Description

Environment-friendly polyester fabric low-temperature dyeing promotion protective agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile chemical industry, in particular to an environment-friendly polyester fabric low-temperature dyeing promotion protective agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The difference in physical and chemical properties between polyester fibers and other fibers such as wool fibers and spandex fibers requires that each fiber be dyed using a different dyeing process. To ensure high dye-uptake of polyester and reduce damage to other components of blended fabrics, the industry is required to develop effective novel auxiliaries or dyeing methods.
In recent years, some low-temperature dyeing auxiliaries and dyeing technologies appear in domestic markets, so that the low-temperature dyeing uptake of the polyester blended fabric can reach a higher level, but the auxiliaries still have the following problems: (1) the polyester fiber has poor permeability and leveling property under the low temperature condition, and the effect of the auxiliary agent is not ideal; (2) the low-temperature coloring performance is poor, the dye utilization rate is low, and the color yield is low; (3) the diffusion capacity of the auxiliary agent in the fiber is not improved enough, and a large amount of dye is adsorbed on the surface of the fiber, so that the color fastness of the fabric is poor; (4) the damage protection force to fibers such as wool or spandex is not enough; (5) higher foaming is not favorable for controlling the product quality in the production and processing process.
CN105133395A discloses a dyeing auxiliary agent for wool and terylene blended yarns, which comprises tea polyphenol, borax, polyoxyethylene ether, branched isomeric alcohol ether, glycerol monoacetate, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethylenediamine di-o-hydroxyphenyl sodium diacetate, tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfonate and water, wherein the dyeing auxiliary agent is added with dye simultaneously in the dyeing process, so that the color fastness of the wool and terylene blended yarns during dyeing can be effectively improved, but the requirements on temperature are severe, 130-plus 135 ℃ high temperature is required, the energy consumption is high, and the dyeing auxiliary agent is not suitable for industrial application.
CN102619101A discloses a short-process low-temperature dyeing auxiliary and a preparation method thereof, which mainly comprises the following components: maleic acid acrylic acid copolymer, ethylenediamine sodium diorthohydroxyphenyl, ethylenediamine tetramethylenephosphonic acid sodium, hydantoin, alkyl polyglycoside, ethylene glycol phenyl ether, sodium aminoacetate, tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, secondary alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, benzyl benzoate and the like, and the dyeing auxiliary agent can be directly dyed at the temperature of 120-125 ℃; however, the invention has insufficient improvement on the diffusion capability of the dye in the fiber, and a large amount of dye is adsorbed on the surface of the fiber, so that the color fastness of the fabric is poor.
