当以水泥砖作为地砖时,特别是在南方多水地带,对其要求一定的透水性,然而在实际使用过程中发现透水的地砖强度一般较小。

本发明的目的是提供一种透水型水泥砖,透水性佳,且强度高。

一种透水型水泥砖,按质量份数计,包括:硅酸盐水泥50份、中砂23~26份、高炉矿渣9~11份、煤矸石4~6份、贝壳粉4~6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1~3份、石蜡1~3份、烯丙基磺酸钠1~3份、4-(1-芘基)-1-丁醇0.8~1.2份和氯化锌0.8~1.2份。

本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:(1)透水性佳,强度高:通过在体系中添加十二烷基磺酸钠和烯丙基磺酸钠来分散体系,使硅酸盐水泥、中砂、高炉矿渣、煤矸石和贝壳粉等分散均匀,减少气泡的夹带,得到紧实的砖体,提高抗折强度和抗压强度;利用4-(1-芘基)-1-丁醇和氯化锌的联合作用,提高吸水率,在提高吸水率的同时保持较高的砖体;(2)具有较好的耐腐蚀性。

实施例1-3:一种透水型水泥砖,其通过以下方法制备获得:
(1)将配方量的硅酸盐水泥、中砂、高炉矿渣、煤矸石和贝壳粉混合,搅拌均匀,加入配方量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、石蜡、烯丙基磺酸钠、4-(1-芘基)-1-丁醇和氯化锌以及适量的水,搅拌均匀,得到含水量为24~26wt%的浆料;
(2)将浆料倒入砖模中,送入制砖机中制成砖坯,晾干;放入砖窑中于1200℃下煅烧8hr,取出冷却,室温喷水保湿养护10d。

按照国家标准对砖块进行取样检测。腐蚀系数的测试方法为:将取样的砖块分别放入浓度为10%的氯化氢溶液中和浓度为10%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡,浸泡时间为8个月,取出后,测试其强度,腐蚀系数=腐蚀后砖块强度/同龄期浸泡在水中的强度。
