Abstract
The invention discloses anti-cracking exterior wall putty powder which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-100 parts of putty powder base material, 15-30 parts of double flying powder, 30-50 parts of anti-cracking additive and 0.3-0.5 part of redispersible latex powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the putty powder base material and the double-flying powder into a mixer, and stirring for 25-30min to obtain a mixture, wherein the stirring speed is 550-650 r/min; (2) adding the anti-cracking additive and the redispersible latex powder into the mixture obtained in the step (1), heating to 60-75 ℃, stirring again for 30-40min at the stirring speed of 650-750r/min, and then drying. The invention has reasonable formula and simple and easy preparation method, the prepared putty powder has good bonding property and waterproof property, the polymethyl methacrylate improves the weather resistance of the exterior wall putty powder and can avoid the exterior wall putty powder from cracking, the tungsten zirconate can reduce the coefficient of expansion with heat and contraction with cold of the exterior wall putty powder, and the prepared putty powder can well avoid the exterior wall putty powder from cracking by matching with the polymethyl methacrylate.
