分,其中在第一离合器与变速器的输出部之间进行分离。
如果第二输入轴部分具有花键,该花键设置为以旋转固定的方式附接至变速器的输出部,则其也为有利的。如果花键经过润滑,则其为特别优选的。如果此润滑点经由密封环密封,使得润滑剂不能渗入变速器或传动系单元中,则其也为优选的。由于花键在传递扭矩时轴向阻挡因而不允许轴向行程补偿,因此,花键与板弹簧连接相结合形成了解决方案,其中轴向移动几乎无滞后,同时传递扭矩。
换言之,根据本发明,提供了一种混合动力变速器(变速器单元),该混合动力变速器具有(自动)变速器和与其轴向偏移并且布置在变速器的输出部处的电机。电机可使用分离离合器与传动系耦接/脱耦。另外,还可任选地提供另一(第二)离合器,该另一离合器设计成用于使连接至分动传动器的驱动轴(输出轴)耦接/脱耦。电机和至少一个离合器或两个离合器一起形成模块。换言之,本发明涉及一种传动系单元,其中输入轴在变速器与分离离合器(第一离合器)之间分离。输入轴的两个部分彼此分开设计,在周向方向上经由板弹簧彼此连接,以便为轴向偏移/轴向移动提供补偿。

图1示出了用于混合动力车辆的传动系单元1的一个实例。传动系单元1具有壳体2。输入轴3可旋转地安装在壳体2中。输入轴3设置为以旋转固定的方式附接至变速器5的输出部4。变速器5仅以其位置加以表示。传动系单元1可操作地连接至变速器5,并且与变速器形成变速器单元。变速器5作为自动变速器加以实现。变速器5的输出部4以旋转固定的方式(以变速器输出轴的形式)连接至输入轴3。输出部4优选地经由啮合件以旋转固定的方式连接至输入轴3。
变速器单元优选地用于混合动力全轮驱动车辆的传动系中。变速器5在输入侧上以典型的方式可操作地连接至内燃机。传动系单元1插入在变速器5与万向轴之间,该万向轴还连接至机动车辆的后轮轴上的分动传动器。
传动系单元1可具有电机6,原则上仅表示该电机的位置。电机6布置成与输入轴3轴向平行。传动系单元1可具有第一离合器7,该第一离合器也称为分离离合器。在一个切换位置,第一离合器7连接电机6的转子8和输入轴3,用于扭矩传递。因此,仅表示其位置的转子8可以旋转固定(或旋转耦接)的方式可切换地连接至输入轴3。
传动系单元1可具有在壳体2中可旋转地受到支撑的输出轴8。输出轴8设置为用于与分动传动器旋转耦接。为此,万向轴以转动固定的方式连接至传动系单元1的输出轴8。传动系单元1可具有第二离合器9,该第二离合器也称为全轮离合器。在一个切换位置,第二离合器9连接输入轴3和输出轴8,用于扭矩传递。因此,输出轴8可以旋转固定的方式可切换地连接至输入轴3。
图2示出了根据本发明的传动系单元1。根据本发明的传动系单元1具有上述结合图1的特征。
根据本发明的传动系单元1具有至少一个附接至壳体2的减振器10。减振器10在壳体2内侧附接。减振器10以如下方式与第一离合器7的离合器致动单元11和/或与第二离合器9的离合器致动单元12相协调:使用在壳体2内侧的共同安装空间。
在所表示的实施例中,两个减振器10安装在壳体2中。第一减振器13与第一离合器7的离合器致动单元11相匹配,以便使用在壳体2内侧的共同安装空间。第二减振器14与第二离合器8的离合器致动单元12相匹配,以便使用在壳体2内侧的共同安装空间。另一减振器15附接至壳体2。另一减振器15在壳体2的外侧附接。
壳体2具有构成了形成壳体2的凸缘16、隔板17、第一壳体部分18和第二壳体部分19。隔板17基本上将布置有第一离合器7的第一壳体区域与布置有第二离合器9的第二壳体区域相互分离。第一壳体区域基本上由凸缘16、隔板17和第一壳体部分18界定。第二壳体区域基本上由隔板17和第二壳体部分19界定。
第一减振器13附接至隔板17。第一减振器13布置在第一壳体区域中。第二减振器14附接至隔板17。第二减振器14布置在第二壳体区域中。另一减振器15附接至第二壳体部分19。
