Description

Printing ventilated membrane that urine wet discolours
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of waterproof breathable films, and particularly relates to a urine-wet color-changing printed breathable film.
Background
At present, disposable absorbing articles comprise absorbing articles such as paper diapers, paper urine pads, sanitary towels and the like, the disposable absorbing articles all have the problem of needing to be replaced at proper time, and if the disposable absorbing articles are replaced too frequently, troubles and waste are brought; however, if the replacement is too late, there is a possibility that liquid leakage may occur because the absorbent capacity of the absorbent article is limited. How to dynamically detect and display the excretion situation of a user, including excretion times, excretion amount and whether the absorption capacity of the absorption article is close to saturation, has a great reference value for reasonable use of the absorption article.
Chinese published patent document (CN 202843930U) discloses a diaper with urine-displaying function, which comprises a non-permeable basement membrane and an absorbing core arranged thereon, wherein a urine-displaying strip is arranged on one surface of the non-permeable basement membrane close to the absorbing core. That is, one side of the permeable basement membrane towards the absorption core is provided with a urine display strip, and after the absorption core in contact with the urine display strip absorbs the urine and becomes wet, the urine display strip changes color or fades, so that the nursing staff is reminded to replace the paper diaper in time.
The mainstream urine display function in the prior art is mainly a hot-melt urine display technology, namely, the urine display glue formed by combining a hot melt adhesive and a substance with color sensitivity to pH value is used, when urine is soaked and is conducted to the surface of the urine display glue, the pH value of the urine display glue is changed, so that the color change of the urine display glue is caused, and the prompt effect is achieved.
However, the hot-melt type urine development technology is limited by the glue application, generally only the urine development strip of the above patent document can be made, the pattern or the shape cannot be individually designed, and the color development of the urine development glue depends on a specific pH sensitive material, so that the color change effect is also specific, and the color cannot be individually designed.
In addition, the hue of the aqueous ink mainly depends on the pigment, the pigment is uniformly distributed in a fine particle state in the binder, and the pigment particles can absorb, reflect, refract and transmit light, so that a certain color can be presented. Pigments are generally required to have vivid shades, appropriate tinctorial strength and hiding power. But in fact, both the pigment and the vehicle can change color under the irradiation of sunlight, and the color change can cause inconsistent color development after wetting, thus affecting the judgment.
