s2, low-temperature emulsification and shearing: adding the suspending agent into a reaction kettle while stirring, heating to 80 ℃, stirring at constant temperature for 30 minutes, cooling to-3 ℃, and emulsifying and shearing for more than two times by using a shearing emulsifying pump;

Detailed Description

Examples
As shown in fig. 1, under a normal temperature condition, respectively adding 50 parts of isoparaffin into a reaction kettle, starting stirring, slowly adding 3 parts of emulsifier (a mixture of oleic acid monoglyceride and oleic acid diglyceride), 2 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether wetting agent, 15 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion (with the content of 40%), 15 parts of cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 5 parts of polyacrylamide, and stirring for 30-60 minutes;
adding 3 parts of polyisobutylene suspending agent into a reaction kettle while stirring, heating to 80 ℃, stirring at constant temperature for 30 minutes, cooling to-3 ℃, and emulsifying and shearing for more than two times by using a shearing emulsifying pump.
Heating the materials in the reaction kettle to 20-40 ℃, adding 5 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether dispersing agent while stirring, stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the product, metering, filling into a packaging barrel, sampling, detecting and warehousing.
The performances of solid and liquid dust depressants commonly used in the same industry are compared and evaluated, and after the three dust depressants are prepared into 2% aqueous solutions, the technical condition requirements of the TB/T3210.1-2009 dust depressants for railway coal transportation are met. Compared with the similar liquid products, the product of the invention has better antifreezing performance; compared with the similar solid products, the product of the invention has a significantly higher dissolution rate (see figure 2).

4. The highly concentrated antifreeze liquid coal dust suppressant of claim 1 wherein said wetting agent is a mixture of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and fatty acid diethanolamide.
5. The highly concentrated antifreeze liquid coal dust suppressant according to claim 1, wherein said styrene-acrylic emulsion is a 1:1 by mass mixture of styrene and acrylic ester at a concentration of 40%.
6. The highly concentrated antifreeze liquid coal dust suppressant of claim 1 wherein said croscarmellose sodium is a product having a purity greater than 90% and a degree of substitution greater than 0.5 or greater.
7. The highly concentrated antifreeze liquid coal dust suppressant of claim 1 wherein said polyacrylamide is a product having a molecular weight greater than 500 million and a degree of hydrolysis greater than 20%.
8. The highly concentrated antifreeze liquid coal dust suppressant of claim 1 wherein said suspending agent comprises a tackifier such as organobentonite, rubber, polyisobutylene, etc.
9. The highly concentrated antifreeze liquid coal dust suppressant of claim 1, wherein said dispersant comprises alkylphenol ethoxylates and fatty alcohol ethoxylates.