如上所述,根据本发明的传动系单元1具有输入轴3。图2中的传动系单元1具有分离的输入轴3,该输入轴由第一输入轴部分20和第二输入轴部分21形成。第一输入轴部分20布置成可相对于第二输入轴部分21进行轴向位移。为此,第一输入轴部分20和第二输入轴部分21设计为彼此分离的轴。第一输入轴部分20经由第一支撑轴承22支撑在隔板17的径向内侧上,此处将该第一支撑轴承设计为双滚珠轴承/双列深沟滚珠轴承。第一输入轴部分20经由第二支撑轴承23支撑在固定至分隔壁的壳体2的毂部上,此处将该第二支撑轴承设计为滚子轴承。第一离合器7具有第一离合器部件和第二离合器部件。第二离合器部件以旋转固定的方式永久连接至第一输入轴部分20。
第一离合器7使用第一离合器部件旋转耦接至电机5的转子8。第一离合器部件具有多个第一摩擦片,所述多个第一摩擦片通常以旋转固定的方式(闭合位置)连接至第一离合器7的第二离合器部件的多个第二摩擦片,或者与其旋转脱耦(打开位置),用于设计为摩擦片离合器。第一摩擦片和第二摩擦片在轴向方向上彼此交替布置。第一离合器7通过第一离合器7的离合器致动单元11在其闭合位置与其打开位置之间往返移动。
第一离合器部件还具有相对于壳体2可旋转地安装的(第一)承载件24。为此,第一承载件24在其径向内侧上具有轴承座,该轴承座经由设计为双滚珠轴承/双列深沟滚珠轴承的离合器轴承25在轴向方向和径向方向上支撑在壳体2上,特别是凸缘16上。第一承载件24相对于传动系单元1的旋转轴线以大致盘状的方式从此轴承座径向向外延伸。在径向外侧上,第一承载件24形成啮合件(外部啮合件),该啮合件用于与转子8进行旋转固定耦接。为了使转子8耦接至第一承载件24,设置有传动级。虚线中示出的齿轮与啮合件永久啮合。齿轮以旋转固定的方式直接连接至与转子8,从而与转子8同轴布置。
在第一承载件24上,在齿轮内径向设置有(第一)接收区,并直接用于以旋转固定的方式接收第一摩擦片。另外,第一摩擦片接收在第一接收区域上,以便在轴向方向上可相对于彼此位移。第一摩擦片朝向第一接收区域的径向内侧布置,使得第一承载件24形成第一离合器7的外片承载件。第一承载件24以如下方式延伸:第一摩擦片在径向方向上布置在轴承座的外侧并且径向布置在啮合件的内侧。第二离合器部件以旋转固定的方式永久连接至输入轴3上。为此,第二离合器部件具有(第二)承载件26。第二承载件26以旋转固定的方式连接至第一输入轴部分20。第二承载件26具有在轴向方向上延伸的(第二)接收区域,在该接收区域的径向外侧上,将第二摩擦片以旋转固定的方式布置,并且也可在轴向方向上相对于彼此位移。因此,第二承载件26形成第一离合器7的内片承载件。
第二输入轴部分21具有板弹簧组件27(也可参见图3),第二输入轴部分21借助于该板弹簧组件以扭矩传递的方式连接至第一输入轴部分20。扭矩可通过板弹簧组件27传递,同时第一输入轴部分20和第二输入轴部分21可相对于彼此在轴向方向上移动。因此,板弹簧组件27实现了第一输入轴部分20与第二输入轴部分21之间的轴向补偿。板弹簧组件27径向布置在摩擦片的内侧。板弹簧组件27布置在轴承座或离合器轴承25的径向外侧。板弹簧组件27牢固地附接至第二承载件26。例如,板弹簧组件27经由铆连接至第一承载件26。板弹簧组件27具有若干在相同方向上布置的板弹簧。如果在圆周上均匀地分布有多个板弹簧组件27,例如三个板弹簧组件以120°为间隔,则其为优选的。
第二输入轴部分21具有定心部分28,第二输入轴部分21经由该定心部分相对于第一输入轴部分20居中。定心部分28设计为毂部,该毂部搁置在形成于第一输入轴部分20上的径向突出定心突起部29上。板弹簧组件27以居中和直线状态连接至第二承载件26。第二输入轴部分21经由花键30以旋转固定的方式连接至变速器5的输出部4。花键30为经过润滑的。花键30的润滑经由密封环31密封在变速器5的输出部4(此处表示为变速器输出轴)与第二输入轴部分21之间。
第一离合器7的离合器致动单元11配备有杠杆致动器32,该杠杆致动器对第一致动轴承33具有调节作用。第一致动轴承33转而用于使第一离合器7的摩擦片移位。杠杆致动器32具有电机,该电机与第一杠杆致动器的杠杆机构的第一杠杆部件以驱动方式相配合。第一杠杆部件耦接至杠杆机构的第二杠杆部件34,该第一杠杆部件可在周向方向上移动,即可相对于输入轴3旋转。通常,第二杠杆部件34经由斜坡机构耦接至第一杠杆部件。第二杠杆部件34原则上以如下方式耦接至第一杠杆部件:第一杠杆部件的旋转导致第二杠杆部件34的轴向位移。第二杠杆部件34转而以不可位移的方式耦接至第一致动轴承33。第一致动轴承33在此作为滚珠轴承加以实现,还作用在第一致动力引入机构上,该第一致动力引入机构接收在第一离合器7的第二承载件26上,并且对第一离合器7的摩擦片具有调节作用。这样,可在轴向方向上对第一离合器7的全部摩擦片施加致动力/轴向力,并且可使第一离合器7处于其闭合位置。
