5. and (3) directly displaying the acquired image of the pressure release valve on an image display unit 10 of the workstation, if the analysis result in the step (4) is normal, displaying information that the pressure release valve is normally patrolled by an alarm and display unit 11 on the workstation, if the analysis result is abnormal, sending an alarm by the alarm and display unit 11, and displaying information that an indication rod of the pressure release valve pops up or oil stains are arranged around the pressure release valve on a display screen of the workstation.
