The user related information comprises the vehicle type of the user vehicle and the last year danger situation.
In an embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to implement the step of calculating the car insurance quote, the following steps are specifically implemented:

establishing a voice communication channel;
acquiring user voice through a voice communication channel;
processing the user voice to obtain user related information;
judging whether the user related information meets the requirements or not;
if the user related information meets the requirements, calculating the vehicle insurance quotation;
and feeding back the car insurance quotation to the terminal for displaying at the terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the establishing of the voice communication channel comprises:
and dialing through the voice gateway to the mobile phone of the user so as to establish a voice communication channel.
3. The automatic car insurance quote method according to claim 2, wherein said processing the user's voice to obtain the user-related information comprises:
carrying out voice recognition on the user information to obtain recognition information;
and (4) integrating the identification information with natural semantic understanding to fill the content so as to obtain the user related information.
4. The automatic car insurance quote method according to claim 3, wherein the user-related information includes a model of the user's vehicle and a last year insurance occurrence.
5. The automated vehicle insurance quote method according to claim 4, wherein said calculating a vehicle insurance quote comprises:
calling a corresponding quotation algorithm according to the user related information;
and calculating the vehicle insurance quotation according to a quotation algorithm.
6. The automatic car insurance quote method according to claim 1, wherein before establishing the voice communication channel, the method further comprises:
and setting a quotation algorithm related to the vehicle type and the last year insurance situation.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein after determining whether the user-related information meets the requirements, the method further comprises:
if the user related information does not meet the requirements, generating reminding information;
and feeding back the reminding information to a terminal, and executing the acquisition of the user voice through the voice communication channel.
8. Automatic car insurance quotation device, its characterized in that includes:
the channel establishing unit is used for establishing a voice communication channel;
the voice acquisition unit is used for acquiring the voice of the user through a voice communication channel;
the processing unit is used for processing the user voice to obtain user related information;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the user related information meets the requirements or not;
the calculating unit is used for calculating the vehicle insurance quotation if the user related information meets the requirements;
and the quotation feedback unit is used for feeding back the car insurance quotation to the terminal so as to display the car insurance quotation on the terminal.
9. A computer device, characterized in that the computer device comprises a memory, on which a computer program is stored, and a processor, which when executing the computer program implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
