本发明涉及一种便于装配式钢结构安装的轻质混凝土墙板,由轻质混凝土墙板1、普通混凝土连接增强条2、钢筋3组成,其中轻质混凝土墙板1的上下两端头中间部位分别嵌有两个与轻质混凝土墙板1材质不同的预制成型普通混凝土连接增强条2,普通混凝土连接增强条2上浇筑插接有若干钢筋3。本发明所述墙板与建筑结构使用装配式钢结构安装时,与轻质混凝土墙板1连接的装配式钢结构可与墙板端头普通混凝土连接增强条2上的钢筋3焊接,由于普通混凝土连接增强条2的握钉力强于轻质混凝土墙板1的板体轻质混凝土的握钉力,所以提高了轻质混凝土墙板1与钢结构的连接稳定性。

本发明涉及混凝土板材,特别是涉及一种便于装配式钢结构安装的轻质混凝土墙板。
背景技术
以往装配式建筑墙板在与结构连接时,通常是通过粘接或连接件连接,一些轻质墙板如轻质泡沫混凝土墙板在通过连接件与建筑结构连接时,因为泡沫混凝土板材的握钉力不强,使得墙板与建筑钢结构连接不牢固。
发明内容
本发明的目的是研究一种便于装配式钢结构安装的轻质混凝土墙板,使墙板通过连接件与建筑结构进行连接时能牢固连接。
本发明是这样实现的:墙板浇铸料浆成形时,墙板上下两端头中间料浆部位放置已成型的普通混凝土连接增强条或间隔排布的混凝土连接增强块组,墙板与建筑结构使用装配式钢结构安装时,与轻质混凝土墙板连接的装配式钢结构可与墙板端头混凝土连接增强条上的钢筋焊接,,由于普通混凝土连接增强条位握钉力强于轻质混凝土墙板的板体轻质混凝土握钉力,所以提高了墙板与钢结构的连接稳定性。

生产本发明所述墙板时,在模具中浇铸料浆成形轻质混凝土墙板(1)时,其上下两端头中间料浆部位放置已预制成型的普通混凝土连接增强条(2)或若干间隔排布的普通混凝土连接增强块组,预制成型普通混凝土连接增强条(2)时,普通混凝土连接增强条(2)浇筑插接有若干钢筋(3),钢筋(3)也可以浇筑于混凝土连接增强块组的各个增强块中。轻质混凝土墙板(1)与建筑钢结构安装连接时,与轻质混凝土墙板(1)连接的装配式钢结构可与墙板端头普通混凝土连接增强条(2)上的钢筋焊接,由于普通混凝土连接增强条(2)握钉力强于本发明所述轻质混凝土墙板(1)的轻质混凝土的握钉力,所以提高了本发明所述墙板与装配式钢结构连接的稳定性。

2.一种权利要求1所述的便于装配式钢结构安装的轻质混凝土墙板,其特征在于:所述的普通混凝土连接增强条(2)也可以为若干间隔排布的混凝土连接增强块组,钢筋(3)浇筑于混凝土连接增强块组的各个增强块中。
