Claims (9)

1. The alloy drill bit with the long nozzle for oil field drilling is characterized by comprising a drill bit body (1), wherein three cone bodies (2) are arranged on the drill bit body (1), three nozzle holders (5) are arranged on the drill bit body (1), first nozzles (6) are arranged on the nozzle holders (5), second nozzles (7) are arranged on the first nozzles (6), three drill bit inner flow channels (9) are arranged in the drill bit body (1), the three drill bit inner flow channels (9) correspond to the three nozzle holders (5) one by one, the drill bit inner flow channels (9) are communicated with the nozzle holders (5), a drill bit main flow channel (10) is arranged in the drill bit body (1), and the three drill bit inner flow channels (9) are all communicated with the drill bit main flow channel (10);
a piston rod (11) and a piston (12) are arranged in the drill bit main flow passage (10), the piston (12) is installed at one end of the piston rod (11), three sealing rings (16) are installed on the piston (12), and three sludge channels (19) are formed in the drill bit body (1);
the roller cone is characterized in that a plurality of first moisture absorption holes (20) and a plurality of second moisture absorption holes (21) are formed in the roller cone body (2), a first circular pipe (22) and a second circular pipe (23) are arranged in the roller cone body (2), the first moisture absorption holes (20) are communicated with the first circular pipe (22), the second moisture absorption holes (21) are communicated with the second circular pipe (23), exhaust holes (24) are formed in the first circular pipe (22) and the second circular pipe (23), linking air pipes (25) are arranged on the first circular pipe (22) and the second circular pipe (23), the two linking air pipes (25) are in one-to-one correspondence with the two exhaust holes (24), the linking air pipes (25) are communicated with the exhaust holes (24), counterweight balls (26) are arranged in the first circular pipe (22) and the second circular pipe (23), guide columns (27) are arranged on the counterweight balls (26), one ends, far away from the counterweight balls (26), of the guide columns (27) are connected with the floating balls (28) through, the floating ball (28) is arranged in the connecting water pipes (29), the two connecting water pipes (29) are respectively communicated with the first circular pipe (22) and the second circular pipe (23), and an exhaust pipe (30) and a drain pipe (31) are arranged in the cone body (2).

The alloy drill bit with the long nozzle for oilfield drilling according to claim 1, wherein three cone bodies (2) are installed on the drill bit body (1) in an equal radian manner, a plurality of wedge-shaped alloy teeth (4) are installed on the cone bodies (2), and two locking steel balls (3) are arranged between the cone bodies (2) and the drill bit body (1).

The alloy drill bit with the long nozzle for oilfield drilling according to claim 1, wherein the three nozzle seats (5) are installed on the drill bit body (1) in an equal radian, the first nozzle (6) is internally provided with a nozzle flow passage (8), both ends of the nozzle flow passage (8) are communicated with the first nozzle (6), the second nozzle (7) is in threaded connection with the nozzle flow passage (8), and the nozzle flow passage (8) is communicated with the second nozzle (7).

The alloy drill bit with the long nozzle for oilfield drilling according to claim 1, wherein the piston rod (11) is slidably installed in a main drill bit flow passage (10), a primary water inlet passage (13) is provided in the piston rod (11), two ends of the primary water inlet passage (13) penetrate through the piston rod (11), a check valve (14) is provided in the primary water inlet passage (13), a secondary water inlet passage (15) is provided in the piston (12), two ends of the secondary water inlet passage (15) both penetrate through the piston (12), the primary water inlet passage (13) is communicated with the secondary water inlet passage (15), three sealing rings (16) are installed at the outer ring of the piston (12) at equal intervals, two expansion springs (17) are provided in the main drill bit flow passage (10), and the two expansion springs (17) are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the inner cavity of the main drill bit flow passage (10), the telescopic spring (17) is installed on the connecting seat (18), the connecting seat (18) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the drill bit main flow passage (10), and the telescopic spring (17) is connected with the piston (12).
5. The alloy bit with the long nozzle for oilfield drilling according to claim 1, wherein three sludge channels (19) are installed on the bit body (1) in an equal arc shape, and the first moisture absorption holes (20) are opened on the cone body (2) in an equal arc shape.

The alloy drill bit with the long nozzle for oilfield drilling according to claim 1, wherein the second moisture absorption holes (21) are formed in the cone body (2) in an equal radian, the diameter of the first ring pipe (22) is smaller than that of the second ring pipe (23), and the inner walls of the first ring pipe (22) and the second ring pipe (23) are provided with water absorption cotton.

The alloy drill bit with the long nozzle for oilfield drilling according to claim 1, wherein the two exhaust holes (24) are respectively formed on the same side of the first ring pipe (22) and the second ring pipe (23), and the connecting air pipe (25) and the connecting water pipe (29) are respectively installed at two ends of the second ring pipe (23).

The alloy drill bit with the long nozzle for oilfield drilling according to claim 1, wherein the exhaust pipe (30) and the drain pipe (31) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the cone body (2), the two connecting air pipes (25) are both communicated with the exhaust pipe (30), the two connecting water pipes (29) are both communicated with the drain pipe (31), and the exhaust pipe (30) and the drain pipe (31) penetrate through the cone body (2) on the same side.
9. The use method of the long nozzle alloy drill bit for oil field drilling is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: before a drill bit enters a well, a second nozzle (7) on a first nozzle (6) is rotated, the second nozzle (7) is screwed out, the total lengths of the first nozzle (6) and the second nozzle (7) are increased, the drill bit is placed in the well, a one-way valve (14) in a primary water inlet channel (13) is opened, water is injected into a drill bit main flow channel (10), the water enters a secondary water inlet channel (15) through the primary water inlet channel (13), the water then respectively enters three drill bit inner flow channels (9), continuous water in a subsequent drill bit main flow channel (10) impacts one side of a piston rod (11), the piston rod (11) pushes the piston (12) under the action of impact force, a telescopic spring (17) between the piston (12) and a connecting seat (18) contracts, the piston (12) pushes the water into the three drill bit inner flow channels (9), and the telescopic spring (17) rebounds after the impact force is applied to the piston (12), rebounding the piston (12) and the piston rod (11), pushing water into the three drill bit inner flow channels (9) by repeating the previous action of the piston rod (11) after the rebounding head, enabling the water to enter the nozzle flow channel (8) of the first nozzle (6), spraying the water in the nozzle flow channel (8) through the second nozzle (7), and breaking stones in the well by water flow;
step two: when the drill bit finishes the work of entering a well, the second nozzle (7) on the first nozzle (6) is rotated reversely, the second nozzle (7) is screwed inwards, the total length of the first nozzle (6) and the second nozzle (7) is reduced, the drill bit is placed in the well, the wedge-shaped alloy teeth (4) on the cone body (2) crush the crushed stone in the well, the water sprayed by the second nozzle (7) cools the cone body (2), the first ring pipe (22) on the cone body (2) absorbs the moisture around the cone body (2) through the first moisture absorption holes (20), the second ring pipe (23) on the cone body (2) absorbs the moisture around the cone body (2) through the second moisture absorption holes (21), the moisture in the first ring pipe (22) and the second ring pipe (23) is evaporated to cool the cone body (2), and the water vapor in the first ring pipe (22) and the second ring pipe (23) is discharged through the exhaust holes (24), and the water vapor which is not evaporated in the first ring pipe (22) and the second ring pipe (23) is discharged into a drain pipe (31) through a connecting water pipe (29) and is discharged out of the drain pipe (31).
