Abstract

The invention relates to a multi-range force standard device, which comprises a hydraulic sensor and at least two pressure bearing devices, wherein each pressure bearing device comprises a cylinder body with an inner cavity filled with liquid and a pressure receiving head used for being pressed by a press machine to transmit force to the liquid, and the multi-range force standard device further comprises an oil way connected between the hydraulic sensor and the inner cavity of the cylinder body of each pressure bearing device. The invention solves the technical problems that the force standard instrument in the prior art is single in measuring range and limited in use range.

Background
Various pressure equipment, which is used for controlling the accurate output of the pressure equipment, is provided with corresponding force sensors, and according to the national calibration standard, a metering unit is required to calibrate the force sensors of the pressure equipment regularly.
In the prior art, the measurement ranges of the force sensors of different pressure devices are different, and are usually 10% -100% of the full range, if the maximum output pressures of the presses in multiple regions are respectively 300kN, 500kN, 800kN and 1000kN, and because the current force standard has a small range, the measurement unit needs to respectively prepare the force standards with multiple corresponding ranges, which is very troublesome and causes a large amount of cost investment for measurement units.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multi-range force standard device to solve the technical problems that the force standard device in the prior art is single in range and limited in use range.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a multi-range force standard device comprises a hydraulic sensor and at least two pressure bearing devices, wherein each pressure bearing device comprises a cylinder body with an inner cavity filled with liquid and a pressure head used for being pressed by a press machine to transmit force to the liquid, and the multi-range force standard device further comprises an oil way connected between the hydraulic sensor and the inner cavity of the cylinder body of each pressure bearing device.
The oil circuit comprises cylinder oil circuits connected with the inner cavities, and each cylinder oil circuit is provided with a switch valve.
The multi-range force etalon of claim 1, wherein: the cylinder body of each pressure bearing device is provided with a calibration opening, and the pressure head comprises a force transmission diaphragm which is used for plugging the calibration opening, the inner side surface of the force transmission diaphragm is in contact with the liquid and is used for transmitting pressure in the inner direction and the outer direction.
The pressure receiving head further comprises a pressure bearing block, an annular connecting seam is arranged on the periphery of the pressure bearing block, the force transmission membrane is of an annular structure, and the inner edge of the force transmission membrane is fixedly connected with the annular connecting seam in a sealing mode.
Different pressure bearing devices have different effective contact areas between the pressure bearing head of each cylinder body and liquid.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: when a corresponding press machine needs to be calibrated, according to the measuring range of the force sensor of the press machine, a proper number of pressure bearing devices are selected to be arranged on the lower side of a pressure head of the press machine, the press machine applies pressure to the pressure heads of the pressure bearing devices, the hydraulic pressure sensor measures the pressure of an oil circuit, the liquid pressure applied to the pressure heads is converted according to the effective contact area of the pressure heads and liquid, the acting force is the same as the output pressure of the pressure head of the press machine, the direction is opposite, when the press machine faces to different pressure values, the force sensor calibration of the press machine can be completed only by selecting the proper number of pressure bearing devices to be pressed, and the proper number of pressure bearing devices are selected to be combined with the area of the pressure heads for transferring force by the liquid, so that the multi-range calibration of.

The multi-range force standard in the invention is compared with the single range of the force standard in the prior art, because the range of the force standard in the scheme is not single, the multi-range force standard can be calibrated by using different numbers of pressure bearing devices, and therefore, the multi-range force standard can be called as a multi-range force standard.
As shown in figure 2, the pressure bearing device with proper number is selected for use according to the output tonnage of the press, in this embodiment, two pressure bearing devices are placed on the lower side of the pressure head of the press, the press presses the pressure heads of the two pressure bearing devices, the force transfer diaphragm of the pressure head deforms to transfer force to liquid, the hydraulic sensor detects the pressure P of the liquid, calculating the liquid acting force F = P S applied to the two pressure heads according to the effective contact area S between the two pressure heads and the liquid, the acting force has the same magnitude and the opposite direction with the output force of the pressure head of the pressure machine, so that the force sensor of the pressure machine can be calibrated, of course, according to the calculation formula, when S changes, F changes, so that the value of S can be changed by changing the number of the pressure bearing devices to be pressed, and the multi-range calibration of the force standard is realized. The force transmission is realized by the force transmission membrane through deformation, and no friction force is generated between the force transmission membrane and the cylinder body, so that the calibration precision can be ensured as much as possible. When the press machine with larger output pressure value faces, the three pressure bearing devices can be arranged at the lower side of the pressure head of the press machine at the same time, and the pressure bearing heads of the three pressure bearing devices are pressed at the same time.
In other embodiments of the invention: the effective contact areas of the pressure-bearing head and the liquid of each cylinder body can also be different by different pressure bearing devices; the number of the pressure bearing devices can be selected according to the needs, such as two, four, five, six or other numbers; certainly, the force transmission diaphragm can be omitted, and the pressure head can be directly guided to move and assembled on the cylinder body like a piston; the hole in the middle of the force transfer membrane can be omitted, and the force transfer membrane is complete; of course, the pressure head can also be formed by only the force transmission diaphragm.