第一致动力引入机构具有杠杆元件。例如,杠杆元件作为盘簧加以实现。杠杆元件以可枢转的方式接收在枢轴轴承上,该枢轴轴承以固定的方式连接至第二承载件26。杠杆元件对致动器在枢轴轴承内径向具有调节作用,该致动器转而对第一离合器7的所有摩擦片具有直接的滑动效应。在第一离合器7的全部摩擦片轴向远离致动器的一侧布置有反支承区,其中反支承区还直接连接至第二承载件26以便实现第二承载件26中的闭合力曲线,并经由第二承载件26将致动力尽可能完全地引入输入轴3中。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车辆的传动系单元(1),所述传动系单元具有壳体(2);可旋转地安装在所述壳体(2)中的输入轴(3),所述输入轴经准备用于旋转固定地附接至变速器(5)的输出部(4);和/或具有电机(6),所述电机布置成与所述输入轴(3)轴向平行;以及第一离合器(7),所述第一离合器连接所述电机(6)的转子(8)与所述输入轴(3),用于在换挡位置进行扭矩传递;和/或具有可旋转地安装在所述壳体(2)中的输出轴(8),所述输出轴经准备用于旋转耦接至分动传动器;以及第二离合器(9),所述第二离合器连接所述输入轴(3)与所述输出轴(8),用于在换挡位置进行扭矩传递,其中所述输入轴(3)具有第一输入轴部分(20)和可相对于所述第一输入轴部分(20)轴向移动的第二输入轴部分(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传动系单元(1),其特征在于,将所述变速器(5)的输出部(4)与所述两个离合器(7、9)中的一个之间的所述输入轴(3)分离为所述第一输入轴部分(20)和所述第二输入轴部分(21)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的传动系单元(1),其特征在于,所述第二输入轴部分(21)以扭矩传递的方式连接至所述第一输入轴部分(20)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的传动系单元(1),其特征在于,所述第二输入轴部分(21)具有板弹簧组件(27),所述第二输入轴部分(21)借助于所述板弹簧组件连接至所述第一输入轴部分(20)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的传动系单元(1),其特征在于,所述板弹簧组件(27)具有多个板弹簧,所述多个板弹簧以彼此相同的指向布置。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的传动系单元(1),其特征在于,所述板弹簧组件(27)在一个方向上抗弯曲。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的传动系单元(1),其特征在于,所述第二输入轴部分(21)布置成相对于所述第一输入轴部分(20)在径向方向上居中。
8.根据权利要求4至7中任一项所述的传动系单元(1),其特征在于,所述板弹簧组件(27)以居中和轴向无预张状态附接至所述第一输入轴部分(20)。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的传动系单元(1),其特征在于,所述第一输入轴部分(20)牢固地连接至所述第一离合器(7)或所述第二离合器(9)的离合器部件。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的传动系单元(1),其特征在于,所述第二输入轴部分(21)具有花键(30),所述花键设置成以旋转固定的方式附接至所述变速器(5)的输出部(4)。
